First let me say, CAROL in the drive-thru is PHENOMENAL. This review does not include her - we have been visiting this Starbucks for years, which is why I am writing this...not sure what has happened; my suspicion is they took all of the experienced staff and moved them over to the new Starbucks in the shopping compound by the 15 North entrance to get it "opened" (don't get me started on that piss poor planning decision to put a shopping area with only 1 entrance and exit ON TEMECULA PARKWAY, yah, cause' its not crowded enough) - 2 visits this week placed my order through the app, run in, grab my drink, hop in my car, start driving, take a sip...and then a WTH is this??? Last week I was out of town, so no problem, the week before, 1 out of 3 visits WRONG (my caffeine deficient brain cant remember beyond 3 weeks) Admittedly sad that something like this will ruin my morning...not only the fact that I pay $5.55 for coffee, but my daily dose of caffeine is ZERO!!! This is literally the WORST starbucks I have ever been to. I am never going here again! I had a major headache and had to drive out of my way to get here. I went through the drive thru and ordered a vente chai tea latte. After 20 freaking minutes I got to the window and he handed me a tall coffee. When I told him I ordered a vente he gave me a snotty look and told me "no, you ordered a tall" . I had him remake it and when he finally gave me the vente drink I drove away. Minutes later, already too far to go back I find out he's given me a straight up black coffee with nothing in it. I was furious. After all that I couldn't even get my damn coffee. Ive never reviewed almost any places on yelp and yet I felt the need to let everyone know what a waste this starbucks is, I could give it 0 stars I would!! When I walked inside this Starbucks the place was empty I was the only current customer inside but the drive thru was going. I placed an order for frappicino and 4 food items ( 1 of each type of croissant ). My frappicino was quickly ready within 3-5 minutes, However i continued to wait and wait for my food, about 10 minutes after my order I asked the barista for an update and she didn't even go check if it was ready. Then a group of girls came in and a woman behind them, they placed their coffee orders and got them Before my food was revived and then 5 minutes after that they got their food at the same time as me along with another bag full of food for a Mobile order that had not even arrived yet.... How is it that all the items were done at the exact same time? It's not, it means that even after i had asked the barista for my food they still had it sitting over there waiting to be taken over by a lazy employee who wanted to make one trip with all the food instead of walking them over as they were coming out of the oven... My food wasn't even the the normal hot/warm you except rather luke warm/ room tempt from waiting.... after being a loyal starbucks customer for over 15 years and shopping at this specific location for 5+ years ill never be returning from the blatant disrespect from employees and lack of effort to do their job, never in 15 years have i waited that long at any starbucks when the line was that small. read more

This location is very busy and does a lot of business. The morning crew does a great job, is friendly and delivers excellent customer service. Carol, who works the drive-thru, is a doll. She listens to your order and is very attentive. She ALWAYS gets my order right! read more

This is the first time I visited this Starbucks and was the worst experience ever. They took 20 mins to deliver a tall hot mocha which turned out to be cold. Also they never asked if I needed whipped cream on it. Disappointed. read more

his place is on point. I tend to only use my yelp to look places up and not actually leave reviews, but this place deserves it! Carol at drive thru is the nicest lady around, as well as the lady who always says "boom shaka laka" when she slides your card. Johnny however takes the cake! He is funny and always joking around and making me laugh, which is hard to do at 7:00 in the morning, not to mention his smile makes you melt! well maybe thats just me ahah but anyway Definitely go here for your morning coffee! read more

my friend and i stopped at this starbucks on the way to work, everyone was super sweet and the drive thru went fast but this one worker Sherry she was very very rude to us. we were trying to place our order and she got an attitude with us and when we were done ordering she said "good grief" after. we understand that they are busy with this whole covid-19 thing but even with our work we are very busy and we still are nice to customers and she had no reason to be rude to us. Extremely slow and rude. My drink was just sitting behind the counter as the lady kept skipping over it and making other drinks. After almost 10 min I finally asked if there was a reason she's skipping over mine and she said no, added ice then handed it to me. Odd and just very unorganized! read more

I was grossed out the other day when I was at the drive through window of this Starbucks (temecula Parkway and Pechanga Parkway) waiting for my frappuccino drink when one of the women sprayed my face with the chemicals she was using to clean the windows or whatever that was next to them. She could have at least waited until I left when there was no one behind me. Never had this happen to me at any business before. I was reimbursed $5 (but my bill was $5.25) I don't think $5 justifies being sprayed in the face with chemicals so that is why this specific location for Starbucks is receiving 1 star from me. read more

This has to be one of the worst Starbucks shops I go to! The coffee is awesome and tastes great and the people are nice as well. However, what I hate about this store is that it takes FOREVER to get your drinks! If you are in the drive through with 3 or more people in front of you, expect to sit there for about 15 minutes (at least). I have sat in my car for 37 minutes once for my drink (6 cars in front of me). Going inside isn't any faster. I can understand too if they are busy or a lot of drinks were ordered, however I hardly ever see a car getting more then 2 drinks or 1 when inside. And when I do go inside I always see a good number of people working so I don't know or understand why it takes so long to get drinks! Unless you are wondering around between 11pm-4am(ish) your better off going a mile up the street to the other store or the grocery store to get your drink because they are way faster. Also unless you want to sit outside (which looks pretty nice and comfortably) don't expect much sitting room inside this store. All in all if you have to time to just sit around waiting for your drink, not a bad spot. But if your like me and want your drink fast, go to a different store. read more

Out of all the Starbucks locations I've ever been to in all of the world, this has got to be the worst. Workers are rude and the drive thru is extremely slow. I personally love Starbucks, but this one is very dissatisfying due to their rude service and lack of work ethic. I go to this Starbucks quite often! I used to live right near this particular store and recently moved. There is another Starbucks right by my apartment but I still choose to come to this store instead. One morning I came in to order my coffee and they were very busy! Normally when any store is busy I feel like customer service and food/drink quality isn't as good but that was not the case at this Starbucks! When I got up to the counter to order, a woman named Carol was there at the register. She was so welcoming and had a big smile on her face. Even though there may have been chaos going on behind her and they were swamped, she still took the time to ask me how my morning was going and compliment me on the sweater I was wearing. As I was waiting for my coffee I noticed she took the time to have a quick conversation with everyone in line and not just take orders. She knew quite a few customers by name and remembered most of their "go to" drinks! I thought it was so awesome. It makes it more personal and sometimes on a busy Monday morning, you often need a quick "pick me up" and let me tell you, Carol's positive attitude and hospitality had me awake and in a better mood than I was when I came in, the coffee was just the sprinkles on the sundae! The barista who is there every early morning from Tuesday-Saturday is a loudmouth who uses a rude tone with customers she doesn't "favor". Time to talk to her about polite tones when speaking to all the customers. read more

This place needs to be bigger for the amount of traffic that goes there. Don't bother coming on Saturday or Sunday morning, there is a line for 20 min inside and drive thru. The drinks however are good, never really had a problem with that. read more

if you want a specific drink that they dont normally make, they will argue with you and serve it the way they like. i have been ordering the same drink for over 4 years, other Starbucks can make it correctly. they say ice doesnt float. read more
