My 1st time there was perfect so maybe today was just a bad day for the staff, considering they didn't seem very happy. The A/C was not working too so maybe they were just grumpy. Either way, the next time I go to Krave, I'll try a smoothie instead. The food is way too expensive for disappointments to happen.
