The passion for coffee here is evident from the second you walk in. All locally roasted and prepared to maximize the flavor of the coffee. I had an iced Dutch Brew (their speciality) and enjoyed the smoothness and flavor of the coffee. Service was helpful and thoughtful carefully measuring out to make sure each coffee was consistent and excellent. Can't wait to try a pour over at their new seaport location where I have more time. read more

Great spot with authentic coffee and loads of information. The genuinely care about customers, love to get others into coffee, answer questions thoughtfully, have great coffee tools they work with, a website dedicated to coffee information, etc. I mostly come to buy beans since they roast their own in the back and make their own blends from variety, limited and single origin roasts. I always pick up a bag or two each time I visit and make espresso and pour over at home. They have a fantastic mocha/Dutch brew and good pour over. Go pick yourself up a few bags and enjoy the coffee ride. read more

Service: was kind, and they had our drinks ready quickly. Drinks: they have no syrups the only sweetener they have is classic syrup which is fine. From out of town, looking for good coffee and stumbled upon Jeje. I was not disappointed! The Dutch Brew iced coffee is sooo smooth and barely a bitter note at all. Service is amazing as well! A sweet Korean couple runs it as well and the coffee is roasted by a Korean woman - and it's always great to support local business and a woman-run business as well, by an Asian-American? Amazing! She roasts the coffee on-site! I bought myself a bag of beans to take back with me. Not sure when I'll be back in town, but would love to see this place get more recognition. read more

Back again 3 years later and coffee is still literally outstanding (and we are west coast coffee snobs). This sweet shop is all about the integrity of the coffee bean. The flavor of their Dutch method cold brew is unparalleled. But the real star of this shop are the friendly, knowledgeable owners (who remembered details about us from 3 years ago!). This unassuming, pleasant cafe still flies a little under the radar for some reason unknown to me, but based on quality, personal service, and a pleasant environment this is our #1 place in the Boston area. read more

Best tasting coffee in town. Small and clean at place with a cool vibe. Highly recommend

Jeje's is a great little coffee shop and roastery. The coffee was scrumptious, and the glassware it was served with was gorgeous. The proprietor was very friendly (fyi, it's "jay-jay" and no that isn't his name) and he surprised me when he said he specialized in blends, but his single-origin Ethiopian Kochere pour over was delicious. Very little food to speak of other than pastries, but the egg salad sandwich was ever so slightly sweet tasting and was very fresh. I look forward to my next visit. read more

Jejes Coffeehouse opened their cafe this week next to Coconut Thai in Wellesley Hills. Their coffee roasting business is based in Sharon. This cozy modern coffee shop serves fresh brewed hot & cold coffee drinks, espresso, lattes, mochas, plus a selection of fresh baked goods. There is limited seating along the front window. I stopped by Jejes Coffeehouse early Saturday afternoon, a few minutes before the 2pm closing time. I ordered a Latte ($4.75 plus tax) with 2% milk and a Madeleine ($3.15 plus tax) and I was also given a complementary Choconut Cookie too. The Latte was ready quickly, not too hot with good robust flavors. The Madeleine was like a dense chocolate chip cake muffin, pairing well with the latte. The Choconut Cookie was very good too. Next time I'm here, I'll probably order an iced coffee with a scone. read more

This place is a gem in Wellesley. It is the only Kosher coffee roaster and coffee house in the area. The coffee is delicious and craft made. The pastries are all made on site and the shop smells of freshly baked pastry. I went in for a coffee and left with a bag of beans for my home cold brew. It is family owned and the owner SoonHee is an expert in coffee roasting and preparation. They roast the beans on the premises. read more

Absolutely delicious coffee. Try the Dutch brew! Like chocolate without the sugar. Super friendly owners. And jazz music.

