My experience with this new Dunkin Donuts was negative literally from the moment we pulled into the parking lot. It's a Saturday morning, so it was a madhouse. The parking lot is small and narrow, and if you pull all the way in looking for a spot, you basically end up stuck. It was awful. Once we were in, I had ordered a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. The worker was rude when I was asking if cream was included in the French vanilla coffee. Then, once I got my food, I realized she had charged me for TWO sandwiches, neither of which were the one I had actually ordered. The whole thing was a mess, and I hope it's just because they are new... But I think I'll just stick with Einsteins. read more

POOR MANAGEMENT!! I was running a little bit behind schedule friday morning, so i attempted to call ahead to place my order for my usual coffee. no answer. knowing this seemed strange, i gave the benefit is the doubt that they must be super busy. when i arrived, there were indeed a three cars in the drive thru, so i decided to run inside. i was immediately interrupted by the sound of yelling coming from the back if the store as soon as i entered. Two managers, one of which i suppose was running the shift, was rudely speaking to the other, loud enough for everyone in the lobby to hear. very inconsiderate for someone to be speaking to another using all kinds of colorful language in front of customers, not to mention, no employee deserves that kind of disipline. these are young adults working to make a living, not dirt beneath your feet! Very disappointed. Ordered a dozen donuts but they were out of a lot of the ones I wanted. Do they just make donuts in the morning and not consider that some people order donuts in the afternoon? Very poor variety at 5 PM. I wish I went to the grocery store instead or drove further to a Krispy Kreme instead. This location should only be open in the morning and that's it. If you were a donut stop, you should have all the donuts available all day long. read more

Ugh. Don't bother with this place. Very long line at the drive through. I can deal with that. Had to repeat my order three times. The mic must not work because he said he just couldn't hear me. I ordered the breakfast sandwich, he kept asking if I said grilled cheese. I asked for a glazed donut, he thought I said sprinkles. I asked for an iced coffee, he said that they were out of the sweetened but if I add sugar myself it would be the same. I tried to pay with a fifty dollars bill, surprise, they "can't take those. I honestly do not understand these negative reviews. I have been many times since this DD opened and have never experienced any problems. The employees are always friendly and do what they can to keep the lines going. The last item I ordered was the iced pumpkin coffee and it was delicious! For a medium drink it's around $2, compared to Starbucks at $5. read more

This dunkin donut location seems to always have the same problem, no donuts. I don't care if it's 20 minutes to close or 2 hours to closing, you are a huge chain, you should have donuts all the way til your lights turn off and are no longer accepting money. We arrived in the drive thru to have a girl ask what we want, after realizing we should just go inside the intercom girl let us know that because they were closing soon the lobby was already closed, ok no problem we will stay in the drive thru, we then tell her we were ready and she then informed us that they really didn't have many donuts, ok so what do u have? I had some spare time so I decided to go out of my way and exit off Cortaro from the freeway and get some coffee. I went through the drive through and ordered a iced coffee and glazed donut. The person taking my order was not listening at all because both of my orders were wrong. I ordered a iced coffee with granulated sugar (instead of syrup) and a original glazed donut. Left the drive through line and was on my way to an appointment. I tasted my coffee and it had zero sugar. I realized he ruined my coffee but I gave the worker the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe he just heard me wrong. I decided to take a bite of my donut. It was NOT a glazed donut. We stopped in to get donuts and drinks. We don't have one in Sierra Vista anymore, so we usually stop in and grab a dozen to freeze. The young man behind the counter was so friendly and he even got me a sample of their new Frozen coffee! It was a very pleasant experience. read more

This DD is all fucked up. There are abrasive employees and they have a inconsistent way of service. Sometimes the take your coffee order while your still in line, Sometimes they give you a number and you wait to be called, other times you give them your name and they call it out. every coffee order need clarification everytime. Every time I've been here they've been out of something. First it was the Oreo vanilla bean coolata, next the french vanilla swirl iced coffee, now the chicken biscuit and glazed donuts. I just went to the Marana Dunkin Donuts to have some breakfast with my family. We ordered 2 chicken biscuits, a iced coffee and a hot coffee. First, the coffees were wrong. This was a mild inconvenience but 30 min later we had not received our chicken biscuits. When we asked the crew where our chicken biscuits were, they blamed us and said it was our fault that we had not heard them call the order, and that someone else had taken them. They were extremely rude and seemed inconvenienced by our request to receive the food we payed for. Then when we finally got our order, they gave us one chicken biscuit and a hashbrown, which was NOT the order on our receipt. When we finally got both chicken biscuits one of them was literally ice cold like it had not even been cooked. When we brought the cold biscuit back, they accused us of trying to get more "food for free" but our receipt said 2 chicken biscuits! This was the most pathetic excuse for customer service I have ever seen in my life. There was not a happy customer in the entire store. Not only are they rude, but serving undercooked chicken is a serious health risk. Normally I don't write reviews but this Dunkin Donuts was so amazingly terrible that I cannot help but warn others from going there. I will NEVER go back. As a former Dunkin' Donuts employee, I recommend anyone who wants to come here, DON'T. The REAL reason why they "run out" of donuts is because the manager himself is the idiot by telling his employees to not make anymore donuts. Therefore, that's why DD doesn't have anymore by the time the later afternoon - evening. Also, yes I do agree with the whole running out of supplies but that's because all the manager does is sit in the office and fiddle with the computer. My family & I were traveling from out of town & had never tired Dunkin Donuts we were so excited until we got to the drive thru. We were trying to decide what to get and an employee (Michael) came outside while he was chewing on something and licking his fingers to tell us we were being to loud! We were shocked at how strange and rude that was. We proceeded to order and in the middle of placing our order we were rudely interrupted and told to go to the window at least 3 times. We were so confused as to why we were being treated so rudely. I decided to get off the car and speak to a manger, as I was waiting for the manager, the staff was whispering rude comments to each other, which was very unprofessional. The manager (Claudia) came to speak to me and she looked very unkempt I told her what had just happened and she said "ya that was me who told you to come up to the window" I told her that her and her staff were very rude and she didn't care, she didn't even say anything. I told her I was going to make a complaint and she said "go ahead and gave me a card and said call them" I was appalled, then the guy who shouted at us in the drive thru yelled out " My names Micheal you can tell them it was me"!! customers in the store we shocked as well. My real complaint is, poor selection and you can't see the donuts because they are behind the counter. i like to see the selection that you have. This is one of the worst DD I have ever visited. Obviously, they do not realize there are options a stone throw away. Lack of training has resulted in their employees not even knowing what their own menu is. Last visit asked for a #2 (Coffee and Muffin) and was told they have no idea what that was and if I wanted a sandwich, when I explained what a #2 was if was told they had no muffins....not "Sorry sir there are not anymore Coffee Cake", Just "there aren't any muffins"......which leads me to believe if you are able to see that there are no muffins, how is it you can't see the Menu that is 3 feet above them to know what a #2 is.
