This is going to be short because I literally went inside so a friend and I could sit & enjoy a donut and coffee. Not sure what was happening that day (August of 2025 because it was waaay too warm to sit outside). Anyhow, we were the 2nd and 3rd persons in line and we waited. And waited. And waited some more. No one explained why it was so slow or even acknowledged that a few more people had arrived and the line was growing behind us. After more than 15 minutes we decided to leave. Went to the green mermaid place across the road and had our breakfast there. Seems like this location keeps going downhill while the newer Dunkin in Marana keeps doing better. Not sure what to think except I know which one I'll be avoiding. PS I often prefer DDs special refreshers (no coffee) but the time before the no service time they were out of all but 1 of the flavors for those so I didn't have one then either. Service, when you get some is usually friendly, but there's only so many excuses I can make to keep on going to a business. Hope things improve. read more

You know after years I would think they would improve. Especially with release of mobile orders. I sent my order in. Wasn't even started until I was at the drive through window 30mins later. That's after waiting in line for 20mins in the line. Then was asked to park in the front to wait for food to cook. So even more time. Waited upfront parking. They forgot the doughnuts. Had to wait more and they didn't even have what was listed in the app. So the doughnuts I wanted was out and you they don't even offer refund. No point of mobile orders. Don't bother. Everyone at this location (Cortaro Rd.) is very nice. The issue is not with the workers, but whoever owns this location. The espresso machine is out of order more often than it is working. So once again I wasted a good 20 minutes of my morning sitting in line only to find out once I ordered, that they can't make espresso drinks. Again. Have never had this issue at any other location but this one. I'm sure Roadrunner Coffee thanks you for the extra business. read more

If I could give this Dunkin less I would. Unfortunately after moving 5 years ago I had to find a new Dunkin Donuts for my daily coffee. Since then I have had zero good experiences at this location. Coffee is rarely good compared to other Dunkin's. After switching to Starbucks because of this, I tried it again today and regretting my decision. So...last Sunday I went through the drive thru and ordered a cold drink, no ice, and a muffin. The gal was friendly and even filled my drink to the rim, sans ice like I asked. (Who ever you were, thanks! 5 Stars!). Two days later I return, at 7:45am, and ordered the same items. This time I'm told they can't make the drink without ice. (Odd). The different gal working then offered very light ice to which I said, 'sounds good.' (No sense in arguing.). I pay for the items and drive to the second window where I was greeting by girl #3. Girl #3 hands me said drink and as I grab it I say, "wait, I was told there would be very light ice." But she walked away too quick and ignored my concern. After holding up the drive thru Girl #3 finally returned with a genuinely fake smile and aura of concern. I reiterate what I said before, then I'm told they put very little ice in the cup, though it was more than half full. It's really a small request that's easy to comply with. We go back and forth and finally I request a refund. Girl #3 is a master of customer contempt and disingenuousness. read more

Food is not very good and is prepared pretty haphazardly. The attendants are rarely ever on the same page. One day picking up an order at the window is okay and other days it's not. There no one in line but your still stuck waiting for the associates to come and help because they haven't noticed you're there... usually because they're talking. Overall, go to a Starbucks or even McDonald's your order will likely be made better and given to you in a timely manner. read more

This place is operated very poorly! I've been coming almost every day for at least two weeks wanting to buy the prepacked Chocolate Mint ice cream but they are always out. Apparently either the manager or owner doesn't care enough to keep things stocked. I've been going to this DD for a while now because it's close to my house. Unfortunately, they can't seem to get my order correct 85% of the time. I always order hot medium coffee 4 cream and 4 Splenda which is quite simple but they either give me 4 sugar or 1 or 2 Splenda. Stale donuts, bread and croissants. Honestly the food here is lower than sub par. Extremely dissatisfied, multiple times. I kept thinking I just came at a bad time, but after every experience of the same old stale donuts, croissants and sandwiches I realize my timing was not the problem. The almond croissants can be used to knock on a closed door and loud enough to be heard from down the hall. I do not recommend you waste your time, energy or money. This is a hard pass!! read more

Waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes. This isn't a new thing. They had five people working the line, 40 minutes is crazy unacceptable.

Today was probably the worst I've seen it at this location. I was in the drive through 2 cars back from the menu board. I sat there for 30 minutes. When I finally get to the menu I'm told it will be just a minute. 15 minutes later I pull to the window. To see the drive through person just standing there. When they turned around they looked surprised to see me at the window. I asked if I could place my order since I've been in line for almost 40 minutes. 15 of that at the menu board. They proceeded to tell me " it would probably be faster for you to come inside and order we are pretty busy". It's busy inside because you are ignoring the drive through. read more

This Dunkin location is the one closest to my house and every time I go I am honestly a bit disappointed. This is by far the worst location in Tucson. My usual drink always seems to be abnormally dark here and this time my bagel bites were definitely undercooked. I was so excited to try these and then so disappointed when I took a bite. First, I must state that I love Dunkin' donuts. My main issue with this location is the customer service. Almost every time I go through the drive-thru, the woman taking my order (usually the manager) starts talking over me to other employees while I am ordering. Wtf. I am extremely disappointed to write this review. I didn't take any pictures and I should have. We went in a couple of days ago, in the middle of the week- around 9/10 am. The dining room was filthy. It looked like someone had come in and had a food fight. I considered that maybe they just hadn't gotten to it, but we sat out there for 30 Minutes and no one ever came from behind the counter. There was no one else in the restaurant. There were maybe 4 kinds of donuts available. We got a couple of them, and each had a texture and taste that resembled something I'd left on the counter for a couple of days. We threw our food out and left. Thinking it was just a bad day, we hit the drive through a couple days later. Again, the selection was limited. The donuts were dry and the Bavarian cream was really small, flat, and seemed like it had been laying out for quite some time - almost shriveled. Not sure what is going on there- but based on the other recent reviews, maybe corporate outta visit. Every table is dirty. I cleaned mine with the supplies they had sitting out not being used. Blasting music from Bluetooth speaker (love Metallica, not sure "Creeping Death" is the right ambiance in a donut shop) they have to yell over to call out orders. Quality control & pride in doing one's job well seem to be at best inconsistent here, and at worst totally absent. Some days I come here, & I get what I was expecting. Today was not one of those days. I ordered a coffee & a toased bagel with cream cheese. The coffee was fine. The bagel, however, was not. It was tough & rubbery, & despite having toaster marks on it, was served cold & seemed like it was not toasted. The cream cheese was globbed on one side & not spread around. They wrapped this up, put it in a bag & tossed it onto the counter. Now I don't expect a gourmet presentation, but come on, at least ACT like you give a damn even if you don't. There are Dunkins all over the place, all with the same product. Management has no control of that. But management does have control of quality, presentation & service. No customer service or work ethic here! Went into this Dunkin' at about 5:30 pm. We were the only customers in the store. There were hardly any donuts left, but I was willing to choose from their small selection. (BTW, it wasn't closing time-they are open until 9 pm) An employee was standing at the counter. She said "I'll be with you in a minute". Then she walked away and started emptying the coffee machines and refilling them. Seriously, she left her only customers standing at the counter and did chores instead of waiting on us. We waited a few minutes, realized she was continuing her chores, and walked out.
