The service was really great! The cashier was so sweet. They had a beautiful and calm energy about them. Then ambiance had a cute, fun and tropical vibe. I honestly didn't taste coconut water in my drink but I still enjoyed it. It was super creamy and super refreshing. This place is cutsie! Waking into the bar it's a light vibe very conversational and home-like feel. The decor is set as a tropical kitchen. Reminds me of the Road-stop Cafes in the Caribbean. The plus is the Spanish Language music playing. There is a full coffee menu and the prices are all reasonable. I ordered my fave whenever I see it on a menu it's exciting - it's the cafe colada or the Cuban Coffee. I have to admit their serving was bitter and really strong. Luckily there was brown sugar on the table for me to lighten the taste. Their pastry options are unique comparing to other coffee spots. Visited this place on a weekday around 10 AM and thought it was a very cute coffee shop. It is located in a strip mall that seemingly doesn't have a lot going on, so I was hesitant but glad I stopped in. I decided to try an iced Island Spice latte since the seasonal drinks weren't out for the month yet. The barista wasn't too familiar with what was in the house mix, but it seemed like a cinnamon/paprika/nutmeg mix of sorts. I would definitely suggest it if you're into spice like I am, but do think it would have been even better with a bit of brown sugar/sweetness to balance it. Visited after work around 12 PM and immediately loved the relaxed, island-inspired décor -- tropical vibes all around! The shop was clean, inviting, and already bustling with customers. Despite only one barista managing the counter, my drink arrived within an acceptable time, for me. Selection: Tiramisu Latte (Hot, regular size with oat milk -- no size options offered) The latte had a smooth, clean finish with no bitter or burnt aftertaste. However, I couldn't quite pick up the distinct tiramisu flavor -- more of a mild mocha latte with a light mascarpone note. The temperature could have been a touch hotter, but not a dealbreaker. Overall, still a pleasant and enjoyable cup. Glad I returned here as part of my 2025 Coffee Crawl to see the new seasonal offerings and refreshed atmosphere. I enjoyed both drinks, especially the latte (I'm not a coffee drinker and this one tasted very good). The lady that helped us was so sweet and helped us out a lot. The decor of the cafe is very aesthetic appealing, it has some tropical vibes, hence the restaurant's name. We saw people coming in to do work, so it's probably a popular remote work spot. Noelle was our barista, and she did an outstanding job. She was very helpful throughout our visit. We started with the Vanilla Cold Brew, which I would rate 4/5. It wasn't too sweet, and you have the option to add flavored foam if you like. We chose the vanilla foam, and there are other milk options available. For my drink, I tried the Strawberry Matcha, and I absolutely loved it--5/5. It was my first time trying this specific drink anywhere, and it had the perfect balance of matcha and strawberry flavor. We also had the Guava Cheese Pastry, which I would rate 4.5/5. It was very flaky and had a good amount of filling without being overly sweet. The Pollo Empanada was also really good, rated at 4/5. It wasn't too spicy and had great flavor. The sauce on the side enhanced it even more. Lastly, we tried the Bombón, which was a standout--5/5. The barista informed us that this coffee is their specialty. It's made with equal parts espresso and condensed milk, and I couldn't resist adding a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. Very cute tiki vibe. Has a great lounge area making you feel at home. There is also additional seating at the bar and a couple of tables with chairs. They have a shelf full of books and games you keep entertained. Employee was quick and friendly while taking my order. I ordered the tiramisu latte hot and a pistachio crossiant. The flavor of the latte was delicious but the temperature was more like room temperature. I saw the employee make the espresso but I believe the milk was still cold when poured which is why temperature of latte was off. The girl working the counter was very helpful with explai ing the menu and showing me all the syrup options. I ordered a vanilla latte to go. The large was $6 which is a great deal these days. I have paid the same price for a small and not that great of quality. My latte was not too sweet which I love. Sometimes there can be too much syrup added. It was well balanced with syrup, coffee, and milk. I want to come back to try other coffee options AND their pasteries! I would recommend this quaint little coffee shop. Plenty of different types of seating - a bar, some couches with a little fireplace, and regular tables. I had an iced Island Spice latte which was delicious. A unique flavor profile. It contains nutmeg and has a little heat with the paprika they add. But not too much (I love spicy things tho, so this might be too much if spicy isn't your thing). My friend had the coconut crème latte. It was good, but we both thought the drink was just a little too thick. Flavor was good. We also tried the pistachio pastry as well as some croquetas (I think I am spelling this right but not sure). The pastry was tasty, but I have been dreaming about the croquetas ever since. The best part of this place might be the service! They were willing to go over any drinks we asked about as well as food. We sat at the bar and they chatted some with us and it was fun to hear them speak on the opening and how excited they were and have been. I would stop in here any time I'm nearby!
