SnowBean is such a great coffee shop to chill, study , work or come to leave a memory. I first came here earlier this year to place our love lock here but this visit was for me and my baby girl. Located on east colonial on the water, this evening was perfection. Me and my daughter ordered an iced latte and dessert and brought our love lock to place on their love lock area. We watched the planes land at the executive airport and brought a canvas to do some painting. They have great hours as they are open until late in the night but I've always loved coming around sunset. If you live in Orlando and want a relaxing place to work or come for a date, this is a hidden gem. read more

I love going to snow bean after I go to Izziban -- I always make sure to leave a little extra space after going to the all you can eat Korean BBQ. Their snow ice is so great and taste amazing with one of their cruffles, coffees, or desserts. The only disappointing thing was the Tayaki fish pastry. It was very good unfortunately. I am so glad to have found out about this hidden gem. The Cafe is just so cute and the outdoor patio with all the love locks is so romantic; I could sit there all day. We brought our own lock because I heard that they had been out of locks for a while, but they did have locks for sale when I was there. Either way it works. The Cafe has a lot to offer, unfortunately as a non coffee drinker and as someone with Celiac disease there was nothing there for me to buy. I've come here every time I've visited Orlando, not for their food but for the ambiance. They have a waterfront deck and it's so nice to just sit out there drinking your coffee. Such a cute little cafe -- I love that it's open late (1a daily) and has such cute desserts and treats. I come here for the pabingsu (Korean shaved ice dessert), but the croffles are really good too. Snowbean is such a unique experience as it's attached to a restaurant and is has a large aesthetic outdoor patio on the lake. You can purchase locks here and take a loved one so you can put a lock on the bridge together. The baristas are really nice. I've been to this place many times. It's a cute little spot with a cute cafe vibes. You are able to buy a lock to put on the bridge outside with you and your partners initials which is sooo cute. Snowbean one of those if you know, you know places in Orlando that has a cute little deck, full of locks and peoples names on it like you're in Paris. It overlooks a lake, and I swear I need to come in the daytime because every time I come here it's already nighttime. as you can tell by my pictures, I ordered the tastiest little snack and while you can't get a big fancy meal here, there is a restaurant directly attached to it where you can. But honestly, if you're looking for a chill spot to grab a dessert, maybe bring your computer and work on things, this is your place. I was disappointed that they didn't have any gluten and dairy free desserts. I know it's always hit or miss but most places usually have at least one item. They only had one herbal tea, Chamomile, and again, it was just okay. The service was fine, not memorable at all. After attempting to sit inside for a bit the smells and noise got to me and I ended up sitting on the deck which IS nice like most other reviews mention but they have this horrendous netting smack dab in the middle of the view obstructing the natural beauty and is a terrible eyesore. Food was not good, earl grey hot chocolate tasted off, strawberry bread tasted like air, matcha roll tasted like air, crepe cake was pretty good, and regular earl grey tea was pretty good. So I have been wanting to try this place out since I have been craving those asian shaved ice sundaes I call them LOL This place is a challenge to find on the road because its hidden attached to IZZIBAN on east colonial. The signage is quick to pass by if you do not really look around. So this place as I said is attached to IZZIBAN sushi / bbq. I am unsure if its owned by the same owners hence it is attached next to another eatery . Its a cute tiny spot by a lake - Has a patio outdoor seating with string lights. Inside its kind of dark LOL I noticed a few diners with their laptops somewhat a study spot for young adults. Outdoor on the side is a padlock area where its array of heart shaped padlocks attached facing the lake - You purchase the padlocks and write a small memento on the lock and find a spot and attach it to the fence facing the lake as a memoir. Its a cute idea IMO representing how this place is. The menu board is easy and small. They offer array of display of asian treats like choco pie and mini asian desserts in the chiller. They are known for Shaved Ice so I opted for the Black Sesame which is a unique flavor for shaved ice. It has mochi and cornflakes with black sesame sprinkles and a scoop of ice cream along with the sweet milky shaved ice. The ice is flaky shaved. Its soft and melts easily once consumed. So the taste. I LOVE IT! It was not that sweet and the portion was good for $8 ish. It did kind of lack in Black Sesame Flavor but I still love this dessert. The corn flakes remained crunchy throughout and the mochi was still chewy - The ice barely melted which is impressive. I felt inside was too cool to eat this so I ate this on the patio side. Watching the view of the lake was relaxing. Staff is nice here and it is a cute place - The shaved ice is def worth it! I want to try the ones with fruit toppings next time. read more

Great for late night cravings! This cafe opens late which is good for studying or whenever you're in need of something sweet. We got the strawberry bomb which is a Korean dessert called bingsu. It is shaved ice with strawberries and vanilla ice cream topped with condensed milk. Always asked for extra to as it gets watery and less sweet. The large is more than enough for 4 people to share! I would order another one if I was not so full. It was warm and flaky with the right amount of sweetness. The affogato was also great! The espresso was strong with creamy ice cream. There is free wifi and outlets available, plenty of parking too. The music ranged from chill lofi instrumentals to popular kpop hits. Love that they also have a mini Asian grocery aisle of ramen, chips, boba kits, and cakes. I got the rose butterfly pea lemonade ($6) which happens to be a bestseller, and for good reason--it was gorgeous to behold and tasted very refreshing! Their shaved ice has dairy milk already infused in it, so unfortunately those and the croffles (ice cream on a waffle) cannot be made vegan. However many of the drinks are vegan or can be if you substitute for a nondairy milk. read more

Honest review, from a coffee viewers perspective. The coffee did not meet our satisfaction level. I also got a red bean dango that was exactly that! Despite the weak coffee, the ambience and views from this deck are really what have it going for this location. It's a wonderful spot to chill and hang out with good company, and the water makes the temperature nice and breezy. As for quality of coffee, I'd recommend plenty of other cafes in the area. The vibes of this cafe are really cozy, reminds me of cafes commonly found upstate like New York. The fact they also have seating overlooking the lake is very scenic. When it comes to the food, I didn't really find anything that stood out. The brownie with shaved ice bowl was more odd than tasty. I had also gotten mini hazelnut filled taiyakis which left much to be desired. We got a neat looking strawberry lemonade which wasn't anything crazy yet yummy. They have two outside areas that oversee the lake to enjoy your order and they also have seats inside. The pier area is full of love lockets which they sell at the cafe! I'm really enjoying exploring more cafes instead of your typical brunch experience. SnowBean is located right next to the Izziban Korean BBQ spot off of 50 and right on the lake! Once I arrived the staff was very patient with me as I looked over the menu to figure out what to try first. I ended up going with the Chocomisu (tiramisu) croffle and the churro croffle! I had never had the waffle/croissant crossover before and I was very pleased with how it all tasted! The pastries are small but two of them were enough to keep me sated until dinner time! The churro one was my favorite as I think the flavor went great with the texture of the pastry! Their seasonal Cran-Plum Lemonade was so refreshing & TASTY! I'm not a big plum person but the combo of flavors was actually really nice. If I could get an entire gallon of it to drink, I would!
