I tried to order a gingerbread chai mobile to this location but for odd reason it says its out at this store. Theredfore I had to go in and place my order. I walked in and 4 workers looked at me and did not greet. However, a sweet joy one came along greeted and took my order. Its not busy and it was definitely no excuse for the lack of customer service greeting. This location has a huge sitting area but it needs a little cleaning as leaves and fine trash is everywhere. read more

Terrible service. Asked for extra strawberry açaí base, got told it was done when I know for a fact what an extra tastes like and it wasn't done. I paid for the extra option and didn't get my money's worth. This specific employee there has a serious attitude problem and the management sucks. Def don't visit this site and go to target's Starbucks which is across the street for a better service and friendlier employees. read more

Ordered a tall matcha tea with light ice... this is what I got . After 3 sips, the drink was finished. I tried calling them but the phone kept ringing and no answer. read more

Starbucks - Matcha tea - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Westminster, Maryland

Customer service was very poor. I buy coffee every morning at this location and I have to remind the server that I need a holder and a stopper for my coffee. it's common sense . Then the server gives an attitude when I ask for the basic thing read more

This place, just like any other Starbucks, is always mildly busy. There's a Dunkin right next to it and they have lines going out the wazooo but still I see their line moving along faster than Starbucks. Today I went inside and got 1 Shaken Espresso and 1 Muffin (not warmed), it took them 18 minutes to get that for me. I've worked in cafés so I know it can be hard especially during rush hours but my god these guys are lazy. I waited 14 minutes after I got my coffee to get my muffin. The drive thru guy came and handed it to me when they saw my frustrated face. Cashier just standing there joking about because there was no line inside, but not helping. read more

Starbucks - two cups of iced coffee in a car - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Westminster, Maryland

literally the WORST Starbucks I've ever been to in my life. Everytime I've been to this location the wait time is overly ridiculous. espresso always tastes burnt as well. read more

The drive through redesign is truly awful! If you are in the main left lane, the right lane cars who are supposed to "merge" will cut you off even though they got in line far after you. And good luck getting a coffee, be prepared to wait in line 20-30 mins. This place keeps getting worse! read more

This is a poorly managed Starbucks location. It's 7:11am and they're out of cup holders. They're usually out of breakfast sandwiches by 11am. They usually get my pretty complex drink spot on and tasting great but whoever is managing this location is not keeping up with inventory and is not making the lot fiasco any better. It's a crappy location altogether due to these issues. I waited 30min in the lobby last time for one drink and a warmed up double smoked sandwich read more

Sent this email to my hometown Starbucks over a year ago and the service continues to be poor. I've been to hundreds of Starbucks across the country and this is by far the worst. "I've composed and then decided not to send this email multiple times over the past year. I'm in the customer service business myself and try to be thoughtful prior to sharing negative feedback. My hope was that the service culture would improve to more closely resemble most other Starbucks I visit in my travels across the country. However, that hasn't occurred and I find myself pondering whether it's worth the added mileage to avoid the Westminster Starbucks all together. I do not wish to be compensated in any way for this feedback. I simply would like to have good service when visiting my hometown Starbucks. Good service to me means: 1. Accurate order receipt and creation 2. Timely order delivery 3. Prompt and flawless correction of drink errors 4. Friendly service Every other visit I make to this store falls short in one or more of these categories. As an example today I ordered a drink through the drive through. I received my order in a timely manner and drove away before realizing it was made incorrectly. I returned advising the same uninspired gentleman on the drive through speaker that my drink had been made wrong and what it should be. This time before leaving the pickup window I took a few drinks only to find that he had made it wrong again. I'm not asking for much and given the average cost of a visit to Starbucks I think your customers deserve better." read more

Brought three official Starbucks' cups to be filled and ordered the same exact drink just different sizes. The barista told me to keep my cups so they don't get confused. They still didn't get the order correct. read more

Slowest service ever. It should not take 20 minutes to go through a drive thru for coffee. If I didn't have small children in the car I would have gone in instead. read more

Avoid this Starbucks at all cost, unless you have unlimited time to wait for your order. I ordered ahead and arrived before my order was going to be ready. There were probably at least 20 others waiting for orders. I strolled to the table where mobile orders are placed to see if mine was there. It was not so I waited like the other 20 or so people growing more and more frustrated as time went by order was not called. After waiting 15 more minutes past when my order was expected to be done, I checked to see if it was sitting there behind the counter. guess what. It was completely inept staff. read more

This place is hit or miss. One day I go there the coffee is good, another day it's burnt, or thin. Again today 3 coffees 2 burnt, 1 thin, plus sandwiches, $30.00 I'm not even going to talk about the sandwiches. I think I may be taking them off my list sorry to say, the people are friendly and we our cups. read more

