My first stop here but I should have stopped sooner. It had a nice coffee house vibe. The guy who waited on us was patient and friendly. I wanted my chai tea in a mug and he delivered. I didn't ask if they had anything besides pasties but next time. We did split a coffee cake and it was tasty. read more

Perfect meet up spot for a bite and a hot beverage. Loved everything. One couch area. Multiple seating options. Little tight between tables and was told that during peak times the line pushes out into those front tables. Nevertheless, worth all of that. Friendly and delicious. Had the quiche, apple doughnut, and a chai tea. Often, chai will be served slightly room temperature. Not here. Happily hot and needed a moment to come to a drinkable temperature. Hope that never changes. read more

Great spot for morning coffee. Really good atmosphere and great service. Great local non-chain feel. Ordered the 16oz Americano, made well no issues. The pastries are also good. The blueberry donut was a nice morning treat as well. Excellent experience read more

What a great experience. Great little "hole in the wall" coffee joint that serves great products. My daughter who is celiac is thrilled because this location offers a variety of gluten free options which made her heart very happy. The coffee is fantastic. We came near closing time and the girls still took good care of us. Met the owner a couple of days later and she is fantastic too. Well worth stopping and finding it. read more

Cozy space, friendly staff, and great latte! I got an iced latte with honey and cinnamon, and it did not disappoint!

This cafe is spacious and the aesthetic is very much coffee, from their coffee bag wall decor to their coffee cup shaped tables! It's another great place to study and they have multiple plugs to accommodate working on a device, which I very much appreciate. The baristas are friendly and offer great recommendations. I got the black tea latte, which I was very excited for because few cafes offer a variety of tea options. It was a little diluted but overall good! I also got the coffee cake and it was very flavorful--a little undercooked for my taste but that's a personal preference. Their pastries are gluten-free, if you need to consider that! read more

I really enjoyed my cold brew from coffee hub! I had a great first experience here. The shop is cute and clean, and has a decent amount of seating options. Definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area. I have a 4/5 star review because the prices seemed a little high. My 20oz cold brew was $5 before tipping ($0.50 added for a little heavy whipping cream). read more

This is my second time here. It's a great coffee shop, with a fun atmosphere. One of the things I really like is that it isn't as noisy as other places in the area. There's music playing, but it's at a comfortable level. It has a great vibe. The staff is great. My husband was here with my daughter and they made sure she knew that the espresso drinks were traditional and that she might prefer a latte to a cappuccino if she's used to other places. That leads me to one of my favorite things. That make real macchiatos. Today I went with just a hot chocolate since I already had a large coffee earlier. It was good. I could taste the chocolate which made me happy. Sometimes coffee house hot chocolate taste more like warm milk. Not this one! I also ordered the broccoli cheese quiche. It's so good! If you didn't know, they carry lots of gluten free and paleo baked goods. These are legit! Every option we tried was super tasty. read more

Their bulletproof coffee and breakfast sandwich are the best! The gluten free bread has amazing texture.

As for the coffee, it's good and d recommend trying it. I got a 12 oz latte to go with one extra shot and bourbon Carmel flavoring. It was good. No complaints. I do not recommend the quiche. I got the veggie one which was mostly cheese with some broccoli. It was so incredibly greasy that I could not get through half of it. I feel gross now. The crust was also hard, and not flaky the way I prefer. I just threw away $5 on that! read more

BEAVERCREEK, OHIO - Look, why go to Starbucks or some chain when a great little coffeeshop like this exists? Friendly staff - one busted my chops when I got my iced Americano on a cold morning - nice aesthetic - the two-person tables look like coffee cups! - and pretty good food. Wife liked her breakfast sandwich, though the cheese could've been a wee bit more melted. Grrrrreat chai tea - strong use of cinnamon. Quiche was perfectly good. Of note: everything there gluten free. 16 oz tea, 24 oz coffee, breakfast Sammie, quiche, $19 and change total. We'd be back if in the area. read more

Love the ambiance of Coffee Hub. My matcha latte was tasty and the pepperoni quiche was a great midday snack. A great place to meet up with friends for coffee or sit and get some work done. I was there around noon on a weekday and it wasn't too busy which is a nice change compared to some coffee places which are completely packed. 10/10 would come again. read more

Coffee Hub in Beavercreek is a great local coffee shop! Everything here is gluten free, signs are posted as you enter the shop. I stopped in with my two daughters and we purchased sweets and I got a coffee. I have a hard time switching up to something new or a new place. The girl at the counter was very patient and answered all of my questions. I ended up going with an iced almond milk latte with raspberry flavoring. It was fantastic. It tasted like coffee but had a sweet raspberry surprise at the end. Wonderful. My girls also got a cinnamon roll and blueberry coffee cake. I also purchased an oatmeal pie for my hubby. read more

First time at coffee hub, saw it had 5 stars and have seen other locations around so decided to stop in. Great selection of syrup and milk alternatives. Coffee was pretty good also. The downside was the food. After ordering I noticed the "food" station was someone microwaving Walmart great value sausage patty for the egg and sausage breakfast sandwich. Was not good to say the least. The avocado toast also just came out of one of those pre- made containers you buy at the store and was very salty. Wouldn't have ordered food if that is how it is prepared especially for $6!! Would come back for coffee but skip the food. read more

I really enjoyed my visit to this coffee shop in Beavercreek this morning with a couple of friends. The location is fairly convenient, there was adequate parking, it looked interesting from the outside and even more interesting and cute inside, the employees were friendly though I wasn't greeted upon entering, the coffee was good (there were three choices of drip coffee to suit any palate, there were lots of delicious pastries, there were different kinds of comfortable seating, and the place was clean. read more

I feel so lucky to have this coffee shop in Beavercreek. While I'm not a fan of the coffee, their lattes are fantastic. The staff is always smiling and helpful, there is plenty of room inside the building and I love that they have some outdoor seating options. I really appreciate that they have breakfast options that aren't sweet (like quiches & breakfast sandwiches). My only wish is that they were open on Sundays. read more

I want to start by saying I typically love the drinks and gluten free treats but today was a little different unfortunately. I got a hot seasonal latte that had peppermint, vanilla, and white chocolate with oatmilk. I really wasn't able to taste any of the flavors or even the espresso. It kind of just tasted like oatmilk with a hint of something sweet. My boyfriend also noted that he wasn't able to taste peppermint in his peppermint patty cold brew. Typically peppermint is hard to miss. I will definitely be back as I think this was just a fluke. The service was good as always. read more

A very nice Coffee shop and so many options. The environment is great. Staff were very pleasant and quick to deliver fantastic coffee.

Very much enjoyed this little coffee shop while I was in the area. It is hard to find coffee shops that carry Oat milk in Southern Ohio but I was pleased to find out that they do indeed carry oat milk meaning I was able to enjoy a wonderful Iced Oat milk latte. Great coffee and gluten free bakery. The service was fast and friendly. Wish they had a place like this near my home.

Not only do they have fantastic coffee but equally fabulous service to go with it. They genuinely enjoy their job and it shows. The coffee is fantastic and their menu is super diverse.
