It was date night for my wife and I, we decided to try Boca for the first time and the experience…read morewas amazing! The food was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and perfectly cooked. Well balanced flavors and textures. Our server Justin was very attentive and helpful the entire night. He helped us decide everything from drinks and appetizers to entrees and desserts. He was very knowledgeable, descriptive, and accurate on his recommendations. The ambiance is perfect for a date night, drinks with friends, or any event really. They have lots of tables, a large bar, and even a private area if you have the need for it. We got two mocktails because we were participating in dry January. I got the passion fruit Boat Drinks and my wife got the Hibiscus Nojito. Both drinks were really good! To start we got the French Onion soup and the Pig and the Bee flatbread. Both were really tasty. The French Onion soup was nicely balanced with the perfect amount of cheese on top. Next time we'll ask for more croutons. The flatbread was delicious!! It was the thinnest, crispiest flatbread I've ever had with the right amount of toppings. The salty and savory meats with the drizzle of hot honey was perfect. For entrees my wife got the Sweet Potato Gnocchi with Shrimp and I got the Staff Meal which happened to be a Chicken and Bacon carbonara...the gnocchi was incredible. The textures and flavors were amazing. The carbonara was really good too but the gnocchi stole the show. For dessert we got a latte and a cappuccino and got the Cherry Cobbler to go. I reheated the cobbler in a ramekin in my air fryer, it was so delicious!! We will definitely be back!

So much potential, yet so underwhelming. The ambiance is spot-on, but the food simply doesn't…read morejustify the price tag. I've never been to a place that serves a classic American farm breakfast without offering butter or preserves for the toast, and to make matters worse, the toast itself was burnt. The food overall was bland and uninspired. When one of us asked for jelly and butter, our server seemed genuinely surprised and confused by the request. He eventually brought the butter out cold and completely unspreadable. This is yet another mid-to-upscale wannabe restaurant that got the most important thing wrong. Save yourself the disappointment and skip this one. You'll thank me later.

They have specials on Monday and Thursday which sounded yummy and at good value. We got classic breakfast fare and pretty much everything was amazing. The only thing that did not WOW us was the biscuit, a little dry and dense but still okay. I would highly recommend the sausage links. They were good quality, juicy, and crispy. The pancakes and French toast were also delicious. They are not crispy but very buttery, soft, flavorful. So if you like that kind of pancake/french toast, this place is your jam. Will definitely be coming back again. We were pleasantly surprised about the prices and the service was amazing too. Jen was our server.

If you grew up in Longwood, you know the Country Kitchen. FULL DISCLOSURE- This is my family's restaurant - my parents became the owners over 15 years ago. Since buying it they moved the restaurant from its free standing location to the plaza behind it. The ambiance/vibe is as it's always been...COUNTRY!! Chickens! Cows! Funny signs, and even pictures of the regulars. It's first come/first serve, with plenty of tables and even a bar top if you like that. Our youngest son got a chocolate chip pancake with sausage and hash browns. Our older son and my wife got the same thing...Country Boy Meal...one egg, bacon/sausage, French toast/Pancake, plus a side of hash browns. They all LOVE hash browns! I got BLT on rye bread with home fries! The food was really good, not anything fancy, it's a home cooked meal. You should be full from your meal and might have some leftovers. If you're in the Longwood area, Country Kitchen is a great spot.
