I have come to this business a few times before the pandemic and ordered in person and they had a habit of getting orders wrong. So during the pandemic, I started using their app thinking they can't get my order wrong that way. First time everything was great. Second time, I ordered my previous order using their app. I picked up my order and found that items were substituted. For example, hazelnut latte had no flavoring, sandwich had a different egg type, a donut had been substituted. I was able to go back into restaurant to have them fix the changes, then it dawned on me what they were doing. They substitute items or leave items out when they run out of those items. They don't tell the customer when I come in through the drive through or walk-in pickup. They need to speak to the customer and give them the option to make changes instead of doing it themselves. Anyway, after a long day of wrestling alligators and taming crocodiles in the upcoming wild safari exhibit we have about to open, I was real sad one day when an the elephant we had snorted too much peanut dust and had an allergic reaction. Could be from also from the glue she sniffed when I was gluing multiple popsicle sticks together for a boomerang I was making because my sick dad didn't want to buy one. Anyway, I roll through, order the mocha frappe with double everything and some vegan sausage with egg crumbles and caramel drizzle. She absolutely nailed it. She saw that I was sad and I explained what had happened at the safari exhibit and she offered to play her bagpipes that she kept in the back for occasions like this. She always knows how to cheer people up and serve them the best coffee and egg products. Always fresh. Food was 10/10, drink was 12/10 and customer service was 15/10. I am a fan of DD in general and this location is now the closest to me since I moved to Marana. I will occasionally visit on my way to work. The service is fast here, unlike some other locations in town. I usually go through the drive-thru, and it never takes more than a few minutes even at a busy time. Sometimes the donuts aren't very fresh, but that is not unique to this location. They get props for always making my coffee how I order it. If you ask for cream in your coffee, the standard is three creams in a medium, which to me is way too much. I like cream in my coffee, not the other way around. So I always ask for just one. They always get it correct here. I've been to a few other locations and they still put the standard amount in even if I specify and enunciate that I only want one. read more

I recently moved here from Washington state. There are NO Dunkin Donuts in WA. I was so excited to finally be moving someone where there was one again. I used to go all the time as a kid. I ordered an ADVERTISED summer drink. The Banana Split coffee or something along those lines. The girl was confused. I kept saying "the banana split coffee" and she DID NOT understand what I was talking about. Then a guy comes on and he goes "you mean the banana spit swirl into the coffee" I said, "yeah what ever is advertised". And when I pulled up to the window the guy working says to me, super snappy and rude, "next time you order that drink, say you want the banana spit swirl. We don't have banana coffee." Excuse me, I was ordering an ADVERTISED summer drink that everyone was raving about online. I don't understand how no one ghat works there understood what I was saying. I was so excited to have a DD close by but I've been there 3 times and they have ALWAYS been out of glazed donuts. I've gone on different days and different times and they're still our. We come here often because it's fast and easy for breakfast. Many of the problems that the other reviewers wrote about are true. If you come at 9-10 AM many of the donut choices will be out. The service is very inconsistent and they often make mistakes, but there are very few choices for drive-thru breakfasts when you're leaving from Continental Ranch in Marana. Today's visit was good and our order of angus steak bagels, bagels and cream cheese, and coffee came without a hitch. Just make sure to be extra careful that they get your order right. read more

I've never used Yelp before, but I feel like this review needed to be seen by others. My wife and I are traveling through Arizona and are big Dunkin fans. We stopped at this location to have our fall pumpkin donuts and regular drink orders, but have never been so disappointed with a Dunkin before. Our doughnut order was completely wrong, and when letting our cashier know, we received hostile customer service and a doughnut that was in crumbles. Our drinks don't even taste like what they're supposed to be. If you want good dunkin, I would go the extra mile to try a different store. read more

