'Tis the season for pumpkin-flavored everything. When I say everything, I mean everything. From bread to cookies to pancakes to drinks, anything you think of can have a little pumpkin twist to it. Pumpkin is everywhere you go during this season, it's a flavor you can't miss. With that being said, there has been a new pumpkin drink that is trending throughout all platforms of social media this fall season, and no, it is not the Pumpkin Spice Latte. This new magical drink is a classic Starbucks Iced Chai Tea Latte with the one and only, Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam on top. The plain Iced Chai Tea Latte is my go-to Starbucks order, so, of course, this is something I have to try. As any Starbucks lover would do, I quickly put on my comfiest fall outfit, grab my new reusable holiday Starbucks cup, and hop in my car. Soon enough, I end up in the Starbucks drive through line. Thankfully the line is not as long as usual, as it is normally a 20-minute endeavor. Pulling up to the drive-through, I feel a spark of excitement and joy as I began to imagine the wonderful pumpkin taste that would soon fill my mouth. With my Starbucks app in hand, I order the much-anticipated drink and wait with overwhelming excitement. Driving up to the window, I was pleasantly greeted by Kyle the barista, who was a little overly cheerful on this very early Saturday morning. My whopping total came to $5.15, which is a lot for one drink, but it's Starbucks, so who can resist. I scan my app in trade for a cup of cool, refreshing fall, and race away with pure happiness, as the pumpkin aroma fills up my car. Finally home, after driving for what felt like an eternity, I jump on my couch, wrap myself in a cozy blanket, and take the first sip. The pumpkin foam melted in my mouth, and the delicious cinnamon chai followed and flowed from my lips to my toes. This was so much better than what I imagined. The taste was unbelievable; a perfect mix of cinnamon and pumpkin, what more could you ask for. It was definitely worth the hefty price tag and exceeded my expectations by a longshot. Aside from the amazing flavors of this drink, the short-lived season of this pumpkin flavor definitely adds to my overall enjoyment of what should be an award-winning drink. I would drink this drink at least twice a day if I could, but that would really break my bank account... Shortly after wolfing down this perfect drink in one sitting, I immediately spread the word to my friends. I messaged everyone I could think of, trying to explain to them how life-changing this drink was. Believe it or not, many of my friends tried it and became enthralled with this impeccable combination of two powerful fall flavors that perfectly match the autumn season. Overall, this delectable fall drink might have to be one of my new favorites go-to's at Starbucks. It's the ideal blend of all the autumnal flavors you could ever imagine, it seriously tastes like fall exploded in your mouth! This was a typical Starbucks with a drive-thru. Pros: ~ Staff was very nice. Cons: ~ Be aware that it is a small location and the drive-thru can hold 3-4 cars, not sure what happens when it's busy ~ They were out of the food items I ordered at 11am so that was disappointing (now is was during the opening after Covid so totally understandable). read more

I ordered a venti to be delivered by Uber. It arrived without the correct packaging. I called Starbucks to advise of improper packaging for delivery by Uber. Female stated it's not Starbucks responsibility how it's delivered because they place it on the counter for the Uber driver to make certain it's packaged correctly. It's not Starbucks responsibility to package their goods for delivery. I stated it's not fair to me as a customer. I asked why do they simply do not package before putting it in the counter. She repeated it's the drivers responsibility not theirs. Now I'm out of coffee because I do not know if the driver took a sip out of it and $15. You have to hand it to Starbucks. They have a good product. I think their menus above the barista's are very confusing. I do feel that they do a really good job of getting a quality product to you very quickly. I think the prices are a bit high. The stores are comfortable to sit in and the Wi-Fi is usually very good. Their app is very difficult to figure out.The stores are not usually as clean as I think they should be. The restrooms are usually pretty clean. read more

There was a while where I had to give up my Starbucks and cheat on them with DD. Yeah, I know... after about 4 months I was like ok I'll give them another try. Ugh. Countless times my order has been wrong, literally NO ICE in an ICED COFFEE. When I say no ice I mean 4 ice cubes floating on top. A extra caramel drizzle forgotten, taken back and squirted on top real fast.. I don't always have time at 7 am to go back and get it fixed before work. There has been maybe two times now I've called and they have assured me they would fix it even if it's at a later date. It's pretty bad when you go in for your fixed drink and they still can't get it correct. The pink drink with them seems to always be different. One day white coconut stuff floating all over... probably not shaken and lack of ice, the next day it's the prettiest pink drink ever. It is all very inconsistent. Love the new location! This strip center has had a SBUX in it for quite some time, but now they have a drive thru! They lost some of the ample outdoor seating they had previously when they were at the other end, but they built it out quite nice. I'll take a drive thru any day though. There definitely seems to be more space inside this one there was in the previous locale. Thumbs up for that! I like the look and feel of this one; more industrial & hip. They have a Clover Machine! 2nd one in Jacksonville, first one at the beach. NBD. I haven't had a coffee from the Clover yet, but my husband has and said it was in fact more delicious. Always like to try out a new Starbucks drink that is a limited time offer. I tried out the protein cold brew Frappuccino. It was flavored with banana date syrup that is supposed to be a better natural sweetener. It is a no go for me. It tasted like coffee, a flat chalky protein , and bananas. I will say the young man that helped me was so friendly and helpful and chatty. Just the drink was not my favorite. I'll stick with my standard cafe latte going forward. read more

The staff are always willing to chat and catch up with the regulars when they can. Fantastic location. They have been outstanding during the pandemic. If they don't have enough staff to open the entire store they keep drive-through going. You might have to wait a little bit longer but you will get your fantastic coffee and other drinks. read more

This little spot was jammed on a Monday morning. I guess that is a function of so many wealthy early-bird retires who are happy to while away a few hours with a book and a nice cup of morning happiness. Would that my life could afford such luxuries: I was just here for some caffeine to keep me on the road for another 7 hours. The crowd stressed me out - I was in a rush - but the baristas handled it admirably. Visiting Ponte Vedra, I stopped three days in a row (it's the only one nearby, unless you want to deal with going to Target Starbucks). A new location at the other end of the same strip mall has really improved this place. Now they have a drive through! Inside is much more spacious, with more tables and a longer queue area, so no more lines out the front door! Friendly, helpful staff also make this a great place, and the new location seals the deal. Every time I have been to this place, they have put the lid on wrong on at least one of the drinks and it has popped off mid drink. In fairness to this place, Starbucks seems to have a design flaw in their lids/cups...but please! Almost every other Starbucks, including ones far busier than this one can get it right. This am, I caught it before drinking. Hubby took it back in to ask for new cup. They insisted on making new one (the first one tasted great...but the remake was horrible!)
