If you don't READ any of the rest of this review, Please READ this, BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!
I'm going to say most of my mistake was not reading the reviews before I went to this place. As you can see of the bad reviews there are only excuses and we all know what excuses are for.
I purchased a 2014 Cadillac CTS 2.0T from this auto dealer. They said that they just had a radiator put in it, at which time there was an intercooler hose that was removed and the clips that hold it on were lost, so the hose wouldn't stay on. I asked about its ability to pass state inspection and Leslie (Owner) told me all that needed to be done was for this hose to be put back on and this would clear the code that would cause it to fail inspection. Far from the truth!
The only reason that I considered this to be the truth is because when we lodged the hose on, the car ran a lot better. Two days after purchase, I was driving it and the A/C just starts blowing hot air like the heater is on. Now it's also throwing several codes, one of which has something to do with the cooling fan which may or may not have something to do with the A/C.
I ordered a fan control module off Amazon, got it the next day and installed it. Went to run an errand in the car to see if that fixed the fan issue. On the way, home the car went into limp mode, which is reduced engine power caused by an issue.
The following day, I took the car to a well-respected auto shop who tells me its throwing many codes and could run into the thousands to repair it. I called Leslie and asked about a refund. He said no, we sold it as is, but I will run it through the auction for you and you'll probably make a couple of thousand dollars more. We know that is BS or he'd have refunded me and run it through the auction himself. So, I decided to take it to another shop for a second opinion and they have basically told me the same thing except now they've added that there is also an exhaust leak and the car wouldn't pass inspection with the leak even if it wasn't throwing any codes and no check engine light on.
Since the car is no good how it is, I decided to take the next steps to getting it fixed so I approved an estimate of $1735 for the first few repairs, which may or may not be all it needs. I again call Leslie to see if he will help me with paying for the repairs since he clearly withheld information about the condition of the car. He, again, said no, but would run it through the auction.
As I'm talking to Leslie this time, I told him about the exhaust leak on top of everything else. Leslie now reveals he knew about the exhaust leak and why its leaking. Never was mentioned before. Unethical and a terrible way to do business! Steer clear folks and let's wait for their excuse! read more
