Oh. My. Gosh. I ordered my drink and food and once I got it, my drink was made incorrect, but it was a simple mistake that could easily be fixed so I didn't really mind. Also the drive thru guy was really really nice. I asked them to remake it and they kindly said yes and told me to pull up to the sidewalk area. They forgot to give me straws so I went in to grab them, no problem. Once I got my remade drinks, I realized they forgot to give me my food. I went back inside with my receipt and politely said "hey sorry you forgot to give me my food, it was..." and they didn't say anything to me and just rudely stared at me until the lady who took my order came over to me and shoved it at me with attitude. I've been to this location a few times (and now that my in-laws live nearby, I imagine I'll be here more often). In September, I was in the area for work and needed a place with a stable internet connection to get some emails cranked out. This turned out to be an excellent choice - plenty of seating, the coffee was good, and the staff were friendly. I also noted that they had some autumnal decor on the tables, giving it a bit of a homey feeling compared with the typical lack-of-personality decor that Starbucks has. Over the holidays, we went through the drive-thru twice. Both times our orders were accurate and staff were super friendly. We were given a discount on one of the visits because the staff felt there was a delay (I mean, it was slow, but it's not *their* fault everyone in Westfield came to Starbucks at the same time on the day after Christmas). Overall, it's a positive Starbucks experience and one that stands out a bit from other locations. Tip your baristas -they're working hard to keep things moving! read more

State Road 32 and Oak Ridge location. The interior of this newer Starbucks is really sleek. It's also bigger than most locations around me, The indoor seating is currently closed; all locations closed their indoor seating about 2 weeks ago. They are allowing walk ins to both order at the counter and to pick up orders. This location stays pretty busy; at least all of the times I've driven by. The cars have been backed up many times when I've either driven by or have placed a pick up order or gone inside to order. The parking can get a bit difficult to maneuver with the the drive through line winding all through he lot. However, parking seems to be a problem with all of the Starbucks locations in my area. Despite the difficulties with parking or the long drive through lines I am still a loyal Starbucks fan and a few go to choices. read more

I knew the non drive thrus had , but didn't realize that most Starbucks drive thrus closed so this is one of the few that is still going. I knew it would be packed but I did not expect to be the 18th car in line. I sure was though. My 13 year old was promised a frappe though so I was in it regardless of how long it would take. I was pleasantly surprised that it only took 14 minutes for me to get to the window. And when I got there, they were using masks and gloves. So glad to have a Starbucks over on this side of Westfield. Cant never have too many. Great for hanging out with good company or to sit and do some work while enjoying your favorite beverage. A little disappointed with the rewards changes but life goes on. Love the Starbucks app. Makes things go quickly. Mango dragonfruit refresher is the best and I love the Nitro lids. I do think those would taste great with crushed ice. Fall brings my favorite coffee flavors. With a quick comment to the employee of not knowing what would be pleasant for not only myself, but also my boyfriend, she immediately, and most kindly, took the stress away by making suggestions according to our likes. When I got to the location, the drive through line wrapped around the building so I parked and waited for my order. I went to the door and it was locked so I called and whoever answered was unbelievably rude. I understand workers are stressed especially with a line wrapped around the building, but the worker didn't care when I told him the money had been taken out of my app and that it said they were open for mobile ordering. By far my favorite Starbucks except the one in Avon, this one has a cool drivethrough that goes between two buildings. It's always busy, with a line around the the store. But you will never wait long, and if you do, you won't complain. The staff goes above and beyond to make your drinks correctly, no matter how complicated. They're always happy, courteous and upbeat. It's like a big, cheerful family who just happens to serve stellar coffee and bakery treats. If I bring my bratty little mini dachshund, they squeal and spoil her with a puppiccino. Great location and the workers are really nice! This Starbucks is big but the chairs are super uncomfortable and hurt your back if you stay for very long. I would love to see them put in the normal chairs that Starbucks usually has and also make better use of the space with their table arrangements. Let me preface this by saying that I work in the customer service industry and I respect people for dealing with rude customers and I know how annoying people can be, but I also know that we need to be kind and courteous to them no matter what. So I'm craving starbucks late at night (730) so I drive up to the window after seeing two people still inside and looking up the hours both on the app and online. It says they close at 9 right now because of Covid. They used to close at 10. I pull up to the window twice and nobody answers. I think, maybe they are closed, but if they get an alert that I'm there maybe it would be nice to go on the speaker and tell me that? So, I mobile order. It says they are still taking orders until 930. Confusing...probably still haven't changed it sense they used to close at 10. It lets me order, so I do. I leave to grab some food. Come back. Try to go inside and the door is locked. At this point I realize they are probably closed. That's fine, I understand. But now I have paid for 2 drinks for $12 that I'm not sure how I'm going to get back. So even though this girl is looking at me confused through the glass she continues to ignore me. I then tap on the glass and say excuse me. And she proceeds to roll her eyes, look up and say "We're closed". Really? I didnt notice... I say that I've placed a mobile order and ask how I'm supposed to get my money back? She goes "We're closed. I can't help you" All while she is looking extremely annoyed. This interaction continues for 15 more seconds. I then just walk away. Needless to say, I will be making a call tomorrow and I really hope I'm helped in a kind manner. Simply, this could've been solved by her coming and opening the door and explaining in a kind way that they are closed and I can call tomorrow to figure out how to get a refund. End of story.
