I have been using Quail Advertising for both of my businesses for the last 3 years and have to say…read morethey are very professional and treat there customers like friends and family. I use them because unlike most print and design companies only care about a $$$$ dollar and whats best for themselves. I can personally say they will go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied with their service and product. They don't judge there customers as just customers but treat them all like friends and family! I have experienced some companies who have told me straight up, "don't get confused business is business and friendship is friendship" was turned away quick lets just say. Since turned my business to this company I couldn't be happier! :) Hope my review help others!

Used this company for several years after their evaluation that our market was "lacking in…read moresophistication" and would "be easy to get top results" within three months. Over 18 months, multiple requests for google analytics or anything that could substantiate any progress and all they provided was marketing documents, and in-house created documents by them intending to prove their results. 18 months and the site they worked on moved our company back on the SEO dial. Bottom line is this company cannot be trusted and their efforts were disingenuous. They will take your money and provide nothing.

They chose to use their own theme instead of mine, which I found very confusing and counterproductive. Their reasoning was that they would transfer the work done once completed. But after 2 weeks , it was far from completed. We provided very clear instructions on the changes needed, along with diagrams. The main issues were: Images were inconsistent in size and proportions Duplicate images were included Images appeared fuzzy Numerous spelling errors were present Incorrect titles were assigned to various items Unauthorized images unrelated to our products were displayed The logo was completely wrong, which was provided to them. The account manager kept saying things would be fixed but they kept getting worse. I could tell by some of the grammar that was put on the site, that someone did not know English very well. Which tells me this project was done overseas and not in Texas where they are listed. They refuse to give me a refund and I am now hiring someone new to start all over.
