Além de não ter gostado do sabor, aquela quantidade de cafeína poderia até me causar uma crise de ansiedade, algo que acontece comigo quando consumo cafeína em excesso. Fui até o balcão de forma educada apenas para pedir um pouco mais de leite. Não pedi para trocarem a bebida, não reclamei da forma como ela foi feita e nem voltei depois de consumir metade do café -- literalmente tomei um gole e apenas solicitei um ajuste simples. Infelizmente, isso foi suficiente para que eu fosse tratada com deboche por uma funcionária, que respondeu: "Da próxima vez você pode pedir em qualquer outro drive thru, porque o nosso café é forte." No primeiro momento até fiquei sem reação pelo tom sarcástico, porque sinceramente não esperava esse tipo de tratamento. Como cliente, acredito ter o direito de sinalizar quando algo não está dentro do esperado, assim como o estabelecimento tem todo o direito de se posicionar -- desde que isso aconteça com respeito. O que mais me chateia é que essa situação aconteceu justamente em um lugar pelo qual eu havia criado uma imagem tão positiva. Não gostaria que uma experiência isolada apagasse isso, mas confesso que agora não sei se me sentiria confortável em voltar e correr o risco de ser tratada com deboche novamente apenas por fazer um pedido tão simples. It is an order at the register/counter type spot, so you can easily order for there or to go. The staff working were friendly and had quick turnaround times. There was also a fancy coffee station where they made the fancy espressos, cappuccinos, etc. There were various seating options - it was crowded when we went so it was kind of hard to find a spot, but we managed. We ordered small and got a muffin and lemon poppyseed bread slice and two cold brew coffees. We technically ordered for there so they served them on sturdy plates. For your cold brews and regular coffees, they had a coffee-condiment station - ie creamers, oat milk, sugars, etc. plus silverware, napkins, etc. and the cleanup bins for when you are done with you meals. We grabbed a cold brew and an iced latte and were thrilled with the high quality of the coffee. Smooth and not overly acidic, both the cold brew and the latte had some wonderful flavor notes and the beans didn't taste burnt. You can tell that Karma is roasting beans right. Give them a shot, you won't regret it!

I've had the breakfast bowl before and it's FIRE, and this one was delish although they wrapped it as a burrito instead of a bowl. I scraped it off the wrap into a bowl, no biggie. The rice bowl, however, was mostly rice -- undercooked, hard, almost "raw" rice. It was my husband's meal and he ate some of it, but to me the rice was unacceptable. They should have taken a few extra minutes to cook the rice properly instead of sending that out the door. What little meat there was did taste good, so I'm giving the whole experience 3 stars.
