This was our first time going there and while we thought the interior looked like an elevated Dunkin Donuts, we were pleasantly surprised to find out it's way better. I loved the wide variety of flavors and the customer service. The two baristas (Ursula and Christal?) working were phenomenal! They managed to make us feel so welcomed while juggling the drive through and their other customers. They emphasized us taking our time and made sure we loved whatever we ordered. Mixed feelings on this coffee shop. We were passing through so I don't have a regular experience to gauge their business. My wife's latte was very good. My iced coffee was presented black with no milk, or milk substitute products available on the counter. Ie you can't make it the way you want it. They didn't ask when I ordered inside if I wanted additions so I ended up having to wait for a staff person for a while to get some milk. Prices were about a dollar too much for each drink. $10 for a latte and iced coffee is unreasonable. If I lived in the area I would not frequent their shop because of prices. read more

I had a great first experience here on St Patty's day last weekend! I was in the area and have been wanting to stop in for weeks now. I asked the baristas which items were their faves off of the specials menu and they gave me great suggestions! I went with the mint creme freeze with the whipped topping and it was so pretty and delicious! I was not expecting the pretty art on top; what a nice surprise! I would definitely order again despite myself not usually being a huge mint flavored fan. This mint chip freeze reminded me of a much better version of Starbucks Java chip. I sat and enjoyed my drink for a couple of minutes, and upon doing so, I was awarded with a free drink! A customer pre ordered a drink I guess but the drink was wrong or they never picked it up, so it was extra. The barista offered the drink to me letting me know it'll only go to waste if I say no so, I mean of course I said yes! Another happy surprise! Free cinnamon hot coffee with almond milk, uh yes, I'll definitely take that, thank you. The drinks, decor, and hospitality here are 5/5 stars! I am looking forward to going back and trying more drinks and treats! Been dying to death without caffeine in my system this whole vacation so the good Lord blessed me with a buy one get one deal here. All drinks on Thursday two for one so just got iced coffee. Good service, good prices, nice venue but most importantly shelter from nonstop rain. Drive thru is convenient. This maple sausage waffle concoction reminds me of the stuff at the gas station in CA in a good way. Unhealthy and you can taste the processed but delicious regardless. Only 770 calories...whew. Biggby Coffee where were you from 2018-2020?? Back then I had to sit at Meineke next door to wait for my oil changes from start to finish! But today, I found out in a special way, with high recommendations, to give Biggby a try - and I did it not only when I dropped off my car in the morning, but once again in the afternoon when I picked the car up at the auto shop. I'll say this here, if you're even reasonably in the area, get to Biggby and give it a try! Up front, they made the best white mocha frozen (their language for a frap) by far I've ever had. In the morning, I enjoyed the best white chocolate macadamia nut hot latte I ever had! What made them special? First, it's always great that you can taste the coffee still in a speciality beverage. The coffee taste clearly stood out in both. Whatever white chocolate syrup Biggby uses is just off the charts delicious! It plays more in the background combined in the macadamia nut version, but when solo, it is unbelievably good! The white chocolate macadamia nut frozen has a solid standout and delicious nut flavor that gets better with each passing sip! A further bonus was that I came in on Wednesday, which is BOGO day! That made it even easier to take two trips here today!! Just a note: pay attention to the deals here and get their card! Every weekday there's some kind of special going on here. As for the service: Spectacular. Every member of the team, both morning and afternoon, had big smiles on their faces, greeted you, and took time to assist you in every way possible. I shout out to Blake, who in the morning took every time and opportunity to help us get acquainted with Biggby and help us make the best order possible. But I do want to say also that you can expect stellar treatment from any of the employees at Biggby Coffee. In the military we always said that everything rises and falls on leadership and such is true in business world as well. I say this coffee shop is off and running well because of an unbelievably friendly and caring owner (Kevin). It was great to spend some time chatting with him today - he was there in the morning and when I got back after mid afternoon. He gives his employees and customers positive attention, talks with us, and his smile is contagious. No surprise to me that Biggby is off and running after only being open since last November. Just excellent product, well-trained staff, and superior