A small coffee roaster located in Wellesley. Coffee was very nice. The owner took care of making each order. I ordered iced mocha with almond milk and it was great. Coffee is flavorful, on the bright side but well balanced with the chocolate. Things are a little pricy but you get good quality product. They roast their own beans which is cool. read more

I was visiting a friend living near Wellesley and he recommended this place (carefully praising it as the best coffee shop in Boston!). I had cortado and their house baked scone, and they were superb. The cortado had a really nice flavor profile and clean finish. I've had my share of cortados in many coffee shops across the country, and this one was one of the very good ones for sure. And the scone was really good! Great texture, not doughy or gooey, just right texture and nice amount of cranberries and nuts. I'd love to visit again and try their drip coffee and other drinks. read more

Jeje's is by far the best coffee in town. We love the Dutch coffee (iced or hot), and the owner's scones are totally addictive! She is a master baker. They also do an earl grey iced tea that is delicious, and their online ordering is super convenient. It's well worth the extra steps from Nero to get a truly delicious coffee and pastries, not to mention they are extremely kind and friendly at Jeje's! read more

I stopped by here earlier today by myself for my morning coffee on my way into work. What drew me to Jeje's Coffeehouse and Roastery was the fact that they were coffee roasters. This shop is located on Washington Street in Wellesley and is a somewhat tiny shop. Inside there were only room for a couple of tables and some bar seating. What was cool though is that you could walk around the corner to see their roaster. For my coffee on this morning I meant to order an americano which I like to do at roasteries but for some reason ordered an oatmilk cappucino instead. Then the small pastry case near the register caught my eye and I decided to add a cranberry walnut scone to my order. After a short wait I had both my pastry and my coffee and headed out to my car. The scone was what I ended up trying first and I liked it. Like most scones, it was somewhat dry but I appreciated the cranberries in it. My favorite part of it though was whenever I got a bit of the pecans which had some caramelly characteristics to them. After I had finished that up I was able to try my coffee. At first I was worried that the coffee wouldn't shine through the oatmilk but I was ultimately wrong. The oatmilk provided a nice creamy and sweet base to the drink but allowed the coffee, which was rich and bold, to shine through. You could also tell that the coffee was recently roasted due to its taste. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. I am sort of mad at myself for not getting an americano but I did at least enjoy my oatmilk cappucino. read more

I don't care how much attention and care you put into your coffee making....$4.90 vs $3.65 for the other overpriced coffees up and down this country...catch me once, shame on you, catch me twice, shame on me....good luck! read more

Jeje's is slightly a bit overrated. I don't think their coffee is all that special; it was decent. They don't have caramel/mocha/ etc sauces or syrups, so they substituted the latte with vanilla instead. It's owned by a family, and they're all super sweet. It's not usually very busy and the food and drinks are prepared quickly. There's accessible parking across the street. Overall rating: 7/10 read more

Simply put: the best coffee I've ever had. My absolute favorite coffee shop. If I take the time to be specific: Jeje's has the best hot coffee I've ever tasted. I have always enjoyed coffee, but had never been able to taste the notes in the brew. That absolutely changed here. I always look forward to seeing what the hot brew of the day is and take delight in picking out the little flavor changes each time. Beyond the coffee, the pastries themselves are perfectly paired to the coffee. The cranberry pecan scone is my absolute favorite and pairs so well with the coffee. Not too sweet and has a light crumble! The attention to detail, from taste and presentation of each of the products to the neatly kept and cozy shop front makes this place an absolute star. Stop by if you're looking to brighten your day, you'll be welcomed in by friendly staff and will love whatever you pick. read more

Best coffee on Washington st. Super friendly, beans roasted in house, and quick service. The Dutch cold brew latte is a personal favorite, I was confused at first while trying to order a cold brew with a little milk. They were super respectful while communicating to me and turns out their cold brew is super concentrated so despite being in Latte form it has plenty of caffeine and tastes great! Great traditional lattes as well! read more

I've gone here twice. I'm making my way through all of the top ranked lattes in the Boston area, and this is currently my highest ranked latte. This isn't a place where you should sit and post up with a laptop for a while. It's quiet and sparse. They're clearly trying to create an atmosphere where you take a minute and enjoy the coffee. My *only* wish is that they did half decaf, but I understand they're not doing it because they're selective about how they mix ingredients. read more

Being from the PNW, I am a bit of a coffee snob. There are very few coffee shops I've been to on the east coast that make a truly delectable cup. That was recently cured with the opening of JeJes Coffeehouse. Soonhe, the owner and coffee roaster, and her husband are true masters of the craft. Not only have they made one of the best cups of coffee I've ever had, but they are the warmest people you will meet. This is the type of business where you walk in and they know your order.
