Where is the lettuce tomato and mayo? The previous time #17 no peppers and was given a ungodly amount of peppers. This place has gone down hill in the past month or two. The amount we pay for the subs and they are made incorrectly is unacceptable. The excuse....we are a little busy with a new person on the grill..... bull. How can you miss the ingredients that are supposed to be on a sub with no modifications and not to add one item? Disappointed that this has made us timid to even order again.

Unfortunately, while the rest of my family's carryout order was correct, mine was completely wrong. I understand mistakes happen, but it's disappointing when the only incorrect sandwich is your own.

The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, especially the team member who took the time to explain everything during our first visit. The food was excellent. She legit claimed it was my fault the sub roll was moldy because it was fine when it left the restaurant, yeah I'm sure I caused mold in the 35 mins total between its delivery, my call and my bringing it back into the store (which I had to do since she called me a liar over the phone) no refund or even offer of replacement (tho after everything I would've turned down any more food from the place) DO BETTER!!! P.S I've been in food service for 20 years managing multiple accounts and if any of my managers acted like this, whether they'd be an employee or even family, it would be unacceptable and they would be fired or at least have their hours docked until they learned how to act with the public and follow food safety guidelines.
