The Dunkin in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL used to be great. The employees were very efficient, coffee at the drive thru was fast and always correct. Recently, all the employees were let go and replaced. It now often takes 10 minutes to get a hot coffee in the morning. Today, the drive thru was closed. The inside of the store was dirty and the trash can was overflowing. Hopefully they will be able to fix whatever is going on. read more

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Went through the drive-thru and could barely hear the monotone woman on the speaker. Extremely rude, could barely understand when she occasionally repeated back a donut I order. Not helpful whatsoever with questions. Then never directed us to pull forward so didn't know if we were supposed to wait. Pulled forward and the woman looked so grumpy, frown on her face and not pleasant or greeted even when I greeted her. She just handed all our stuff and said "here." The handles on the donut boxes were extremely sticky, which was annoying! I only come here because I'm usually the passenger in my boss's vehicle and I usually am the recipient of a free medium black coffee (I'm no frills on the dime) and wanted to sip some java slow. Dunkin' is great at coffee so I wasn't gonna say no. Sometimes, I prefer Dunkin' coffee over Starbucks and on rare occasion a croissant sandwich. This location seems to be in demand as I'm certain travelers, vacationers and locals love the fast, efficient service when they're on the go. The employees are always courteous and smile no matter how busy inside and out at the drive thru they are. I finally decided to write a review because they seem consistent in service and friendliness. Also a few times stopping inside, instead of at the drive thru, the dining area was clean and presentable. The diners pick up after themselves as it's a small area and others would need to use the table area after they leave. I've observed the attendee was always quick to condition the tables with a wipe down and position chairs under the tables. Overall a nice location to visit. read more

We stayed at the holiday inn and express, literally next door to this dunkin. Stopped by with a sweet tooth and got our fix. We bought a dozen donuts and the employee who assisted us was very kind and patient. My six and thirteen year olds, mother in law, husband and myself were taking our time to decide which donuts we wanted. There was no one in line waiting after us but nonetheless, she was very patient with us. My mother in law wanted a sugar donut she usually purchases at our local dunkin donuts back home and they did not carry it. She explained that not all dunkins carry the same donuts at the same time. First time at this location while I'm going holiday shopping with the hubby. We came in to get our free ice coffee and it was surprisingly not crowded at all. It was around 5pm when we stopped by and we didn't need to wait long. The barista was sweet and pretty. She gave us some choices on the coffee, they have some new flavors like pepper mint, coconut and cinnamon brown sugar. I got the hazelnut with whip cream ice coffee and it was the bomb. Absolutely horrible service. There were two managers that made this place rock. They were quick, they lead the team and you could see it from the lobby area. They made friends with customers and their regulars. Those two have since left within the last 6-8 months and since then, this place is run by children who are rude and don't care about a customer. I was the only person in the store and the lady who made my coffee just screamed what I ordered instead of just saying here you go, then slammed my coffee on the counter. Same with my sandwich. Sucks to see a place that was outstanding go downhill just because two folks left. read more

I ordered an iced matcha latte and it was repeated back to the person before I left the speaker , when I got to the window I was only told my total no hello, so I paid with my app and was handed other things in my order and then was told I'm just waiting on an iced coffee , when I said I ordered a matcha not an iced coffee the girl turned to the other workers and said it was a matcha not an iced coffee , they proceeded to have a debate about it and all of them left the window , I waited a couple minutes and a different person hands me my matcha out the window where I asked if I could pay the difference and she just said no and shut the window in my face . It's conveniently located for me and service is always speedy, whether I walk in, use drive thru or order via mobile app. The regular employees are nothing short of amazing. They are friendly and chipper, even when I'm in at the 5AM open, and nine times out of ten, they start making my coffee when they see me walk in the door, so by the time I pay, it's in my hand. This is the nearest Dunkin to my mom and boyfriends home. Ordered on the app for pickup and went inside to get my order. We got 2 donuts and a 2 breakfast sandwiches. I've liked this location since back in 2012 when it opened. It's always consistent for me. It's so quick to get through the drive thru too, which is a big deal for me. Having kids, the drive thru is clutch. Inside is always clean and there are plenty of seats. Now if only Yelp would add the location up on 16 by Murabella. That's a 2 Star review right there. Short but quickie review! We stopped at this DD location on our way south, for our usual sweet teas and bacon, egg and cheese croissants. Inside was clean and service was friendly... I was a little surprised to see quite a few people in here, working or socializing... maybe they were taking a break for outlet shopping? First off, I LOVE Dunkin Donuts! As a native Bay Stater, I definitely run on Dunkin. Anyway, I visited this location yesterday and today. Yesterday, I went through the drive through and the employee I came into contact with was very friendly. There was a line, so getting the donuts I ordered did take a little bit of time. However, it really wasn't that big of a deal. Today, I went into the store. There were 3 people in front of me. The cashier seemed a bit frazzled and aggravated that there was a steady stream of customers. You work at a coffee shop and it's the morning, what do you expect!? There was no "Hello," "Welcome to Dunkin Donuts," smile or anything when it was my turn to place my order. You could tell she did not want to be there by the annoyed look on her face and lack of enthusiasm when she asked what I wanted to order. I just worked all night and I was able to muster a smile and say hi. And then she got my drink order wrong. We're all human and I understand we make mistakes, but I have no patience when you have an attitude and can't do your job right. This is a great Dunkin Donuts! They are open 24 hours, and I have been there at many different times due to my frequent travel schedule and early morning flights. I have never had an item that wasn't fresh. I have noticed that the line can get long during peek hours of the morning. I can't give specific times but I would say that it is probably from 7-9 during the week and a little longer on the weekend. Although the line is long it does move pretty quickly. The only time I have ever had an issue with this location was a few weeks ago when they made my coffee wrong. I identified the issue right away and they fixed it for me. When this location on SR16 in St Augustine first opened I went there nearly every day. The staff was top notch and I was very pleased with them. HOWEVER, in the last couple of months the service has gone to hell in a handbasket! The last three times I went through the drive thru they got my order so wrong its wasn't even funny. I always order the same thing; multigrain bagle, split but not toasted, cream cheese on the side and extra cream cheese on the side. A very simple order, right? Apparently not. I have been given chocolate glazed donuts the first time, plain donuts the second time and this last time I got plain bagels with cream cheese already on them!
