My order is always correct and perfect at this Starbucks. The staff are always friendly and it's clean. It gets crazy busy sometimes and it can feel like it takes a while but the drive thru speed is typical for Starbucks. I was a bit disappointed in the in-store service speed and felt like drive thru might have been prioritized. read more

You can't go wrong with Starbucks (usually). They get my order right and if they don't they fix it. It's a busy location that keeps up with orders to keep employees moving. The baristas are all friendly and helpful. I always feel like they want to get to know you here. My to-go drink is the Matcha Latte. If it's winter I like getting a Dirty Chai Latte or Caramel Macchiato with one less pump. ;) read more

This my favorite local location! They are the best here. I work from home and I drive Uber eats and anytime I come for an order for myself or for a delivery they are always fast, friendly, and accurate! This location has an outside seating area and a good amount of seats inside. read more

Always fast and courteous service. I go here pretty often for everything from a work meeting to a drive-thru cup of black coffee. They're ready for an order and serve it quickly. The place could be cleaned a little more often on the inside. The last couple of times I've gone, the furniture hasn't been wiped down and it seems a bit disheveled. Nothing a patron can't fix, but would expect it to have a little more attention. That said, you can't go wrong at this location. They're always so friendly and nail the orders. read more

What makes a Starbucks location different from all the others? Consistency. This one has been on point with each visit. The drive thru is always quick to move the line, the drinks are made correctly and the staff is always friendly. The parking lot entry and exit of a bit difficult since Aloma is a busy road and cruising traffic to get into and out of this place is risky if you need to cross the four lanes. The inside is smaller but always clean and well stocked. They have fun events here on occasion so be sure to check those out! Overall: A Consistency is key. read more

This store is large enough to not feel cramped and small enough to feel comfy. My Barista was friendly, efficient and made me feel right at home (except she insisted on fixing my pour-over for me)! The outdoor seating area is shielded by the building from the late afternoon sun and benefits from shade trees, as well. The patio area is absolutely delightful. read more

I landed into Orlando Airport at a VERY BAD TIME..it was right at peak traffic heading home time, and Google Maps was predicting it would take us over an hour and a half to get home. So I needed some coffee. I'm honestly more of a tea drinker, but the stop-n-go traffic on SR 436 that I was snarled in, had created a massive headache and nothing else other than some caffeine would help pep me up. I had missed the Starbuck's located closer to the airport, and so this location at Aloma was the next best en route home. It was easy to pull into this location and driving up - ohmygosh - that outdoor veranda space this Starbucks had was amazing!! It looked like a swanky hotel's poolside cabana with the awnings (shade from the FL heat, y'all!) and the different wicker chairs and cool seating arrangements. If I lived in the area, I'd just come and hang out here - lots of eye candy too ;-) Service inside was lovely. I asked the barista for the mildest beans and lots of milk in a small size. Unfortunately, at Starbucks, even the mild roast is too dark for me - they totally just cater for the strong American palate. Update: I came here may 4th and had a bad experience with service. I came back today with my mom and had a wonderful experience. Ms. Lisa reached out to me and assured me that our next visit would be much better. We came in and spoke to Ms. Lisa and she took care of our drink order. All of the staff was polite and engaging, regardless of it being busy. The young man working the Clover machine was making drinks for other guests and found time to talk to my mom about the machine, which was very nice. My poor experience here was an isolated experience and shouldn't define the experience others may have. Honestly, that was one of the very few times I've ever had an issue with any Starbucks store. read more

Staff was very nice but was stuck waiting 25 minutes for a coffee, just for it to be in a cracked cup that leaked everywhere. They remade it quickly but remade it wrong. Have had many problems with time here so don't go if you need a quick coffee. read more

Our neighborhood Starbucks! Great friendly service and standard drinks. There are some chairs and tables inside, but they can get packed and outlets are not always accessible. Wifi is really reliable and quick as always - when Brighthouse goes out at my house or has service issues, I sometimes come here to work (I telecommute). However, their music is just above the quiet level which gets on my nerves after an hour or so. They also have just as many chairs and tables outside if you have your dog with you - just don't plan on walking there because it is not pedestrian friendly in those parts. read more

