The bianco is their white chocolate mocha and it came out pretty nice. The espresso was smooth and nice while the flavored syrup was just enough so it wasn't too sweet. The bagel was fresh and I asked them to toast it and add a spread of cream cheese. They toasted it perfectly, no crunchy bites but it still had a nice crisp exterior. And no caffeine boost whatsoever. So here's my take, if you are a beginner coffee drinker or want a coffee drink without a bunch of coffee this will be your jam. This is my store, I do usually leave a review now and again just to update, but it's always the same. They're amazing. I just wanted to say, I just left there, after I was at the dentist for almost 4 hours. What a nightmare. I can't even feel the left side of my face and I'm in pain so I decided to go there at around 6:30 at night, which is not the norm for me. I wish I would've looked at the baristas name, because I have to say, this is probably BEST latte and shaken espresso I have EVER HAD. Again, I did not see her name and I don't recognize her as I do not usually go at night time, but this had to be recognized It is Thursday night at around 6:19 PM and whoever made these drinks, is top of the line‼ I have to say, I noticed as right when I looked at them they looked perfect, but the taste was even better She, of course, addressed me as soon as she saw me walk in, to grab my drinks. Such a delight and such a sweet face, said hi as soon as I came in. They were about to close, so I did feel bad. It was so late, but didn't even act like I was in trouble at all. I can't say enough wonderful things about our local Starbucks! Juanamaria elementary school's PTA recently needed coffee for the 1st Day Back to School Boohoo/Wahoo event, and Starbucks went above and beyond to help. Despite facing an unexpected challenge that morning--their water was turned off--they still managed to come through for us. The team didn't let this setback stop them; they went out of their way to pick up our Coffee Travelers from another nearby Starbucks, ensuring that we had everything we needed. Not only did they donate multiple Coffee Travelers, but they also made sure everything was perfect--from the freshly brewed coffee to the carefully packed supplies. The staff was incredibly kind and enthusiastic about supporting our school, going the extra mile when it really counted. Tom Peters once wrote a best-selling book called "A Passion for Customers." The folks at the Victoria Plaza Starbucks Store should read it. One gets the impression for that store, that customers are there to serve the employees, rather than the other way around. As a wise leader once said: A customer is the most important visitor on our premises, they are not dependent on us. We are dependent on them. They are not an interruption to our work. They are the purpose of our work. They are not an outsider in our business. They are a part of it. We are not doing them a favor by serving them. When you are tired nothing like a hot coffee can make you feel good. I like the atmosphere in here. I ordered a grande vanilla latte and I got it in a minute or two. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Compare to many other starbucks it is more quiet and you can enjoy drinking your coffee while reading a book or checking your emails. I loved it. As this is normal for Starbucks...offering free refills for both plain coffee and tea. Every internet writer said, "Yes, Peet's Coffee does free refills for both coffee and tea drinks...every web entry." Anybody...just do the same thing and see if you get a different answer. I didn't want to ask unless it was standard...since I already seemed wrong for getting the wrong tea that I ordered. Going to the counter I asked, may I get a refill...holding up my "small" cup of tea? The manager quickly said..."Oh the re-order is over there there at the cashier line..." We don't offer free refills...it's $1.40...something like that. Full circle moment...welcome to last place. Second place is last place. Oatmeal was below avg...not offering the higher quality add-ons...the blueberries were dried out not fresh like Starbucks. This is an obvious no recommendation to ever enter a Peet's Second Place Coffee House. If there was a half star...then that's what I'd give them.

It was quite busy from the moment we came in to when we left, but the staff was incredibly friendly…read moreand tended to our questions and needs easily. The ice cream was a perfect treat and all of us enjoyed the flavors we tried out! We ranged from the seasonal Pumpkin Cheesecake (super delicious), to the Monkey Business, to the Beach Day flavor, and to the nondairy Cookies N Creme flavor. A small scoop was just enough for me and I even took the rest home as to-go as I'm not a big sweets person. But anyways, some key things is they don't take cash bills more than $20 and there's no public restrooms. There's also lots of tables outside more than inside (only 2 inside). Parking lot is large and easy to find parking for.
