Is this the best Starbucks location? No. However, every time I visit, my drinks are made exactly the way I request. The staff is consistently friendly, and that's the best quality this particular location has to offer. read more

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. I ordered online 3 minutes before I got here so my stuff wouldn't be nasty from sitting forever. I waited 35 minutes in the drive thru. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

I'll start by saying I never really complain I've never even written a negative review like this. Been consistent in going here for at least 2 years. I get 2 drinks that typically don't change. And sometimes a sandwich. I pay for extra syrups/ cold foam and half the time don't receive it(not the end of the world but definitely inconvenient). I've had hair stuck to the lip of my drink and received wrong items(also inconvenient but never complained stuff happens). But today I went and the girl got rude with me because my name was different for my order even though I was trying to explain to her I didn't understand how and that my app was literally saying my name. This was kind of my last straw so I called the store to politely complain and the manager told me she was just trying to tell me that the name was different and he told me she said I was rude when I got to the window (even though her tone and the way she was speaking was literally rude), which I wasn't until she quickly opened the door to passive aggressively give me my items so yes I got rude and told her I don't need the straw and drove away. The manager told me he's not taking sides when we both said we were rude. So I hung up. I'll go to the other Starbucks from now on. read more

I had a great experience today, Sammy at the window was so kind and had a great time chatting while I grabbed my drink! Made me feel welcome, can't wait to go back and try their recommendations! The new oat milk brown sugar espresso drink is amazing! read more

How can a Starbucks not be able to offer freshly brewed coffee? They're brewer is broken. They have ONE brewer. They cannot offer fresh coffee. Their Americanos are awful. Ugh. read more

Good grief they are SLOW and the drive thru line behind the building is deceivingly long with no avenue for escape. Definitely don't waste your time here read more

Look... We all know who Starbucks (SB) is and that all locations are pretty much the same, so I'm not going to bore you with the details. This particular SB relocated from the other strip mall up the road, but they had the space to build a drive-thru this time--score! In case you're not sure where the new SB is, it is inside the new strip mall behind IHOP. I love the new décor at this location--the dark brown walls are warm and inviting, just like coffee, and the artwork gives an exotic feel to the room. The interior is roomier and more open compared to the previous location. They also have a large outdoor seating area with umbrellas for shade. Service here is average--not overly friendly. However, a young man working the drive-thru during the day has been great. Every time I've gone -drive-thru or inside- it's pretty steady, but not crazy busy. The parking lot is easier to deal with than the old SB. So, there you go. Go forth and drink lots of espressos! read more

Stopped by on a trip from RI, and this might be the best Starbucks my partner and I have ever been to. Emma took our order, took the time to get correct spelling of the name, etc. Super sweetheart. But then we got two over the top specialty drinks, and they were kinda' remarkable. Just really well made & with attention to detail. My partner is a longtime Starbucks fan, but it's not usually my thing. That might change if there are more Emmas out there... read more

So I thought I would revisit that cinnamon dolce at Starbucks this morning. They accidentally made it cold, without a word they made the hot and gave me both and a gift card for 4.00 for the wait. That's some customer service read more

This is my "home" Starbucks so I'm here relatively often. I come in often enough that baristas sometimes ask if I'm getting my normal Doppio when I get to the register. The other day I ordered something different to mix it up and another barista stopped what he was doing and looked at me in shock and asked did I just order something new The baristas are always very friendly and I'm consistently happy with the service. The other day I had a free drink in my Starbucks app and the barista asked if I wanted to upsize so I can get the most of my free drink. She didn't have to do that and it was appreciated. My drinks have always been made correctly and in a timely fashion. I've come here several times just to get things done and sat for hours working. Pro-tip: if you have the Starbucks Rewards app and use it to pay, you can get free refills of coffee or tea (hot or iced of either) while in store. People don't seem to take advantage of refills too often I've noticed. read more

This is such a great Starbucks. The staff here is incredibly friendly and always do a great job. I pass a closer Starbucks to come to this one because they are always on their A game. They keep the store looking nice, and they're always ready to recommend new drinks when I want to switch up my routine. I've met new friends here. I meet clients here. I stop in with my family. And the staff always makes me feel like I'm part of the group. If you like Starbucks, this is a great place to hang out! read more

I'll keep this short and simple. This was easily the worst Starbucks I've ever been to, and I go to Starbucks relatively often. I was on the road to South Carolina and we needed a place to stop by on the way. I ordered a green tea latte with soy milk and the cashier rolled his eyes. That rudeness wouldn't bother me as much if they ACTUALLY gave me soy milk. How difficult is it to give a patron the order that they ask for? I would normally let it slide but I would be in the car for another 4-5 hours and I'm lactose intolerant. The store wasn't busy at all, I don't understand why good customer service is a skill these workers neglected. read more

No idea his name or the other lady here tonight, but so sweet. Did an "oopsie" as the drive thru cashier said and they were so nice about it. Definitely give whoever worked closing shift tonight a big pat on the back for continuing to be incredibly friendly even I messed up 15 mins before close!! Thank you friends read more

