I truly enjoyed the Belgian Waffle that comes with their house made mixed berry compote and powdered sugar, along with pure maple syrup, and house whipped cream. I liked how the chilled compote, syrup, and whipped cream were served in separate containers so that I could dip! Nice touch! The Belgian Waffle was fluffy and tasty! I also enjoyed my choice of The Lola (White Snickerdoodle Latte) specialty latte with oak milk (extra charge) that features white mocha, cinnamon & vanilla. My husband really liked his order of the Breakfast Burrito with bacon, noting how tasty their house salsa was. His specialty latte was The Moose which is their honey roasted peanut latte (toasted marshmallow, peanut butter & honey). Our orders were taken by the mother of one of the owners. What concerned me the most was watching an employee fill my boyfriend's iced coffee with tap water directly from the sink. That completely changed my confidence in how drinks are prepared. Good coffee is important, but cleanliness and proper food handling are just as important. I hope they address these issues because the coffee itself has a lot of potential.