customer service. I also love the setup and layout of the interior area of Biggby Coffee. There are various types of seating that are spread out and spaced nicely. It has padded chairs in one area, typical four chair table seating in another. There is a small booth area and barstool seating too. It has just about everything. The orange color makes it stand out and there are some pictures on the walls. I could sit in Biggby for hours! Well, it's great to review another one of the many coffee shops that have sprouted up in JAX over the last couple of years! The choices are better. I have become quite the regular at Biggby Coffee since they opened almost 6 months ago. They have become a community location and the atmosphere and staff are always welcoming and friendly . I see a few 1-star reviews that were obviously from individuals who came the first day or week that the store opened and their lack of empathy or patience for a new business, really irritates me! Love this place. They were busy today when we stopped in but the staff was attentive and coffee came out quick and hot. The owner and her husband were in the store working in a catering order and were both super nice. They have a huge menu of fancy coffee concoctions all the way down to your standard drip. They also have multiple sugar free syrup options of trying to watch the calories but still get your caffeine! Also have food tho we did not try today. I got the 24oz Golden Honey Latte (Tumeric & Honey), hot with Skim Milk and a Ham & Cheese Bragel with an added egg on an Everything Bagel delivered while at work as this was a new place for me. The bagel was still nicely warm but I had to fight to bite into it as it was getting hard. My coffee was absolutely delicious! I honestly felt much needed pain relief from the turmeric. I liked the fact that Biggby has a drive through. It was hard to see the menu in the drive through a bit. The font is a bit small. I ordered a small vanilla latte. It came out quickly. It had a great flavor but I felt that it was pricy. $6.40 for a small seems steep to me. But the coffee was good. read more

Hmmm, a new coffee shop! A friend of mine lives within walking distance and she was sweet enough to bring me coffee and treats 2 days in a ROW! Peppermint mocha was outstanding- she said it was her favorite and she tried 6 different coffees! The muffins are moist and delicious. She snagged a breakfast bagel- because her kids bragged about how yummy it was and we waited too long to eat it- it was too chewy instead of soft. BUT the flavor was there, we were just preoccupied in class to stop and eat right away. But next time! I could tell it was delicious when it was fresh! Sometimes I pick her up and I can't wait to stop in in person. They even have the convenience of a drive thru! Honestly baffled. I'm a coffee daily kind of girl and go to this specific bigby every morning just about. I tip too when given the option. Order the same thing the same way every-time I go through drive through and never had an issue until this morning when the barista basically said I was condescending for telling them I like diabetes in a cup when it comes to the sweetness. There's been numerous occasions where my drink was messed up, I never complained. I'm this scenario too I was rushed through when it came to the drive thru. I just woke up like 30 minutes ago, sorry I wanted MY coffee that I PAY for the right way starting my day. First off, while the interior is basically like that of a Dunkin' Donuts--bright, very orange, pretty much commercial fast food vibes--the people who work here are just as sweet as they can be. Yet they were handling multiple orders at once with a smile and very prompt getting everyone's drinks out quickly which indicates a really sincere commitment to service in my book. Even considering the low bar in Jacksonville, this place doesn't cut it. No reason any coffee shop should have people waiting 45+ minutes for coffee and screwing up orders. We made a special trip to have this delicious coffee, only to be a little disappointed. We arrived in late afternoon, and were the only two customers. We were promptly greeted, but after that we weren't sure which of the five employees would be helping us... I thought the girl in front of me was asking me a question but she was apparently speaking to a coworker... we reviewed the menus then made our selections. My husband got a holiday hot coffee , and I ordered an ice coffee with almond milk and Splenda. The girl making out drinks asked her coworker what Splenda was... and it seemed that they were very new at this and confused. I suppose she was being trained. It took a good while to get our drinks at another end of the counter. Seems it took three people to make our order. I understand they were new at this, but it was a little weird. My husband liked his holiday coffee and said it was delicious. My ice coffee wasn't as good as I had hoped, and I wouldn't get that next time. It was pretty weak. We'll try it again in 6 months or so when it's not so new. The coffee shop is pretty, plenty of seating, and nice merchandise displays. read more
