The picture of the bacon, egg and gouda cheese sandwich looks really amazing. In reality it's pretty disgusting. They only give you half a piece of bacon, and it's super soggy like it was barely even cooked at all. The picture looks like several big crisp bacon slices. Don't be fooled. This used to be an amazing Starbucks with quick times but now it is like 16-20 minute wait times and they try to cheat the time system by making you wait to go to the window until your drinks are done. If I could rate this zero stars I would. To start off, the lady at the window was one of the rudest and ignorant people I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I asked to scan and they said it was down and I asked if there was anything else I could do and she closed the window. I then handed her my money and she dropped my coins all over the ground. When I picked them up to give it to her, I reached out to toss them on the counter since I was further away and she goes "Please do not throw things at me thanks." Probably the most randomly open Starbucks I've ever seen. Incredibly slow. Usually out of at least one or two items. And a lobby that is closed a lot (this time it was closed at 3:00pm on a Saturday.) If I could give zero stars I would. I don't know what is happening at the store, even when there's only two cars in line you're waiting for 15 minutes for a drink. Earlier today they shut down mobile orders and when you went inside, They said there was a 30 minute wait in the lobby. They claim they were short staffed, but there were seven people behind the counter so I'm not sure what a full staff would look like. Here it is, after 7 PM, hours later, and they still don't have it together. There were three cars ahead of me in line and it's been over 15 minutes and they've only waited on one of the cars. This is the absolute worst service I have ever received! I asked for a VENTI and she gave me a GRANDE! THEN, I politely asked for her to give me a VENTI that i paid for instead and then she proceeded to fill the bottom of a VENTI cup w whipped cream and dumped my GRANDE drink in it! This worker was working at 9:30pm on July 21st, very much ruined my Thursday night! When she gave me my cup of whipped cream she spoke no more and walked away! I just went through to get the Apple crips macchiato, something I get at this same store most days. And they handed it out very underfilled, but I didn't hand it back because I had oatmilk at home to fill it up with. Then I realized it also didn't have any sweetener in it at all and it was just bad. When I went back to tell them, they were rude and did nothing to make it better, they even wanted to charge me for sweetener I never got in the first place. Super clean Starbucks with friendly staff! Great location in the Meijer parking lot. They have a cute book borrowing basket for the times you spend a long day in Starbucks. I have always had good experiences at this Starbucks. The staff are courteous and helpful. They have answered my questions and none of my many online orders have been wrong when I got to the drive thru. It's conveniently located off of I-75. Highly recommended! read more