Poor customer service. Arrived to pickup an order for a customer. Had a 10 minute deadhead for pickup. When I arrived the sandwich was sitting and no drink as of yet. Was at least another 5 minute wait for the drink. Normally Starbucks are excellent, but this one was poor, and not that busy. read more

Great location near the busy street of Aloma. This store have tons of sitting space inside and out. They are usually really quick with your orders and everything is spot on. Clean sitting area and tons of power outlet if you want to plug in your laptop. As I write this review, someone actually have their desktop in the store enjoying the internet and cold AC. read more

This busy stretch of Aloma definitely needs a Starbucks. While they closed the location at Aloma and Lakemont, I'm not sure if this location is any easier to get to in the mornings. Either way, it's a nice updated location. The interior is very spacious and roomy for those who work from home/coffeeshops. Everything is typical of Starbucks and even the barista at the counter spelled my name right! LOL Their outdoor seating is nicer than most locations. There is even a drive thru. While I have seen the drive thru line form during weekday mornings, it almost seems like the easier option as the parking lot is a headache. It took me 5 minutes to back out of my spot because the folks exiting the drive thru line have to go through the small "lot" to exit. Which means no one would let me back out until I had to force my way in. So even if you want to save some time by parking and ordering inside, drive thru almost seems like less of a hassle. read more

Starbucks is great for a quick bite and good cup of coffee or tea. I went to this location to get together with a friend so we could catch up. It is a good sized cafe with enough seating inside and outside. Service was okay. This location does tend to get a lot of business so you may have to wait longer than you normally would. I am not a coffee drinker so I got a Teavana iced tea. I also got a breakfast sandwich which was okay. I mostly like the atmosphere for quick get togethers. They also have wifi and baked goods. read more

Stop by here one evening after dinner. I recently downloaded the Starbucks app. That's typical of all Starbucks locations, and the service was very quick and very friendly. The use of the app it's very easy. Thought it was pretty neat that this location has beer and wine. As always when you get to a Starbucks you get what you pay for. Everytime I come here I have an issue picking up to go orders. Employees are very rude and just ignore you until you speak to them first. Apparently if I'm waiting for a to go order and a group of people walk in, I was told my order is prioritized last after anyone in the store or in the drive thru, even though the to go order was placed ages ago and I was the only one in the restaurant when I got there to pick it up. And to top it off my to go order was literally only 2 drinks and i stood there for over 10 minutes before I decided to just leave and cancel my order. Avoid this place. Very unprofessional. read more

I was very disappointed with their customer service. I was happy the new location had a drive through, because it makes it more convenient. I was excited to try the birthday cake frapp but asked for regular whipped cream instead of the raspberry. When she fixed it she took it out & just added regular, thank goodness I'm not allergic or something. Then my frapp is liquid, it taste like straight milk & hazelnut. No ice to it. I will most likely not be returning to this location. read more

My fiancé and I stopped in for a late night snack after a terrible experience at a different establishment. We pulled into your Starbucks drive through, 30 minutes before closing and Alanna greeted us at the window, very pleasantly. She deserves recognition for providing excellent customer service despite it almost being closing time. Tasted bland, and the dough was very rough and the filling wasn't throughout. There's a small space for seating indoor and outdoors.

To make our visit feel even more appreciated by the business, we were given goodbyes in the parking lot by hugs from the owner. This is what makes a good business great. When this was brought up to the owner, she insists that the customer is responsible to ask and not the establishment to proactively provide you the information as other restaurants do as a normal precaution. If you have food allergies, be extra cautious, you may not get asked and the menus are likely not going to get revised. But maybe I'll be wrong. And she'll take the feedback to make positive changes.

My dad ordered a coffee to go and I ordered a matcha latte without sweetener and almond milk, plus a honey and sea salt cragel to go. Service was quick. Matcha latte was good. I liked the cragel - it had a good texture and wasn't too sweet. My dad wasn't super fond of his coffee, but it was okay. (He said it wasn't the worst, but it wasn't the best coffee he's ever had.) If there isn't an event going on, they have their own parking lot. Otherwise, you are allowed to park in the school lot if school is not in session. (Or street parking if you can find some.)

If you're planning to visit, I'd suggest booking in advance to make sure your kid has a spot.
