I'm keeping my rating the same of two stars. This place is still horribly slow and unorganized and it's confusing when you go inside to get your food where they put it. In the designated area or randomly on top of one of the espresso machines I just spent 10 minutes sitting around in my drink was on top of an espresso machine. All that said to all freaking weirdos and clowns that have to bring race up when you are talking about this place get out of here. That's like the most ridiculous thing and has nothing to do with the story you are telling. Wish I could give 0 stars. Got a bagel with cream cheese the cream cheese is basically nonexistent and the bagel taste and feels like I'm just biting into cardboard. Being greeted in the drive thru with a person yelling "how can help you" and then repeating your order not even a second after you made it is not good service whatsoever. I know that Dunkin has a big hold on the coffee and donut market but I would hope they could reconsider who manages their locations. Is there a profit threshold they would have to fall under to be removed from franchise ownership? This has got to be the dirtiest DD I've ever been to. The bathroom was disgusting and the food prep area was a mess. I placed a walk-in mobile order only to find my two drinks in different locations and my food order not present. I asked an employee about it was told to go to the register and ask. It's crazy here in the morning, but that's to be expected, right? They do get you through quickly. The drive through area is cramped which I'm sure doesn't make the Firestone guys next door too happy. But there is order here. I don't think it's as bad here as people in the past have remarked. The mixed lady at the register was completely rude and didn't have any idea how the online coupons work. Ordered a latte with a promo that gave an extra free coffee and had to do it online because she wouldn't take it at the register. Do not get delivery from here! They do not close bags, they depend on drivers to look in bags to see if food is right because they can't be bothered to put names on food. They are very busy but mistakes will happen and do you want people in your bag? The drink lady is great however if only all 3 stations could get 1 order together and bagged complete like every other dunkin. If leaving no stars was an option I would. This is easily one of the rudest staffs I have ever dealt with. I was made to feel like a nuisance for wanting to place an order, on multiple occasions. First was walking in about 2 weeks ago, after waiting in line I finally got to the front and was asked "what do you want?". This struck me as odd / rude but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued to order anyway. The person taking my order had little to no enthusiasm, no professionalism, and was noticeably miserable at work. The next was today at the drive through where I had a similar experience. It was finally my turn and I pulled up to the microphone after waiting in line, only to be asked again "order please". I had just pulled up to the menu and haven't even had a chance to review what I would like. After stating one second please in looking. The response I got was a long sigh followed by "fine". A few seconds went bye ( maybe 15 max) before a voice came over the microphone "are you ready yet?" After multiple rude staff encounters like this and being made to feel like a burden I just told the person not to worry about my order and I would take my business else where. Luckily, Starbucks has opened a new location right next door that is incredibly nice inside, full of lively staff, and the employees have a high level of professionalism. Their drive through also actually moves at an appropriate pace I will not be returning to this Dunkin, Terrible staff which probably means terrible management, training, and leadership. I have never received a correct complete order at this location. I also have a very hard time ordering. They rush me through the order and I have to tell them I'm not finished ordering yet. On my last visit I had to give the drive through attendant back a bag of doughnuts 3 times. I ordered 2 glazed doughnuts. As for the rest of this order I asked for 2 bagel egg, bacon, and cheese sandwiches and a croissant egg, bacon, and cheese sandwich. I asked my daughter to check if they were all there. She glanced and said yes, the line of cars was in front of Firestone. We got home and there was only 2 sandwiches. One was correct and the second one only had egg. This place is beyond frustrating. A handful of times l went in the evenings lm told they have no donuts?....even though it's called Dunkin donuts? 7:30, 8:00,8:30 pm we're the times l do remember would not even give donuts they were going throw away. Mornings are over packed lines because staff is very unorganized and were arguing with each other on who is supposed to do what when l finally got to the window. Posted pic of the warped wrap I got in the drive through today. Less than friendly service (always... Wish there was a better DD in Westminster). Ordered egg/cheese wrap, got BACON egg and cheese, and the tortilla was wadded up so that if you reached in the bag, you grabbed egg, not wrap. Not only that, they evidently nuked it to death because it was HOT (think burnt fingers) and once I got it reassembled, realized the "egg" was grainy/dry, and threw the thing away, anyway. Gave 2 stars because their coffee is pretty good and they're fast. Service not great, def not friendly. read more

