French Toast Latte
Bethany R.

Stopped here on a whim and I'm glad I did. It has a clean beachy vibe that created a nice atmosphere. The workers were very nice and I was able to put my order in quickly. I got the French toast latte which was delicious although the maple flavor was not as strong as the cinnamon. I also got the Italian sandwich with a fruit cup. For the price I feel that I got a good amount of food and they didn't go skimpy on the fruit. The sandwich was delicious and had a nice balance of flavor. Overall a great experience and I'll definitely come back!

What a cute new Coffe shop in the Marsh Landing shopping area. The staff is so friendly. I just stopped in for a hot Americano. They serve Breakfast and Lunch in addition to their coffee and tea selection.

I've always wanted to try this place and finally got a chance to stop in. I ordered one their current seasonal drinks, a coconut latte with marshmallow cold foam. I did add an extra shot of espresso, but wow, it tasted amazing, way better than starbucks. The place was super cute and the bacon cooking smelled amazing. I will be back so I can try the food.

Pleasantly surprised at how good the bagel was! AND Great coffee - had the maple sea salt latte! Super tasty and the added flavor just made my mouth happy! But that bagel! An everything bagel. toasted with cream cheese and some tomatoes was perfect for my palate.

Such a neat spot! Great coffee, yummy bagels, and honestly a perfect find for a bagel lover like me. The customer service really stood out too! The staff was so kind and attentive and the place was so clean! I'll be back for sure.

So happy to find this cozy and quick coffee shop with lots of natural light for seating indoors and cute outdoor seating. The staff was energetic and friendly and brought our order to us as we waited at a table outside. The coffee was tasty and hot, and I love that the oat milk was not an extra charge. I ordered the PVB bagel sandwich and added some of the Cholula packets they had to it. Next time I may order it without the onions. Overall though a great experience!

What can I say--foodie influencers got me again; I'm so glad they did. I stopped by The Bodega on a Tuesday morning around 10:30, and even in my quick 30-minute visit, I spotted a couple of influencer-type girls snapping pics and raving about their drinks. The vibe here is definitely catching on. By the time I left a little after 11, it was getting busy--so if you want to avoid a wait or grab a cozy spot to work remotely, I recommend getting there on the earlier side. Every friend and peer who hyped this place up was absolutely right--it's adorable, the coffee is solid, and the bagels? Chef's kiss. The standout, though, was the customer service. Shoutout to Maranda, who basically built my whole order and nailed it. I told her to surprise me, and she delivered: Iced latte with oat milk + chocolate & coconut syrup -- rich, smooth, and just the right amount of sweet. Bacon, egg, and cheese on an Asiago everything bagel -- made to order, hot off the press, and so satisfying. Whether you're in the area for errands or looking for a new remote work spot with great coffee and good vibes, The Bodega is definitely worth a stop. I'm already planning my next visit when I'm back on the Ponte Vedra/Marsh Landing side of town!

I had some time between errands on Sarurday morning, so I opened up the Visit Jax app to find another coffee spot to try. I was excited to see the newly-opened The Bodega joined the list. The shop has a cool, beachy aesthetic that I loved. I was warmly welcomed as I entered and placed my order. I enjoyed my hash bowl & the latte was one of the best I've had during my Jax Coffee & Donuts Trail stops. The fact that they don't up charge for oat milk was a pleasant surprise! I highly recommend you stop in to show this new spot some love.

Cute coffee shop in the Jax Beach area. Seating options have outlets near them which I love for working. The service was kind. I liked the specialty drinks and the bar in the back with condiments, utensils, and a variety of milks (huge for us non dairy people!). I got an Almond Joy latte, part of their October specials, and a Power House sandwich. I love that there were multiple options for the sandwich, I chose to have mine on sourdough. I enjoyed my latte but the sandwich was mostly bread, avocado, and egg whites with the sausage patty only taking up half it. I may end up trying something different next time.

