Now let me talk about Shannon because she was literally the BEST WAITRESS EVER!!! It was our first time visiting, so she gave us some soup samples to try, remembered our names, and provided the best service everrrr. She made the whole experience feel so personal and welcoming. Customer service like hers really makes a difference! The food was yummy, too, and the place smelled SO amazing as soon as we walked in. You can tell that a lot of care goes into the food and that things are made from scratch. Everything just felt fresh and delicious. Overall, such a great experience! Between the amazing drinks, yummy food, and Shannon's top-tier service, I would definitely come back. Ask for Shannon if you go!

My daughter and I split the Brussels and they were SO good. The Charcuterie was ok, a very minimal (almost obsolete) honeycomb and way too much meat compared to cheese. Both of our meals were very good and we were so happy to see that their ice cream was still on the menu, it's always been something we really looked forward to because it is amazing!!!

I recently Visited during their 2026 pizza making competition (an annual event that i was not aware of prior to this visit). 4 pizza pros, 4 pizza rookies going head to head to see who can make the best pie. 2 rounds; 1st round was who can use the secret ingredient (chorizo) the best, 2nd round was a free for all to make the most creative pie they can imagine (Wagyu cheeseburger pizza and Chilli dog pozza to name a few). V sold wristbands that gave access to a buffet of everything made for the competition. I personally suggest the gold band (not sure if they change it every year, but it was gold this year) which came with a complimentary drink and all day happy hour from side car. As always, the food was fresh, hot and did not disappoint. Live dj, great staff and fun atmosphere made the entire visit a memorable event for the family. Combine that with awesome food, a wing eating competition, amazing drinks, and the fact that part of the proceeds went towards the v4v foundation made this an amazing experience, definitely one i will be looking forward to attending next year.

We've been here once before. We really liked it but it's been a while since then. We started with the Pao de Queijo, which is the cheesy bread you usually get at a Brazilian steakhouse. We both love this kind of bread and theirs was fantastic. I ordered the Pinanha Rustica and I am so happy that's what I settled on. I ordered the beef medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. The Chimichurri sauce was good but honestly, the beef didn't need the help. The thing that surprised me the most was how much I loved the Biro-Biro Rice as a side. It was a really unique combo of things I've never had together before. I would probably go back and order an entree of just that if they offer it! My wife ordered the Costela Ao Molha Madeira Com Risotto de Parmesao. She really liked how the risotto was super cheesy. She said it actually reminded her of the cheesy bread. The beef short rib was very tender and juicy. She said it was a simple dish that added up to something special. We rarely order dessert but decided to split the Petit Gateau de Doce de Leite. It was so rich, dense and delicious. The pecan ice cream with it was great as well. It was small but enough for us to split. I'm bummed I forgot to get our servers name because he was fantastic. We really need to not go so long between visits because this visit was just as good as the last one. This review originally appeared in the Jacksonville Fun, Eats & Drinks Facebook group.

What really sets this place apart is the personal touch--the chef comes out to greet guests, makes sure everyone is enjoying their meal, and takes the time to get to know his customers. His kindness and passion for the food create a welcoming atmosphere that is hard to find. The restaurant itself is small, cozy, and has great vibes, making it perfect for an intimate dining experience. If you're planning to come with a larger group, I would definitely recommend making a reservation. Families with young children will appreciate the thoughtful touches as well. They provide crayons and paper to keep little ones entertained while waiting for their meal. Great food, wonderful hospitality, and a warm atmosphere--I highly recommend this place!

There were roughly 15 people at the party and she kept the food and drinks coming all night with a friendly smile. I started with the guava gimlet made with Wheatley Vodka, guava, pineapple, simple and lime. It was sweet and refreshing. Luckily, we were waiting for someone in our party, so the wait wasn't too bad. Now the FOOD? Absolutely AMAZING! Everything from the chicken and waffles to the sandwiches, breakfast plates, and sweet treats was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The drinks were refreshing, service was excellent, and even the bathrooms were spotless! The restaurant itself has a really cool, rustic atmosphere. My only two minor complaints were the seating and noise. If your party is larger than 5-6 people, you may end up sharing a high-top table with another group, separated by a small divider. We also got seated toward the back near a group that was EXTREMELY loud. Listen, I'm all for having a good time, but WHEW, they were enjoying themselves enough for everybody! Outside of those two things, I really enjoyed the experience! Great food, attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Those minor seating issues are the only reason I'm giving it a 4.5 instead of a perfect 5. We'll absolutely be back because brunch was fantastic, but now I need to see what that DINNER menu is talking about! Shoutout to our amazing server Stephanie as well, oh guys this place takes tap to pay !!

What a fun and unique experience this is!…read more The theme is a Tiki Hawaiian speakeasy and is very inviting with all the island decor. They even have hula dancers! I lived in Hawaii, so I didn't expect much, but I was actually impressed with the two dancers. Moreover, they were very accommodating when it came to letting a few of the girls dance with them on stage for their birthday (lol). This is basically a bar, so there is a bar menu with plenty of fun specialty drinks to go along with the theme. There is food available as well. It is a bar, so don't expect to get a full meal, but rather small shareable bites. We ordered a variety and shared. Everything was so good. The staff that waited on us was super friendly and fun...and put up with the crazy girls I was with...awesome! Be advised, the food and drinks are a little on the pricey side, but you are also paying for the atmosphere, etc. The Lounge is located inside the Wyndham Garden Hotel; therefore, there is plenty of parking attached to the hotel, and it is free. You do not have to stay at the hotel to go to the Lounge; it is open to the public. Restrooms are available as well. No discounts that I am aware of.

Just some information to know it is primarily a bar, they only have about 6 appetizers to order from. The appetizers were good and came out very quickly. The first thing that caught my attention was the amount of times they put food down at our table we did not order after about the 3rd or 4th time of this happening it seemed to be something they do to up the bill in hopes you don't notice. The second thing that thoroughly surprised and bothered me was after ordering another round of drinks, the second the drink was put at our table the waitress came over to check us out. No one had asked for the bill so we were all confused as to why we were being told we needed to close out, especially since we had just ordered more drinks. The waitress tells our party they have another reservation coming and they need our table... We all scramble quickly to leave so there's no issue and once we were outside that's when we realized there was no time limit on our table nor did anyone ask to close out the tab. Thankfully the hula dancers and our own group made the experience great however this place is very clearly a money grab and should not be accepting more reservations than can be handled as it completely ruined the end of our experience.

Sadly most of the party we were with didn't enjoy their meals but we were there for a birthday and all decided to keep it to ourselves. It wasn't a busy night and our poor server seemed all on her own for the most part. Dishes piled up and expected someone to come help her clear for the party or refill drinks.
