Two whole chicken breasts, fried crispy and golden, sitting on a fresh, well-balanced salad. The chicken was juicy on the inside with a great crunch. definitely not an afterthought "salad chicken." The BBQ chicken egg rolls were another standout. Crispy on the outside, creamy and flavorful on the inside, and paired with a delicious sauce that complemented them perfectly.
