I dropped the machine off, and asked the repairman how long I would have to drink instant coffee. He smiled and said he would give me a call when it was ready. In 48 hours it was ready for pick-up. He also said the if I could wait an extra day, he could replace the badly worn group gasket, but that he had to get one locally since he was out of stock. I was ecstatic to get the machine the next day. They put it in my car, and included a small zip-lock bag with the old thermostat and gasket. Exceptional service!

Smooth and not overly acidic, both the cold brew and the latte had some wonderful flavor notes and the beans didn't taste burnt. You can tell that Karma is roasting beans right.