My kids keep trying to get me to go back, but it's too rich for my blood!! When you can walk into Shopper's and get Cronuts (yes, croissant+donut!!) For less than HALF DD charges!! The drive thru is an utter waste of time, so getting out of the vehicle is imperative if there's any expectation of accuracy. Literally have to go in & point at what you want, & watch them prepare your order,or there WILL BE errors. Can't believe they spent so much time & $$$ extending the drive thru, & didn't invest in training the employees to be accurate, & treat my food w/ respect (NOT smushing it all into one tiny bag,so the icing from the kid's over priced donuts { even w/coupon !}& the cream cheese & spices from the everything bagel & grease from sausage were all glommed together!! = everything donuts, ugh!!) Its Dunkin you can't really go wrong. Pretty standard right. This place is 8/10 great on their edibles. The last time I went i got a HOT latte but received a ROOM TEMP latte, didn't realize till I got to my work 5 minutes later. The Indian manager is great, I walked in and told them what happened during lunch and they gave me another latte no issues. The biggest issue for me is the one lady that works the cash register, she is super rude to the Indian workers there. I was home visiting my parents for the weekend and needed an iced coffee fix. We pulled through the Dunkin' drive-through with a mobile coupon for $1 off a medium beverage after 11 am, and the guy at the window scanned it twice for both of our iced coffees without us even asking! We also had some old cups from another restaurant in our cupholders, and when he saw us shuffling the cups around to put our iced coffees in the holders, he offered to throw out our old cups for us. I know both of these things are simple gestures but completely unexpected and appreciated for a drive-through coffee stop. Somebody give that guy a raise! read more

I'm only giving two stars because I love Dunkin' but this location is the worst. They always get orders wrong. Sometimes it's embarrassing how wrong it is. Once I asked for a chocolate glazed and they gave me plain. That's not even close. They just don't pay enough attention. The only reason they keep my business is because I love Dunkin' and I don't feel like driving almost 15 minutes for another one when I can just drive 5 minutes for this one. This situation happened TWICE: We went through the drive through, gave our order. Then when we get to the window we have to repeat everything AGAIN? Really long wait at drive thru, terrible service at drive thru, I was told they wouldn't make my ice coffee dark roast because I didn't ask for it at the beginning (of my sentence)..... Because they already made it.....That's all I ordered? So I proceeded to tell them they would make it right (at drive thru) they then gave me an ice coffee that had more cream then coffee...And a broken straw? I've never had such bad service at a dunkin before, they also tack on extra charges for everything... I think I'll be switching to Starbucks for now. Waiter handled a large order wth ease. He repeated the order back several times to ensure that we were served EXACTLY what we wanted. He provided us with exactly what we need. The doors to the inside were locked in angst, yet the drive through service was above average, and reduced fat blueberry muffins, 3 to be exact, were available late into the night. The drive thru lane is a bit odd, yet I'm sure some repeated visits will allow one to get used to it. If I could give ZERO out of 5 I would. My husband ordered 2 sets each of bacon egg & cheese on a croissant along with 2 medium coffees. He gets home and opens his bag to find 2 sausages on a croissant!! I thought to myself, I better not get sausages too as I CANNOT eat sausage. It makes me sick. It's nearly the same for my husband. Employees were cleaning the vents when I was trying to sit and have a coffee with my parents; dust went everywhere, and they clearly had no idea what they were doing. They were laughing loudly, and it was apparent that they knew this was not appropriate, but they were doing it anyway. This was during business hours! I will NOT be going back to Dunkin Donuts - especially when there is a Shoppers Food Warehouse right behind it with excellent donuts. I could not believe the price of the donuts to start with - but guess that's just because I haven't been there in a while. But the real problem was - if I could find an 1/8 teaspoon of filling in any of the donuts - that is being generous. If they are going to charge $10 a dozen - they better actually put some filling in the filled donuts!! They aren't very large either.
