This particular Starbucks is located just off of Interstate 95 and is one of the more modern 1 geared more for takeout. Honestly, I am not a huge fan of Starbucks. But customers sometimes want to meet at at one of their locations and as I have learned, the client is usually right. This location, as I have said, is very convenient to Interstate 95. It is also next door to a Daily's gas station if you want to fill up your car. By the way, I filled up my car while I was here. All in all, not a bad place. I do find their prices to be too high for what they are giving, but they are obviously doing something right because they are everywhere. If you are a fan of Starbucks, check them out. OK so I found this Starbucks right off of 95 which was great. No one was there so we got out and stretched a little bit. Now mind you it's only my second time ordering Starbucks by myself but I did get it right but unfortunately they did not have any more Cold brew. So the lady offered me iced coffee ¿ I think or something like that but anyway, she said it would be very similar to the cold brew so I said let's do it. I have been to this location several times but I guess I forgot to review it! We only stop here if we have a free coffee for our birthdays. This location is across the road from the outlets and we have visited here prior and after shopping there. I cannot remember if I actually walked into the store prior to this recent visit but this store is pretty consistent with other Starbucks. This visit was for hub's birthday coffee. I usually enjoy the espresso drinks but not the elaborate drinks lol. He is very simple with his preferences here. Since the free birthday coffee can be whatever you like, I order using his app and he orders using my app. I placed the order through the mobile order option on the app. I ordered a Venti Pumpkin Spice Latte with only 1 pump since I am diabetic. Hubs ordered a dark roast. The app said 4-8 minutes so I waited in the car and went in after 5. My drink was ready but the barista was still making the dark roast. This is very strange in my opinion, but Starbucks offers a dark roast and does not brew a pot constantly throughout the day. So they do a pour over (I think that is what it is called). They basically take a filter, place it on the cup, fill it with dark roast coffee grinds and pour hot water over it. This is nice but it is a lot more work than brewing an entire pot. While the barista was making his coffee, we were chatting up about all sorts of topics. We were mostly talking about foods in different areas of Florida. She was super cool. The store was not busy at all so she was able to chat. I also ordered a pupacino for my little munchkin which she has never complained about lol. read more

It's BRAND SPANKING NEW!!! I have been waiting with bated breath for this location to open! I saw it being built from the ground up so I totally feel like it's my "baby"! The fact that I added this location to Yelp confirms it! (Yes, I'm staking my claim here and now!) It's on my daily commute to work, it's directly across from the St. Augustine Outlets, (SR 16 & I-95) it has that "new store" smell, it's shiny and PERFECT! The San Jose location and I may go through a bit of separation anxiety, but we'll be ok! (I'll schedule visitations!) So... I went in and ordered my fave (upside-down, caramel macchiato with coconut milk), and it was PERFECT! No new store "quirks", no confusion, no "we're new and I'm the barista-in-training who's overwhelmed and don't know what the heck I'm doing!" This Starbucks is kind of famous for being the first to offer on-screen ordering for those who are deaf or hard-of-hearing and want to use ASL in the drive-thru line. Aside from that, they do have tons of food and drink options (including hot food and to-go meal items) but they aren't top-of-the-line in new releases. For example, they don't have the nitro cold brew I've seen at a few other Starbucks locations. The service is friendly and fast and the location is fairly new, so everything is clean and well-thought-out. The one downside is since it's located on a one-way road near busy highway ramps, it can be quite tricky to get through. read more

I went through the drive thru, I ordered my tea and received it with no sugar. I was still in the parking lot so it wasn't a big deal to me at all. I went back through just for some sugar. This is the closest Starbucks to my house and I work over at the indoor part of the outlets so I find myself coming here quiet often. Every single time I go there's a line in the drive thru but I'm more than willing to sit in it. I'm kinda picky on my coffee but would never say anything if it's wrong, however.. I've never had a bad coffee from here. They always make my iced hazelnut latte with one packet of sugar perfectly. It's not often I see the same person in the window but they're always the sweetest to me. I'm always getting compliments on things I didn't even think about getting a compliment on, like for example I have I gotten a compliment on my WWF bank card twice now (there's a cute panda on it). Because there's usually a line and it's busy it might take them a second to get my order out but it's never an awkward moment, they make small talk while you're waiting and just have friendly conversations with you. To some this might just be average customer service but for others it's very appreciated. The first time I came here I was having a rough start to the day but the kindness (plus some help of my dose of caffeine) just made things a lot nicer. Whoever is in charge of hiring here really knows how to pick their people. If you need a good coffee and quick smile to make your day better, this is the starbucks to go to. read more

Came here to have coffee and meet some friends. The location of the parking lot is tricky to get into from the main street. You must go through a gas station driveway to get into the Starbucks parking lot. The staff were very friendly and helpful at this location. It was mid morning so it wasn't very busy. We placed our order and the coffees were made pretty quickly. The coffee had nice flavor and was a good temperature for me. We found it really noisy and hard to hear each other while we were there. They do offer free WiFi but I found it too slow so I didn't use it. There are also food items for purchase along with Starbucks merchandise. The restaurant is bright and appeared clean. There seemed to be a steady stream of people coming and going. Overall it's a great place for a coffee. read more

This location has such nice baristas. I come here rather infrequently but they are always nice. I have been behind that counter so I know that it can be long hours and a lot of fast paced work. They all seem to enjoy the work they are putting in. I don't ever go through during peak hours so I don't know what their rush hour is like but I feel like the longest I've waited in the drive through line was 5 min. I'm also not a hard drink to make, café au lait. Maybe a cheese danish every now and again if I am hungry. Out of all the nearby Starbucks locations, this is my favorite for several reasons. All staff are very friendly helpful, the feel of the location is nice and open with a big work table inside, and there's a clover machine! Lots of travelers come to this location since it's just off I95. There are also a mix of locals as well. The restrooms are only one stall, and lines form fast for the ladies, but they are kept clean regularly. If you're a coffee fan and you haven't had any of their blends in the clover(reverse French press), then it's definitely worth a try! The result is a very smooth, unique taste. They also put my tall clover order in a grande cup (little life hack) and add a bit of nonfat milk on top. Good experience overall!! read more

Even though it's not cheap, I love Starbucks. I visited this location recently. My almond milk latte was spot on but the reason for the 5 stars is because of the service - which I had read was good here. I knew they didn't open until 5:00 and it was 4:57. I was going to go ahead and wait, but I was t alone, there were already 2 cars ahead of me. BUT, they weren't waiting, they were ordering! They were open and READY for business! That says great employees and operations to me. I've been to other locations and had to wait for them to get ready or they're rushing and u get bad coffee. Heck Target will NOT open the doors until exactly 8:00 am and not be near as chipper as these ladies were at 5:00 am. My coffee was good and the service was great! I was anxiously waiting for this new location to open, and it has not disappointed. I know that Starbucks has a high standard for customer service, but not all locations are created equal. Despite being new this location is great. The staff is courteous and has done a great job of getting my drink done right and quickly. Whoever does their ordering has done a great job as well because not once have they been out of something that I have ordered! This isn't a 24 hour location, but they are open early in the morning and late at night. They did mention that they will have extended hours during certain events such as Black Friday. read more
