Mocha latte is my drink of choice but if the seasonal cherry one is there, it's even better.

Capital one cafes are such a unique concept and I'm so happy we got one in St. Louis. Your happiness life hack of the day is too hit the cafe first thing on your trip to the mall, get yourself a drink for half price if you pay with your capital one credit card then take it with you to enjoy as you shop. The idea is a really nice coffee shop mixed with banking amenities. They have staff there that greet you and can help with any of your banking or investment questions, set you up with an account, and show you anything that Capital one offers but my favorite part is that they aren't pushy. They're there if you want them but don't approach or pester you. The seating is crazy comfortable, they have private meeting rooms available for the public, and there are games like Connect four if you're bored. Don't be one of those sad dudes sitting on a bench holding your wife's shopping bags, be a happy dude and babysit those bags while hanging in the cafe.

So on a recent Sunday morning around 1030 am. I wondered into the capital one cafe and discovered one of the best Moca coffee drinks i have had, far out shines Starbucks. If you have not been to this little unassuming cafe tucked away into west county mall, then ask yourself why you haven't been to it. The staff is friendly and the drinks i have tried so far have been delicious. Prices range around the average fir a coffee house/ cafe. Now here's the caveat if you have a capital one card drinks are half price. The drink menu is not as extensive as most coffee houses but still covers the basics. The vibe nice and laid back.

This is only the second Capital One Cafe I have been to (first in Chicago). I got their famous honey latte and also booked a study room and got some work done. The location is kind of random since it is inside the mall, but it is still clean and modern. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. I wish I lived closer because I would come here more often. Definitely recommend stopping by.

New coffee shop in the mall! So unassuming but a great vibe, clean ambiance and decor, and great coffee! Capital One and Discover card holders get 50% off all drinks every day, and they're currently running a summer promo for $3.60 drinks on Fridays for non card holders. Not only is this a great deal, but they make great coffees sponsored by Verve. There's also free wifi. This is a great place to get away from the mall's sensory overload and enjoy a snack or meal or drink. Everyone working there was also super nice!

This location is new as of Wednesday and I would have to say the service I received this morning from their team was phenomenal!! They have me a tour of the branch which includes a coffee shop, and small meeting rooms. I was thoroughly impressed with the ambiance as well as the service. If you are looking for a new bank speak to Kay and the West County location!

This is a cute little cafe for anyone, but helpful for all Capital One customers. First drink are 50% off if you have a Capital one card of any kind and they were delicious. I got a chai tea with a shot of espresso (dirty chai) and my wife got Vanilla Rose Latte. For a small lunch, I did a ham and cheese and she sampled one of the pastries. I am not a coffee guy but there are very kind people to help with your decisions and with any account you may have or want. I was already set up with Capital one but we opened a savings account for my wife, and I deposited into the ATM. You can also book a "Nook" workspace for private work time or meet with an ambassador for the money and life program to give you personal finance tips. It's incredibly cozy and a small lunch/brunch here was cheap in my opinion with my Capital One Savor card. If she's in, speak with Shay, very kind and helpful! We had a good time.

I found this cafe while shopping with my daughter. Best place at the mall! Very chill, played connect four until our food was ready.

There is no staff at this location. I visit this location frequently because its near my apartment and fairly convenient. And you can access it 24/7. One IMPORTANT THING to note about this BoA ATM location is that it's in a shopping center with a bunch of other stores, including a Schnucks Grocery Store. So at this location, the parking lot is ALWAYS crowded. It's hard to find a parking spot...every time I visit. There are two handicap spots right in front of the BoA ATM entrance. One day when I was in a rush and couldn't find a parking spot...I decided to park in the handicap spot...thinking "hey, I'll only be here for 5 minutes MAX...it'll be ok...and I can keep an eye on my car." Sure enough, 5 seconds after parking, a cop pulls up. I immediately make eye contact with him and he says if you move your car now, I'll let you go....which is exactly what I do. I got lucky. :) HOWEVER, since that incident (and I've never attempted to parking the handicap spots ever again), I've noticed other people trying to pull the same trick. They're in a rush, can't find a parking spot, so they use the handicap parking. And EVERY TIME a police car pulls up and they get a ticket. (How they were able to get away with out a ticket like me...I have no idea?) Anyways, its crazy how often I see the handicap parking/cop car situation happen. Do these cops have nothing else to patrol on Clayton Road but these two handicap parking spots??? So you've been warned, don't try to parking the handicap spot. Even if you're going to be there for 2 seconds...the police will ticket your car!

It was such an easy process! It's Clayton, so you'll most likely have to pay for parking. I found a spot right outside of the bank (lucky me) and paid easily on the app. For 30 minutes it was 90 cents. I wasn't sure what the wait time would be like, so better safe than sorry. The building itself is super nice and has a city feel- fits right in with the Clayton vibe. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a staff member that asked what I needed help with. I told her and she told me I'd be helped momentarily. I was then helped by a staff member behind the counter. They have euros on site, so you can easily do your exchange right then and there. He did the conversion for me and asked for my approval, it was super simple. He was kind and easy going, very pleasant to talk to. The entire exchange took under 10 minutes, and I was in and out. Thank you commerce!

I had scheduled a 9am meeting to meet with someone at this branch to explore investing my savings…read more When I arrived at 9am, the scheduled opening time for the business, it wasn't open yet. After several moments the doors were unlocked. Since no one was present to greet me I waited in line to speak with a teller to guide me to the person I was supposed to meet with. I found out that that person was another teller who told me they didn't know anything about the meeting and would meet with me when they wrapped up assisting serving several other people in line. After 20 minutes they approached me asking what the meeting was about. I explained the purpose. They then said that was something they couldn't do. I'd have to speak with someone else who wasn't there who would call me later to set up a second meeting. So all my efforts to schedule a time to accomplish something at this location were wasted and I was now facing having another meeting to schedule and accommodate. Businesses should open on time, be aware of scheduled meetings, and be prepared to respect their customer's time. Now wondering if should look elsewhere with my investments.

One was so annoyed with me for making a deposit one day (I know; the nerve of me, right?) that I actually called and asked to speak to a manager. The same teller answered the phone, and I was put on hold for twenty minutes before someone spoke to me. The woman I spoke with was worse than the teller. I could practically hear her rolling her eyes. I don't go to this bank anymore, ever. Not even to make a deposit at the ATM. I drive out of my way to my old branch in Webster, or plan ahead so I can go to one of the two branches along my commute to work. I highly recommend helping this branch out by avoiding it and taking your banking elsewhere. That way, these poor angry tellers don't have to deal with all the darn customers who make them so miserable and hostile!
