Starbucks is known for its flavorful blends and deep roasts- so the flavor and quality is always consistent. This store is set apart by the great staff and their amazing ability to work together! I picked up a quick latè on my way to the Dry Bar and from start of order to drink delivery I watched a seamless dance of the baristas who were very busy making magic behind the coffee bar! My drink was great (as always expected) but the staff was great!

    Very busy pick up location.

This is a great location. Very very busy but you can easily find parking. It's very spacious inside and has super friendly service.

A good local coffee house experience! I love sponsoring the local businesses in our small town! They even knew my name when they handed me my decently priced drink. I tried a chilled water with 7.5 ice cubes. I would give it a 9.5/10 because of the very unusual after taste of flint. Brings me back to Michigan. Good water. Overall a cheap alternative to big business coffee. Very fast service!

Sterile corporate experience The remodel is all about pushing as many coffee addicted lemmings through the rabbit hole. No light to read, no community bulletin board and no comfortable chairs. Get in and get out.

They're out of black tea. Completely. I'm going to schnucks across the street to buy black tea to come back to Starbucks for hot water.

Sadly, I was unable to get any work done even with AirPods in. The one negative was how cold inside was. I very much so enjoyed the food that I ate and the coffee was absolutely delicious. I considered walking out right then and there, what really wanted to give them a chance since this was new to me. Upon ordering the cashier noted that the pretzel bun was out and so we switched it with wheat bread because they felt the ciabatta bread would be too much. Not even 10 minutes later another woman was ordering a sandwich and the pretzel bun obviously was out and they offered her that choices of other breads, and she said she wanted ciabatta and the same person said there was no ciabatta bread. We got our drinks and eventually our food. The atmosphere with customers had a low hum of conversation and laughter. The workers however, were quite loud and boisterous, minus the one young man who seemed to be doing most of the work and keeping to himself. For $13 I received the chicken salad sandwich on a croissant bun with chips. That's what they offer as the side. The croissant itself was hard and un edible. The chicken salad was OK if you like water down chicken salad. But when I spend $13 on a meal, I kind of expect something better than just mediocre. It lacked flavor. So for me, this was a one and done visit. I really enjoy a little café coffee shop places sadly this one has to go on the I will not return list.

It's a calming environment; can tell that care was put into the design. With both inside and outside seating options, it has what you need. It's located on a busy street in Clayton, so people watching is available. Being used to ordering at Starbucks, I was uncertain how to approach this, so I told the employee I was trying to adjust and he was so kind and helpful. I went with a Hot Macchiato with Caramel and Mocha, 2% Milk and a small Chicken Empanada. They were a bit backed up, so the wait was a little longer than I expected, but the drink was very good. I didn't even have to specify how many pumps of what to put in there, they just did it and it was perfect. The right temperature, I didn't have to wait to drink it. The empanada was piping hot, so I had to let it cool and unfortunately couldn't try it before my appt. Next time tho.

I planned to order online and do a pickup but the Green with Envy sandwich I wanted is not listed on their online order menu so I had to go in person. I stood in line for about 20 minutes which was expected, I know how busy it gets. When you get to the front to order it is chaos. Someone comes and asks what you want and then just yells it to the rest of the team. Both myself and the person in front of me got to the register and our food was not even started because they couldn't keep up with the orders and nothing was written down. Just very disorganized considering how popular it is. It was decorated nicely for Christmas but that didn't distract from the service. The green with envy is delicious but it didn't travel well; it pretty much melted and fell apart by the time I got home. I also ordered a Greek goddess salad which was nothing special. The ginger cookie was delicious and a nice size. Hopefully some changes are made to make this place run better because otherwise it just really isn't worth the trouble.