If I could give this location zero stars I would. They're always a minimum of 20 minutes behind on mobile orders and the morning manager is quite possibly one of the rudest people I've ever had to deal with. read more

The staff is friendly and was able to get customers in and out fast! Even with making 5 million fraps which is a long process to make. The strawberry shortcake was amazing! They also remember names from taking orders read more

609 Baltimore Blvd WESTMINSTER MD, 21157 Writing from the perspective of both a customer, then a past employee. - Location: Terrible. Getting in, out and parking is iffy at best; risky to disastrous at worst. - Staff, courteous, most do the best that they can and make it right when a customer is not pleased. As an employee: The store manager, Paula is abusive. She is a bully, she plays favorites, she will not allow you to advance if she does not want to see you advance in training. She uses a very harsh tone, and will have no problem humiliating you in front of staff and customers if she feels like it, with no apology. The pay is low, the benefits are good -IF you can get them. And you only really get them if you are full time. IF SAID MANAGER WILL ALLOW you to be full time. GOOD LUCK. read more

They need to train their employees in making drinks properly or have cheat sheets readily available. The London Fog I ordered was actually an earl grey tea with Milk. If I wanted tea with milk I would have ordered such. Find a local coffee shop that actually takes the time to educate their employees. London Fog: Earl grey tea, steamed milk, Vanilla syrup. Lavender (if available). read more

This location is notorious for underfilling their cups. If I order a grande, I don't want a "tall".

Don't, just...dont. looked up hours online, opens at 4:30am. 5:15 am I pull into drive thru. No answer. Pull around there's a girl in the window that just shakes her head at me. I asked what time and motioned toward my watch like, what time do you open? She rolls her eyes and walks away. Why is it SO difficult for this location to either A.) Open when they're supposed to. Or B.) Post accurate hours of operation SOMEWHERE. When they are open, you've got about 50/50 odds of the barista actually reading the sticker on your order. Basically, if you MUST go here, which I get, allow 25 extra minutes for screw ups and attitudes, go inside so that you can double check your order, and and an hour to posted open times just to be safe. read more

So very, very slow. I've been through the drive through and inside and it is consistently the slowest coffee shop I've ever been to in my life. A drive through to get a cup of coffee should not take 20 minutes. read more

Coffee is good of course but the service is SLOW. I live close and ordered through the mobile app. Walked in and still waited 10mins for my purchase. Even if you go inside and order at the counter it's SLOW in here. Slowest Starbucks on the planet hence my 3 review. read more

The drive thru redesign was poorly engineered. If you enter the line in the left lane, cars entering the line from the right lane which arrived a full 5 minutes after you will be able to cut in front of you. Customers should not have to be stressed out by this badly designed drive thru. This location is also very slow and in most cases you need to budget at least 20 minutes into your commute to stop here. The drinks are consistently good but the spatial aspects of this location are awful! read more

A very nice suggestion for the 'new' drive thru in Westminster! Perhaps posting a sign that says 'Alternate vehicles in lanes' or something similar would help people be more kind to others getting through. It doesn't move any faster and the cars in the left lane DO NOT want to let cars over Thank you! read more

In love w Starbucks, but this place tends to mess up my order even if I repeat it. I look forward going to Starbucks bc I need my tea and coffee for the day, but that part of my day gets ruined bc of a mistake. OMG!!! Can you get some people who knows how to be efficient? These guys are HORRIBLE!!!!! A coffee with steamed milk took OVER 10 minutes! Unbelievable. And this is with 2 cars in drive-thru and 2 customers in the store! Absolutely horrible Also watched as they made a drink that wanted whole milk - they made it with 2%. The whole milk was on the counter the whole time. Also someone else's drink came up short so they put water in it and shook it a bit to bring it to the top. Too bad they're the only show in town. I'd go somewhere else for sure. read more

They should have kept the old location at the end of the shopping center when they opened the new drive thru location. They have many people working but only 1 or 2 know what they are actually doing. They are packed and slow and makes more packed. The drive thru is in the most horrible section of westminster and trying to get out takes as long as getting a coffee. The parking lot is small and cramped and between coming out of the drive thru and the parking lot it is a total mess at times. read more

Usually ok, but since the change of location , horrible! Slow , rude and confused. Drinks are rarely right and service doesn't seem to care. Rude to my daughter when she took her double chocolate chip Frappuccino back because they put coffee in it. Actually argued with her that that was how it's made. Finally someone said that wasn't correct and they would remake it. They were rude and dismissive. Definitely not the same as before the location change. Oh and what's with putting your dirty hands in my cup. ugh, dirty hands from money and cash register and you don't need to put your fingers in my clean cup. read more
