I had an absolutely awful experience at this Starbucks today. My friends and I, all Egyptian American, were simply sitting and chatting, not disturbing anyone, when the shift manager, Aubrey, approached us without warning in a very rude manner, told us that we needed to leave or the police would be called. This was completely out of the blue, as we were just enjoying our time together after church. This all started after a Caucasian male customer complained about us for no apparent reason, and we were singled out because of it. As if that wasn't enough, another Egyptian American family with an infant child was also told to leave as well, despite the fact that they weren't causing any disruption either. This place continues to be a hot mess. Ordered an iced oatmilk gingerbread latte. No Pumpkin Spice Topping. I pick it up - there is bumpkin spice topping. I bring it to the baristas attention. All she does is open the lid, take a spoon, and spoon off all the topping. Puts the lid back on - the lid with pumpkin spice topping residue- and hands it to me. WTF. When you screw up, you're supposed to remake it. read more

This Starbucks is always friendly and efficient, whether I order through the app or walk in and order in person. This morning I got a venti iced coffee with sugar free vanilla and cream (my usual go to lately - sorry to say I can't really jump on the PSL lol) and I also grabbed an old fashioned glazed donut. Since my last review Starbucks completely renovated the premises; they did a good job however, there seems to be less seating and it's a lot noisier than previous. I feel like I'm in a high school cafeteria when I'm in there; and now apparently they allow dogs in the store which is a complete turnoff for me. The floors are dirty and the tables are almost never wiped down, they're always sticky from coffee or crumbs from previous customers. Please step it up a notch or two!! read more

I used to stop here often when I lived nearby. This is one of the better Starbucks in the area. In the morning, the line is long, but it moves quickly. The staff can handle the crowds well. I really like this place because it has TWO stations to add cream & sweeteners and get napkins (near the door and near the counter). There's seating inside and outside on the brick patio (next to the crazy Route 30/Route 27 intersection). The access and parking here can be dicey, as this is a very popular morning commuter stop. read more

I asked for a hazelnut macchiato, the lady said "i cant put hazelnut in macchiato but i can do a latte" im like what?! You can do a latte but not espresso with hazelnut? This store took an incredibly long time, and I saw a ton of people walk in after me and get their food before me.

I go to this starbucks everyday. The partners are particularly great: fast, and super friendly. The place is always clean though for some reason some frequently puts the napkins in backwards... Never too crowded, never empty....good spot. downside: the parking lot - everyday a fiasco. read more

I like this Starbucks because I feel like they've got the efficiency down! They've got baristas working at the cash registers, and baristas taking orders so that they could have your drinks ready by the time you finish paying. The cafe isn't huge, but it's sufficiently spacious -- it's great for doing some work because the people in the neighborhood don't study here. On warmer days, there is a patio that looks like it would be nice to hang out and look at the cars on Routes 27/30, if you're into that kind of thing... looking at cars. Still it's a nice space. Parking can (sometimes) be a hassle here in the mornings! Nonetheless, I prefer this Starbucks over the ones in Natick or Framingham because of the service. read more

Starbucks is Starbucks. Nothing special. This one is pretty good though. The staff is cool for the most part, and the drinks are decent given everything at Starbucks is automated now (no longer manual espresso shots or milk steaming; the machine does everything). It's always cold in there in the wintertime. I wish they'd turn up the heat! Seating is a bit odd. There's the big table at the back of the store, and the tables at the front are cluttered by the line and the condiment bar. So 4 stars for the staff (but please stop propping open the back door to unpack order when it's freezing outside) and the warm goodness. read more

I have been going to this Starbucks regularly for 2 years or so. They have the best, most skilled, and friendliest staff EVER. Unlike some Starbucks, this one has little staff turnover - I know most of them and they care to know me, which makes my visits (this place sometimes serves as a mobile office) more enjoyable. Oh, and my drinks are 100% perfect every time, and they are super fast. Kind clientele, we have nice chats at the big work table in back! One small suggestion I would make is to only have customers use the front door in colder weather. The side patio door isn't necessary to use in winter, is located directly next to tables and chairs, and I end up sitting in my coat and hat when working there - it is freezing. But thanks for being the best - I come back and work in my coat and hat because it is so great here!!!! read more

Don't be intimidated by the line that stretches all around this location. These guys know how to work a crowd, and you'll be out of there in no time. I've never had a screwed up order here, either. The seating area is small so if you're writing your novel you may want to go somewhere else. If I could give this place a zero for a rating I would. I ordered a vanilla sweet iced coffee and a strawberry n cream frappe and ended up receiving a mediocre order. The male cashier was so rude and seemed like he really hates his job. Any type of emotion was non existent, pretty much lifeless. I am horrified about the type of service I received at this location.