Stopped in this morning after target. The Power House was delicious. I want to give a special shoutout to the girls at the counter they were super friendly and nice. Great job to this business!

The ambiance and staff were great and friendly. I ordered the pvb and didn't anticipate the American cheese (maybe just didn't see it written?). The sandwich would've been better if cheddar or other cheeses were an option and if they toasted the bagel. Overall, not a great sandwich, but maybe other menu items are better.

We couldn't be happier with The Bodega. This place took over a previous business that was here (an amazing smoothie shop). We tried two different breakfast sandwiches. One sausage and egg on sourdough. One bacon and egg on a bagel. Both were wonderful. We also had a latte which was perfect. The indoor seating is minimal but we sat outside where there is more seating with umbrellas. The entire place is clean and modern. The staff is super friendly. They also have some cold items in cases inside. The location is excellent right in front of Target. We couldn't be happier with our experience.

Super cute spot with friendly service and great coffee. It was a Saturday so it was busy, which is to be expected! My only gripe was the food- took a while which is okay if it's worth the wait. I ordered the PVB and it came out lukewarm and the bread wasn't toasted. It could've used some type of sauce as well! They also didn't put any napkins in the bag & I had my dog with me so it's a little hard to go in and grab napkins, sauce, etc. All in all, I'd give it another try and order something different food wise. I'd definitely return for the coffee!

My husband and I finally made it in, and from the moment we walked through the door, we loved the fun surf vibe. There's even a tiki hut you can sit under, and some of the tables are shaped like surfboards. It's cute, colorful, and full of personality. But let's talk about the food.I've always loved lumpia but hadn't had it in years, so when my friend mentioned this place, my first question was, "Do they have lumpia?" And wow, do they ever! We ordered lumpia and a shrimp fried rice bowl (you can also get it with veggies). Pro tip: the portions are huge! One bowl easily gave us two hearty servings each plus leftovers. The lumpia came with a chili sauce and a sweet sauce (the name escapes me, but my taste buds remember it!). Crispy, flavorful, and perfectly done, some of the best I've ever had. The shrimp was cooked perfectly, and the rice was seasoned just right. It was one of those meals where you keep smiling between bites. Everyone we met was so friendly, especially the cute bearded guy at the counter who made us feel right at home. We enjoyed our visit so much that after getting back in the car, we immediately turned around to go back for bagels for the next morning. And y'all... the bagels! Gourmet, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The flavor options blew my mind, plus an impressive lineup of cream cheese spreads. We grabbed a pumpkin, two blueberry, and a French toast bagel (they'll slice them for you, which I love). The pumpkin bagel even had pumpkin seeds on top, which was such a nice touch. When we toasted them the next morning, the kitchen smelled heavenly. Bagels Up has officially become one of our new favorite spots. Great food, great people, great vibes. We'll be telling everyone we know about this place and can't wait to go back!

Last week of April 2026, my wife Judy and I were in Jacksonville/Atlantic Beach for a conference. While I was in session, she returned to our rental condo and got locked out due to a malfunctioning electronic door lock. She couldn't reach me (ringer off), so she walked down the street to Breezy. Owner Nancy Breezy immediately welcomed her with open arms. She lent Judy her personal phone so she could contact the condo owners to get the door fixed. Once that was handled, Nancy introduced Judy to the regulars, making her feel completely at home. Judy ordered a delicious latte and some gluten-free baked goods -- both were outstanding. On a deeper note, Judy has been through an incredibly tough couple of years with painful losses that had shaken her faith in human kindness. Nancy single-handedly restored that faith. Breezy feels like a quaint, neighborly oasis of love, fueled by Nancy's genuine goodness. Everything served here seems infused with what we now call "Vitamin L" -- pure love and warmth. Nancy didn't just help with a locked door -- she rescued my wife's spirit that day. If you're in Jacksonville Beach, make time for Breezy. You'll leave with great coffee, amazing treats, and an even bigger smile. Thank you, Nancy -- you are a gem!
