As far as Starbucks go this is a pretty great location honestly. The drive-through is fast and friendly. The interior has plenty of room and there's even an outdoor porch. I love the sausage, egg and cheddar breakfast sandwich and usually get something seasonal. My dog adores the pup cups and now has come to expect them when I'm hitting the drive-through. It's a nice little tradition and I like the place. read more

This Starbucks was disgusting!! There was 3 employees working.. Yet the counters were dirty and slow service. The barista was extremely slow at making everyone's drinks. Not only that but also VERY MESSY! She literally sounds like she hates her life when she called out the drinks. I've visited this Starbucks several times. I've sat down w a coworker monthly. I use the drive thru most often. The service is great although not as warm as it had been at their previous space at WholeFoods. It is much more spacious. You're more likely to get a great deal of work completed because I've rarely observed any social activity. read more

I was full of rage when my friend and I arrived at Starbucks at 7:54pm to find Starbucks had already closed. We had walked over two miles to get there and called to confirm they would be open at 8 pm as said on there website. This ruined my night and I think if they are going to inconvenience there customers like this they should change the times on there website. IF YOU SAY YOU CLOSE AT 8 CLOSE AT 8. Again do not expect for there closing time listed on there website as well as a employees word over the phone that they will be open until there said time. They ruined and lost two daily customers because there laziness and lack of ability to work till said time listed on there website. Please be aware that if you purchase a drink at this Starbucks that if you show up 5-10 min before closing they will be two lazy to serve you and most likely not be open. The people there are nice and friendly, most of them (at least the M-F crew) know my name and no longer write "Dasha" or "Kasha" on my cup. It's what I imagine going to Cheers (the tv show Cheers, not the actual crap restaurant) would be like, only without beer and people loitering. read more

And HOW hard is it to pour a damn straight ice coffee ahead of someone's extra triple foam latte with eight gallons caramel syrup and a whole can of whipped cream?! This is a wicked busy location! I always mobile order because the line is usually so long during peak hours. They get through the line quickly I just never have time to wait. My orders have always been ready when I get there and they're always correct. Staff is very friendly. I wait for about 15 minutes and the line isn't moving. One girl is refusing to fix one lady's order and people just had negative vibes altogether. Love this shop - it is cozy and clean, and the staff is efficient and pleasant - all of them. I often order the same espresso drink with extra foam and the girl barista ALWAYS gets my order right, she even remembers to give me a spare cup as I prefer my drink to stay warm for longer while I drive. Their condiment bar is always neat and fully stocked, even later in the day. Though the other Starbucks at Shopper's World plaza is closer and more convenient when you out there shopping, I would still come to this one next to WholeFoods - for a quality drink and friendly service. Really enjoy this starbucks. Come almost every morning before work. The quality of your Starbucks experience really depends on the baristas. And this Starbucks tends to have a high turnover rate. There are some that have been here ongoing for the last two years.and when you get them you're guaranteed a quality drink, but if you get somebody new it's a little hit or miss. This Starbucks is very easy the access from route 9 and is very busy mornings but the staff are well trained, fast and friendly. The rest rooms are remarkably clean even with the heavy customer traffic. The one thing I don't like is that the music can be a little too loud most of the time. This place is by far my favorite Starbucks. It's located in the Whole Foods plaza on route 9 west in framingham. It's the plaza right before Walgreens. The food and café are always fresh and delicious. The place never gets crowded either, I was in there around 6am on a Tuesday and I was in and out in no times. It is not a very big Starbucks, but there are still plenty of seats and outlets for you to sit back and relax on your laptop The staff is amazing. They are very nice and very good at their jobs. I don't know how anyone can give this SB less than five stars. I've been a customer at this location for ten or so years and go at least three times a week. I have never had a 'bad' iced coffee or iced green tea (my usuals), and the staff is phenomenal. Always greet me with a smile, know my drink, and are hard working and professional. Sure, occasionally they don't have long straws or flat lids but that's certainly not the employees fault. Sometimes shit happens and deliveries can be late. This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. The staff at this location is friendly and more often than not really quick to get you your latte. Saturdays can be crazy, but thats to be expected at a coffee shop located next to a Whole Foods market on the weekend. They are also really good at remembering my order and I only come in a few times a month. I have only used the Wi-fi a few times but I did not have any issues with it. read more

I truly appreciate this Starbucks coffee shop. I have met some great peeps here. Thanks again for serving me! That said, I sometimes wonder why, and this is the exception, it takes most baristas an instant to pour a cold brew; yet today I ordered a hot breakfast and a cold brew, I got my breakfast 10 minutes before my Cold brew. Not as busy as I have seen it, she's an established barista??? I ordered,hung back, received my eggs, hung back some more, saw a lady placing her order, she stepped aside, starts chatting with someone, couple of minutes pass, her orders up??? Btw, think I saw the scene play out 2xs, before I asked if there actually was an order back there for me. She looks, yes I have it. Ok, within 30 seconds, an empty cup is now full and my name is called???? I know most of the people that work there, but not all. I've never had any words with them.
