I came back Monday around 1:20 pm and spoke to the shift manager she was EXTREMELY friendly and made my drink exactly how I asked and even gave me a refund! I love this Starbucks they have the best baristas ever at this location. I'm a regular here my mom works nights and am a college student so she'll get coffee for me in the morning and I'll do the same at night time we always go through the drivethru. 2 of our favorite baristas I want to give a shoutout/shine spotlight on 1) Carrie- she's there almost every morning nicest most cheerful person especially for being there so early 2) Andrea- fastest, perfectionist that always makes the drinks spot on and makes sure yur coffee is wiped off and lids on correctly which is always a plus All the baristas are amazing these 2 are just constants that we see and talk to on a regular bases that know us by name read more

Can't stand Starbucks. The coffee, I mean the actual coffee taste burnt and is acidic. Yes great service but so crowded and dirty often I don't like going in. To be honest If I can't find a nice pour over at a local place or make it at home I'd rather and often do drink coffee at circle K. Kinda love it and for $2 it's a better deal. If you're in a hurry, don't come. They only do drive thru orders at an efficient pace and inside orders take at least 20 mins if you're lucky, even when they aren't that busy. I mean at least the occasionally communicate why it's taking so long, but you might as well go to circle k because honestly it's not worth it. I like this Starbucks. I actually prefer it to the one off of Ina when I am heading out of town and it is my last convenient Starbucks stop before I hit the long drive to Cali. Always clean, friendly staff who write my name correctly on the cup, clean bathrooms and they never mess my drink up. Way to go! read more

Bitter or overly sweetened coffee? Not here! The line is always long but it's worth it because they never serve a bad cup of joe here. At $5+ per cup its important to have a good barista. I wouldn't advise studying here, the small over crowded space isn't ideal for those serious students. read more

Contrary to what was written above I've just spent 30 minutes waiting in the drive-through line at Starbucks here. I never posted that one until my next visit where I have not moved for 8 minutes in line. Now up to 12 minutes. Can't move and I'm in a hurry. Have not progressed one inch. a redemption chance was given today and i took it . my girlfriend wanted a green tea , so i decided i would order a regular old caramel macchiato . i asked for extra caramel sauce because i've learned the people at this location like to completely f*ck drinks up if you add more than one thing to it . there is literally an inch and a half of caramel at the bottom of my drink . i haven't taken a sip of it that tastes anything like coffee or 2% . just straight caramel . at this point i've made it a game . This has got to be one of the worse Starbucks ever. We had to repeat the order several times and she still got it wrong. The speed from ordering to getting the drink wasn't too slow but the order processing was painfully slow. Double check your order before you leave because chances are it is wrong. For the most part the workers are friendly but just slow moving. I am disappointed. I went through the drive-through yesterday and was super impressed because the line was quick, the employee in the window was wearing gloves and a mask. And she did not touch my credit card. I went back today and noticed that nobody was wearing gloves. And the associates that were making the coffee had masks on but half of them did not have their noses covered. The woman who brought me my drink again with no gloves touched another associate on the back and she passed and then handed me my drink and straw. I am disappointed because Starbucks had shown up the associates from Dunkin' Donuts with their performance yesterday. Not sure I will go back until everything is back to normal. Bummer read more

This Starbucks drive thru is notoriously slow! The only reason we ever go to this one is because it's close to our house. Aren't they supposed to ask if you want your receipt? We just stopped and she didn't ask if we wanted it and they got the order wrong. We asked for a venti and got a grande. Won't be going back to this one. I went here a week ago to get two iced coffees for my boyfriend and I. We went in and took them out to the car, only to realize they were (somehow) not made correctly. Mine didn't have any vanilla in when I had asked for it, but I don't mind black coffee so I just decided to keep mine. My boyfriend's had vanilla in it, but it tasted absolutely disgusting. He took it back and they happily made him a different drink, so that's why I'm giving them three stars. The light starbucks. This Starbucks is fairly busy and you probably have to park in the adjacent bank's parking lot. This Starbucks is mostly brown and warm-toned with mostly one big square table and a few awkward for more than one person tables. Drinks are pretty good, but since there are drive-thru customers, the staff can get frazzled. Once you wait for your drink and get it, it's tasty though. read more
