Ok, we know "what's in your wallet?" These little cafes are too cool! They are definitely a must when you're traveling. You can get some coffee with deep cut discounts because you carry a Capital One card. You have to pay for your coffee purchase with that card. Now if you're not a member make sure and sign up? These cafes are for all people's! They offer great little nooks to get away and get some coffee and air. On our journey we stopped in just to see and have some coffee. Fabulous service! The coffee the best! They offer seasonal drinks too ! It's a quaint place and blend . Credit cards and coffee shops, we are odd! They offer free offers in store and other various options for planting trees for your garden and community. We will see how they grow when we get to our new home . Did not realize there was a Capital One cafe inside West County Mall, granted this is not somewhere I frequent but it was good to know that it was here. Concept is interesting - part cafe, part bank, part workspace, part bank. The space is modern and clean, and set up perfectly if you want to sit and get work done. Lots of seating and outlets with free wifi. I didn't get to try the coffee and got the matcha instead which was pretty refreshing. The menu also included light food options like sandwiches and pastries which are convenient if you want something quick. Another big perk is you get 50% off drinks if you have a Capital One or Discover card which makes it a much better value and a reason to come back. read more

I attended a ladies coffee meetup on a weekday morning. This was a perfect location for our group. Lots of space/seating for us to enjoy a beverage, a snack and chat. It was family-friendly, with lots of free parking around the mall. We like this location partially because of the easy highway access to the mall. I think you get 50% off your coffee if you have a Capital One debit card. We will definitely be back again. read more

This is Capital One's alternative to a traditional bank. It's an interesting and creative concept that I hope works well. This was our first time in the cafe. We spent a little time talking to a CO representative who gave us quick tour of the facility and told us all that is offered there. When we were finished with our introduction, as a CO account holder, we were treated to a free coffee drink of our choice. What a nice surprise! The cafe and WiFi is open to anyone that stops by. There is a nice open and comfortable space to hang out for a while. This will be where you find me the next time my wife drags to West County Mall to shop. :) read more

I ordered the Vanilla Latte and I have to say it was wonderful. I was very pleased with the look and overall feel of the cafe. The server/barista was friendly but the overall "transaction" was uneventful neither over the top nor underwhelming. Where I think I found the most disappointment was in my interactions with the bankers. I introduced myself as a Capital One customer (not just a credit card holder) with checking and savings. I attempted to interact with them on two different occasions, each time with someone different. When I asked a question I got a very flat, almost bordering on annoyed, answer as if I was interrupting their day. Yes they did answer my question and I am sure they are consummate professionals but I just got the impression of "why are you bothering me". So my I am giving 4 stars because the coffee was great, the atmosphere was stellar but I was just less than satisfied with the banking interaction, it was good but not great! I still love banking at Capital One and will continue to visit the cafe when convenient and and when I need banking help. I just wanted to share my honest impression. read more

What a great surprise to discover that my Capital One bank is now in the cafe business. Totally rad. Half off using my Capital One card was also great. Like others have written, there are spaces you can use for private internet/study at 2-hour clicks. Free. Regarding lattes, they are very strong. They use two double-shot espressos in each cup. I needed mine diluted, and was informed of the content. A single double-shot is plenty for the 12 ounce Americano I ordered. The strawberry/cheese danish was quite good, too. New spot to go read and enjoy coffee. Yay! read more

I would appreciate a simple "Hey, have you been in before?" instead of "What do you want?" but maybe that's a personal preference. We tried 3 coffees -- the Maple Brown Sugar latte, the Bananas Latte, and a White Chocolate Mocha, all iced. The drinks ranged from decent to great. My favorite was the Bananas Latte. I've been coming here for almost a year- and I definitely would prefer to patronize a local Shop, but not if it's gonna take five minutes to even just get my order taken when I am literally the only person in line. I've had the matcha latte here before that I want to mention that I'd probably skip out on. I much prefer their coffees over the matcha. Otherwise they have a rotating menu and decent food options. There were still places to sit inside (both upstairs and on the main floor) and outside. The parking garage was kind of hard to navigate because it's really dark in there. But there's still the two parking lots outside that you can utilize.

I got an iced latte and a chocolate chip cookie and it was amazing- probably one of the better cookies I've had in a long time. It was warmed up, soft, and delicious. The space itself is nice a bright, very open with super friendly staff. They have local artist work on the walls for sale which is really cool. I recommend checking it out!

The options are plenty but I didn't like my coffee as it didn't taste much lime pistachio so I will try another one next time. The egg sandwich was excellent but needs a little more sauce. The restaurant does not have strong wifi so best bring your own hotspot if you plan to stay and work. The dining areas are vast so it's great for working solo or with others. The decor will also have you staring at the walls for hours. Accessibility: you might not find easy parking as it is on a slope or in the parking lot behind the entrance. The restroom is also detached from the restaurant so you have to walk or ride a little ways with 2 doors to open.