Parking lot is a disaster area (very tight parking that leads to a dead end). Very hard to see the selections as the employees walk in front of them. AVOID ~ You do not get what you pay for. In September I purchased a dozen Chocolate Kreme Filled Donuts for total price of $9.72 incl tax. What I received was far less than what I believed I was ordering based on decades of Dunkin Donuts purchases. I feel that I was cheated by this Dunkin Donuts store. Filling was less than 1/10 of an ounce per donut, the amount in each donut was about the size of 2 stacked quarters at best, equal to the swirl that historically was on the outside that visually identify the type of filling. One donut actually had no filling. That historic swirl was not evident on any of the donuts at this Dunkin Donuts Store. The total filling combined for a dozen donuts was equal to that in maybe 1 or 2 donuts from any reputable bakery/donut-shop. I contacted their corporate office with my complaint. 1st email went unanswered. 2nd email a week later resulted in pass the buck reply stating the store owner would contact me. Never heard from store owner. 3rd email a month later was the same pass the buck reply that the store owner would contact me. Once again have not heard from store owner. 3 weeks later I still have not heard from the store owner nor have I heard back from their corporate office. Evidently Dunkin Donuts Brands does not follow up on complaints and apparently does not care about their reputation. The current Dunkin Donuts is NOT the same as it was decades ago. GONE is the quality and service that they were once famous for. Expect to be cheated and short changed by the current crop of owners cutting corners by spreading the filling of one donut across a dozen donuts. This results in a bitter bland donut that you will not enjoy and all of this could be yours for about $10. They will eventually go out of business west of the Mississippi River just as they did in the late 80's early 90's when they served stale donuts in their western stores, only now it will be due to the lack of filling in their donuts as they cut corners and charge high prices for an inferior product. read more

I come here several times a week for a refill - only 99 cents. Consistently awesome and super friendly and efficient staff. Not sure why people can't get out of the parking lot - so funny. If you get to the end and there's no spots - reverse and back up. Not really a big deal and just something to complain about I guess. read more

She ended up giving my sandwich to her friend, for free, and forgetting to make mine again. Stood there 20 minutes before anyone helped me. One of the employees take my receipt, comes back with the food about 3 minutes later. No apologies. I prompted further, asking if they were okay with a customer waiting 20 minutes, he replies "Oh well, what to do you want me to do about it". Complete garbage customer service, that starts at the top, with the manager/shift leader being more interested in giving away free food to her friends, at the time and expense of paying customers. I go to Dunkin' multiple times a day every day. I've been to a bunch of them across the US and this one by far has to be in the top worst Dunkin's I've been to. I went there the other day and the shift leader took him 3 times to get two large coffees correct because he lacked listening skills. The worst part was he read it back correctly. He didn't even apologize. I just went there today and it took me repeating the order two times with the woman laughing in the mic to me. I'm not sure what was funny. The worst part was the manage was working the window and let her employee laugh while taking an order. Then I asked for dark roast and the manager says cold brew it's the same thing.. but it's not though. The only reason why I kept going to this place, despite all of the problems I've had, is because the coffee prices are lower than Starbucks, and they also give you a free donut with a coffee purchase if you do a survey. However, I'm so sick of the problems, that I would rather pay $2 extra to go somewhere with more consistency and respect for their customers. Every morning, I get the same latte and donut, and every day, the latte tastes different, and my donut is a different size. Some days the latte is good, some days it isn't. Some days my donut looks like a normal size donut, and other days its super thin or really small. The consistency just isn't their with their products as well as the friendliness of their staff. This morning, I paid for my coffee, and like an idiot didn't check my change. While I was at work, I pulled out my money and realized she had only given me $1 back instead of $6. I immediately called the store, the first two times I called there was no answer, finally the third call a lady answered and said I'd have to come in two days from today when theanager is there. Its as simple as fixing an error. I work in customer service and if the wrong amount of change has been given back, then just give it back. Especially since I go there almost every day. After a dry, bad donut experience, my wife and I decided to give Dunkin' Donuts the benefit of the doubt and try it again. The second time was just as bad as the first. The donuts were dry and tasteless again and the coffee latte tasted sour and rotten. We threw the latte in the garbage and will not be going back. Even the donuts at Circle K and the supermarket are better. I don't know how a business that specializes in donuts can screw up coffee and donuts.
