Never got to get any food! After waiting in the drive thru for 25 min. On Saturday April 25th 2026. At 10:05 am, slowly moving. Get to the window and ask if breakfast was still being served. I was told No, we stop that at 10:30, I said but I've been in the line for 25 min. , I was then told that they were very busy and very short staffed and that that he was doing everything from washing dishes to taking orders and so on. I said this is unacceptable and can I speak to your manager. He goes off , calling a name and saying someone's not happy. The person who came back to the window , and said loudly what do you need. I explained the situation. And he said breakfast has ended and then told him we were in line for 25 min. He yelled well im extremely short staffed and thats how it is and walk off. I have never seen such poor customer service. I've worked in customer service my whole working history. Never have I experienced such a rude manager. I will never go back to McDonalds at this location or any other. For what the rudeness of this manager.and I was so angry . The cost of the So called convince of these stores being fast. Thats an oxy moron. There never fast ! The food is adequate at most. If they even get your order right. I'll be enjoying my breakfast, lunch or dinner at an establishment that treats me like a customer, a well paying one. What can improve at this particular Store is a New Manager. For what they make and the training they receive. He should of been more equipped to handle this situation. Pretty solid drive-thru Starbucks experience. I didn't sleep much last night so I knew I needed a pick me up. While headed towards the base on I-64 I looked up closest Starbucks with a drive-thru and this baby showed up. Minor detour, 5 mins tops. It was easy to navigate to and the drive-thru lane was clearly marked. About 5 cars in front of me but the line moved swiftly and my drink was ready at the window when I pulled up. Friendly staff and I paid with my phone app and was on my way. Easy as pie! I've never been inside but this is in a primo location with other shops around and an easy in and out and stoplight to cross the intersection. Win! read more

I love the location of this Starbucks. What I don't like is why my drinks at this location always taste different from the other locations. Also another issue is that, every time I come here, I am handed a sticky drippy cup. When I ask them to take it back and wipe it down, I get the strangest look from the barista. Today I tried the salted caramel frapp, I absolutely enjoyed it. I paired my frapp with the madeleines. The frapp was good, the only thing I subbed was including 2% milk. I have enjoyed going to this location. There is either no line, or the line moves quickly. Everyone is super friendly and helpful here. I'm always able to get the pick me up I need or satisfy a sweet tooth. I am giving four stars, because I recently ordered the strawberry acai refresher, and it had no strawberries in it. That was a bummer, and I was in a rush so I didn't make a big deal out of it. Visit enticed by happy hour: BOGO FRAPS and espresso drinks. Cashier handled my "neediness" well, having to scan app to trigger special plus add funds to account for payment. $11.50 for 3 venti Frappuccinos and 1 Iced Caramel Macchiato is higher than making your own but very reasonable for grabbing a drink out and about, especially at 'bucks (pun intended). Drinks took extra long to be made, especially with no other customers waiting. While daughter and I waited, we noticed the indoor seating area full of dudes playing video games on their laptops. WAN Party night aka singles loitering night. Love the Wards Corner Starbucks. The drive-thru usually has speedy service, especially during the morning rush. I've been inside a few times and I will say that they do a good job of upholding the Starbucks standard. I'm usually greeted with friendly service. It's never too busy here as well, so it's a good location to get some work done. I only drink teas and frappuchinos from Starbucks. They're always made correctly. Today, I got the venti white peppermint moch frapp (yes, it's a venti day). And, it was really good - I love anything made with their peppermint syrup and white chocolate. This is not a bad Starbucks especially if you are going inside for your order. I specifically said going inside because the drive thru is ridiculous. Almost every morning there are vehicles lined up at the drive thru that go out and block the road. It is actually quicker to just park and go inside because this area has limited parking. Staff is nice and helpful and do their best to get orders out. I have never had an issue with waiting but I believe the people who do complain are the ones coming to the drive thru. I will say that if you are ordering from your app make sure it is for this Starbucks. There is another location not too far away and your app will at times default to that one when making mobile orders. read more

This is my drive thru spot in between all the morning school drop offs. The weekday drive thru crew here are so awesome! Whether I order thru the app or the drive thru my order is always perfect and the customer service I receive is happy and on point. So, I wasn't sure if I could give this place 5 stars, even if my drinks and the timeliness were perfect- well, turns out they earned it! My husband's birthday is today (27!) and he asked if he needed the Starbucks card in order to get the free birthday drink... They said yes, unfortunately- but as we pulled up to the window, they changed their tune. The cashier was like, hey birthday boy! We'll give you that drink free anyway. That was awesome! In the past, I've had overall good experiences at this one as well. As long as it's not rush hour you're given fast accurate service, and the staff is very polite overall. I got a flat white, and I do have to say it's one of the better ones I've had at a Starbucks. This location is fairly new, in a shopping center that was built about a year ago. It is very convenient because it's the only Starbucks in the area that has a drive-thru, but other than that, it's almost like any other Starbucks. I do have to say that the service is a hit or miss. Some of the baristas I've encountered are friendly and extremely helpful, while others are....not as friendly and make it apparent that they do not want to be there. Hopefully when you go you'll experience the friendly baristas! And of course, if you don't feel like getting out of the car, just use the drive-thru! I do it, too! read more

This Starbucks gives great service but the quality of the drinks, i should have given 1/5 stars. I asked for light ice and they fill the venti cup with all ice as if I'm getting a tall drink in a venti cup. On top of that, a quarter of my drink is filled with foam. This is a good location for me, except for the service! Order from here 4 times and every time they are either out of something or no longer make it! To make things every worst, they mess up my order almost every time! I can't have dairy products and I tell them upon ordering, that I'm lactose and can't have any dairy! Today will be my last visit to this location, I thought I didn't have any dairy products and consumed half of my pumpkin spice latte only to find out that it was made with dairy products! They have CLOVER (Reserve Coffee) here. That automatically gives them 5 stars but of course there are other items that add to the experience. The workers were nice and attentive. The store was clean and well organized. There was plenty of seating both indoors and out. They have free wifi (I know .. all starbucks do but it's just an added pro). Lastly, they have reserve coffee (duh). So you know when you finally get that 12th star and then you get the free coffee/food/drink item from Starbucks as a THANK YOU for drinking/eating so much of our product? That's when you order the reserve coffee. Though they appear to be out of most of them they did have one that I can't remember the name of but it was from Mexico. They grind the beans in front of you and then they use their Clover machine to brew you a FRESH cup of coffee! It was smooth. If that's not reason enough for a 5 star review then I have no idea what else to say to you. It's pretty awesome. That grande cup of freshly ground freshly brewed coffee was worth having to deal with regular pikes place those other 12 times. HAHA. Just kidding. I like Pike's too.