Really over the fact that the employees automatically click their own tip in the drive thru. This is stealing, why is this okay at all? I honestly can't believe they're asking for tips in the drive thru. If the service is impeccable, absolutely but if I go everyday.. I'm not tipping every single day. Starbucks needs to do better. This will be the last time me, my family, coworkers, and friends entertain Starbucks.. read more

I go to this one often since I visit downtown the most. I would give it a 4 star but the workers turn my whole experience off as a whole. There are only two people that I can say really take the initiative to care or acknowledged me. They make my drink wrong and the whole atmosphere isnt like many other Starbucks that I go to. Once again because it's close I deal. At the end of the day if the Panera is on my nerves I will go here and if the Starbucks is on my nerves I go to Panera. its sad. They can do better. read more

This is without a doubt the most frustrating Starbucks on the planet. The drive thru staff is consistently RUDE. Too busy with personal conversation to listen as you order causing the need to repeat it multiple times. Half the time the order is not correct. This morning we were asked to pull aside, al la McDonalds up the street, so one of our drinks could be prepared. Not a big deal if the morning was busy and lots of customers; however, no patrons inside and no cars behind us. A little confusing. Then the hand delivered drink also came with attitude and resentment from the barista. I wouldn't mind as much if my drinks were not priced with that Starbucks premium price tag. I'm paying for the experience as much as for the drink. For this sort of service I'll just go to McDonalds and get my coffee for $1. read more

I drink Starbucks daily. I am visiting from out of town and this Starbucks was awful. We went day one here and the drink I've had for over a year (many different Starbucks throughout a few states AND internationally) was wrong and tasted horrible. We went back through and it was obvious I absolutely inconvenienced the girl at the drive through. I was a little sad to see that. I was always told that Starbucks was good about drinks made wrong. Then I went back the next day and they were out of like 5 different things. Lemonade for one ‍. I will be driving to the other one close by the rest of my stay. read more

Awesome Starbucks! They had my drink wrong the night before I called and they told me to pick up a fresh one in the am.

This was by far the rudest Starbucks I've ever been to. The woman on the line rolled her eyes in front of me because I asked for more soy. My co-workers and I have been there for breakfast everyday this week and have spent about $70 a day. They forgot something two days in a row and have gotten progressively ruder each time. read more

If you read some of the other comments that others have posted, well, you are off to a great start in determining if this is a good stop or not. To make it simple, do not. The rudeness that each worker emulates is way over the top. Ordered a cold brew, which was unavailable, by the way, due to the timing. Instead I switched it to an iced coffee. It's unfortunate that I always get the cold brew the way it comes and was unaware that they add sweetener to the iced coffee but not the cold brew. I had asked them to remake it and if they wanted to charge me for it, by all means, go ahead. It was my fault for not checking. But the eye rolls and the bad mouthing they did in their microphones, which I can easily hear, is completely uncalled for. read more

I don't think I've been here once where they made a good drink. It's always wrong, they mix up orders and they are ridiculously slow. The only reason I keep returning is due to location. They will remake your drink just plan to spend more time waiting for it! read more

This is not a Starbucks it's a Bro-bucks. The culture here is awesome. The team is so friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to engage you and get to know you, usually using the words bro or dude. At the end of the day the coffee tastes good, staff is friendly. I call that a win. read more

Have time, lots of time. The first coffee drive through where you could actually be asked to pull up and wait. The store is pretty much the worst Starbuck's ever. Best of luck. read more

Ugh, ew. Terrible beverages. (I am lying simply to keep you fothermuckers out of my home: Starbucks. It's quite amazing)

All I get is black coffee, which is generally fine - but sometimes, it's not as hot as it could be. Thankfully, the people who work here are really nice, and will replace my coffee, immediately. They have a great staff, and actually seem like they care about the regulars, which I am in the summer months. Comfortable seating, I love the long table up front, but I wish the location was a little larger, as it does seem to fill up on Sundays for some reason... I've stopped there a few times, walked in, and just left. No seats. However, many times, it seems totally empty and peaceful! Just bring headphones, because the music sucks. I know... that's not their choice, but... sheesh. read more

This morning I wanted a little pick me up so I went to the Starbucks drive-thru. I have pre-diabetes so I modified my drink to less sugar. The girl who took my order was very frustrated and took it out on me. I don't modify my drink to be complicated. I modify it for my health. The girl who took my order I guess didn't bother to turn off the intercom and says, "I don't understand this." The service this morning was terrible. I'm going from being a regular customer to never going there again. Thank you for making me feel like my order was a problem. I will not come back here. If I could give 0 stars, I would. read more

So today I went into Starbucks to get a beverage. There was a single man in line ordering. I stood to the left of him because there was no indication of where to stand in line. As I'm standing, waiting patiently for the man to finish his order, another man and his daughter stand in line but to the right of this man ordering. I didn't pay any attention because I just thought the space was too tight and they wanted to stand away. As the man ordering finally completes his order, I finally walk up to place my order. I place my entire order, the cashier look at me and says "sorry they were in line first I'm going to take there order" I calmly tell him that I was there and he proceeds to take the other peoples order. Yes, I am a 21 year old African-American just wanting to get some Starbucks. The man and his daughter were white and I just think that had a lot to do with it.
