Service was quick and helpful. Why should you choose American Ice Co? Easy! Ohemgee, the flavors! While they have all the basics (including Vietnamese coffee, a personal fave), their seasonal menu is where it's at. I ordered the... I think it was called the Squirrel's Nuts or something like that. And that name was accurate. It was so nutty with various nutty flavors. I giggled when I took my first sip. I highly recommend stepping away from the chains to try this little spot.

I had a shipping back in April. Mike, who evidently runs the whole show there, suggested that I increase my order. I had another shipment post to my account last Thursday. I understand that the Memorial Day holiday slowed it down. My problem was really not with the company, but rather that they use the USPS, which is almost always behind lately. What I didn't expect was the president of this company sending me a response that was this rude and unprofessional. So, I called. He said "you always have a problem." I have emailed once before this last time. That is all. Pics show this. Then, he refused to hear me, said he would cancel my account, and hung up on me. Please read, in full, Mike's response to my question of changing shipping companies. I am shocked that the president of a company would respond this way.
