He didn't hesitate to approve this, which shows how ethical they are as a dealership! The day after the purchase, however, the check engine light came on. I took it to the repair shop first to get the code pulled and then called and talked to Steve at Greg Chapman. He told me to bring it in and they were able to fix the two issues that pulled up right away. Not only this, but they noticed the navigation system was wired in a way that would drain my battery, so they re-wired it to prevent that from happening again. All in all, I had a great experience with the first vehicle and I had a great experience with this one! I'm grateful for their in-house financing more than anything. Highly recommend.

That turned out to be a huge mistake. Less than a month later, the vehicle broke down and was leaking oil everywhere. I had it towed back to their service department, where I was told the high-pressure fuel pump had failed and that my warranty would cover the repair. A week later, the story changed. Now they claimed a bolt holding the fuel pump in place was broken and that they would need to lower the engine to remove it. Conveniently, that repair was not covered under warranty. When I questioned whether the bolt could have been broken during their own repair attempt, I was basically told to "take their word for it" that they didn't do it. They had no proof whatsoever. In the end, I was forced to pay another $3,300 out of pocket for what they called a "discounted" labor charge. After another week, they called and said the vehicle was ready. I picked it up and drove away. Less than five miles later, the check engine light came on. I immediately brought it back. Now, suddenly, I'm being told I need a catalytic converter and another $1,800 repair that also isn't covered. Funny how there were no catalytic converter codes, no check engine lights, and no issues before they had possession of the vehicle for weeks. But somehow, after thousands of dollars in repairs and less than five miles of driving, a completely different major repair is now needed. What makes it even worse is that throughout this entire process, I was repeatedly reminded that if I had purchased the extended warranty they were trying to sell me, I wouldn't have had to pay these costs. It felt less like customer service and more like a sales pitch after the fact. This dealership is great at selling cars. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ends. The service department has been the most frustrating, expensive, and disappointing experience I've ever had with a vehicle purchase. Thousands of dollars later, I still don't have confidence in the car, and all I seem to get in return is another repair bill and an apology for the inconvenience.

She's always paid a fraction of the cost I pay for services at BMW, and yet she's never had any problems with her car. After taking my car two BMW for a new battery and they recommended 2 services that was roughly $3700 and also told me that although due to changing the battery I needed to get it programmed and that it would cost an additional $550. And advised me that I can pay it and they could do it but it could cause a bigger problem that would cost me $3500 if so. I told them just change the battery and took it straight to Apple Imports. I don't want to butcher the service guy name it's Aaron or Erin. But he's a genius! He knew exactly who I was every time i called, kept me updated on everything that they did, and even figured out the programming that BMW apparently screwed up! And didn't charge me anything additional! His genuine care to get my car fixed was amazing to me! I highly recommend this place to anyone. I haven't had any interaction with anyone else other than Aaron/Erin, but I can say he's awesome! And his customer service is phenomenal! You really don't get good customer service all the time in the car service industry.

I get that it was sold "as is", but I have been calling for at least month trying to get service records or them to work with me in anyway possible and the owner will not return my calls. I feel like they took complete advantage of me as a women and single mom. They didn't even tell us that because it was a diesel that it needed the exhaust fluid that was also not filled. They didn't walk us through the car at all. I am now over $1,000 into repairs and we have only had the car 2.5 months before the issues started. Buyer be warned!!
