    Espressotini & Holiday special martini

Corks & Barrels has become "our place" for a relaxing drink when we have an our away or a few hours with friends. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is warm and inviting and I sink into a leather couch, find a comfortable chair, or enjoy the bar with chatter with the bartenders and others. The nights with music are a bonus, with good locals who add to it. Holiday and event drinks are worth trying but the old fashioned and espressotini are our go to. We also love the selection of meats and cheeses for customized boards, and haven't found any we don't like. They are presented beautifully. Brunch boards are also delicious.

We went for Brunch, the food was outstanding and more than we could eat. Megan was a great server/bartender and very knowledgeable. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and we could carry on a conversation with out yelling. I can't wait to go back

Corks and Barrels is a fantastic asset to Fleming Island. Billed as a wine bar, but it is so much more. The most extensive cocktail, wine and whiskey menu I have seen in forever. Bartenders are fantastic and have new and delicious creations frequently. Service is fast, efficient, and friendly and you never feel rushed. Decor, music, and atmosphere are both relaxing and conducive to a date night with friends or main squeeze. There is occasionally live music, though I have not stopped in to partake yet. I've heard grub friends that it's great and not too loud. Give this one a try, there's something for everyone! A lovely bonus, owner is military and I like supporting small and military owned businesses.

Was happy to finally stop in the newest wine and whiskey vibe in Fleming Island. Tucked away in the towne center movie plaza, they are a hideaway perfect for happy hour gathering or a smaller celebration. Cozy seating arrangements and a comfortable bar area will allow you to set up your partys atmosphere. Chandeliers and brick walls give the space a classy appeal. The menu specializes in gourmet charcuterie pairing and fine adult beverages so if words like, PICANTE SOPRESSATA or BOURBON MAPLE GOAT CHEESE sound great or even, DECADANT CHOCOLATE than this is your place to try. The staff are friendly and they have several events on their social media. Stop in for a My Boy Blue or a Old Fashion, you'll be glad you did. Friendly

This is the perfect spot for our monthly book club The chairs are comfy and there is a great cake of drink options for all of pallets. On our most recent trip we were able to experience their live music and it was a great addition to the cozy atmosphere. As for the service they did a great job when we first arrived but seemed to forget about us as they got busier. Overall a great experience and we will be back

New spot in Fleming Island!!! Great place to relax, listen to good music, meet people, sip on decadent liquor, & have a wonderful snack (ex charcuterie)! There is a spot out back to go out & breathe fresh OR smoke a cigar, & the ambiance is welcoming! They sell merch & have tastings! Invite-Only, special events occur

Love love this place. A new favorite. Spent about 6 hours there on Saturday drinking amazing cocktails, grazing on a delicious charcuterie and having awesome conversation! Christy was a fabulous waitress and the owner, James, was a great host! Looking forward to visit again!

Our first visit to Corks & Barrels but definitely not our last. What a beautiful establishment with comfortable seating, friendly staff, and great cocktails. We are delighted to have this "Wine Bar" as part of our community. They offer a variety of events, entertainment, crafted cocktails, wine and variety charcuterie boards all provided by a great staff. Our waitress Amy was very attentive & helpful and my Old Fashion was perfect. We look forward to many more visits to Corks & Barrels.

Finally a nice cocktail bar in Fleming Island. If you are looking for a great place to take your significant other for a cocktail or glass of wine, look no further! Corks & Barrels has a great whiskey and wine selection and their charcuterie boards are the best on the Island!

Fun atmosphere. Staff is attentive and nice. Charcuterie is ok. Some of the items are really good but the cheese is nothing exotic. Definitely a fun place to hang with friends and have a few drinks.

Cocktails are sweet, I don't prefer that, I got one to try since my adult daughter was.

This one had that same light, refreshing feel but with even more flavor. It was hard to explain what I meant to my husband until he tried it and he ended up liking my lasagna more than the calzone he ordered! You can tell they make everything from scratch. We also got spaghetti and meatballs to go, and the sauce tasted so fresh. The cannoli was incredible. I used to make cannoli at a bakery years ago, and theirs had the smoothest, creamiest filling I've ever had. The staff was wonderful, and the owner treated us like an old friend. It's a modest size restaurant with good seating but limited parking, and it's always busy for a good reason. We'll definitely be back!

The standout winner of the night was the Italian dressing on the salad. It was next level amazing. The pesto pizza was very greasy but it was our fave of the two. The chicken on the garlic and olive oil pizza was dry but it was also otherwise a decent pizza. We were not fans of the toasted ravioli (although the sauce that came with it was good) or the desserts (which tasted previously frozen). We definitely need go here and try out the food in person and check out the ambience. Regardless we will order from here again.

Just some information to know it is primarily a bar, they only have about 6 appetizers to order from. The appetizers were good and came out very quickly. The first thing that caught my attention was the amount of times they put food down at our table we did not order after about the 3rd or 4th time of this happening it seemed to be something they do to up the bill in hopes you don't notice. The second thing that thoroughly surprised and bothered me was after ordering another round of drinks, the second the drink was put at our table the waitress came over to check us out. No one had asked for the bill so we were all confused as to why we were being told we needed to close out, especially since we had just ordered more drinks. The waitress tells our party they have another reservation coming and they need our table... We all scramble quickly to leave so there's no issue and once we were outside that's when we realized there was no time limit on our table nor did anyone ask to close out the tab. Thankfully the hula dancers and our own group made the experience great however this place is very clearly a money grab and should not be accepting more reservations than can be handled as it completely ruined the end of our experience.

Overall, I think anytime you get new management in and they're willing to freshen up things, in the long run it's a good thing. You can't keep what's old old forever, everything's got to be refreshed. Now, all you need to do is get rid of those tiny drinking glasses and get the largER plastic restaurant glasses... I know there's value (for the owners and nobody else) in having a waitress continually run back-and-forth to your table to refill your drink (yeaaaa, good service!) but that's not for me, give me a good size drink and everybody's happy! Don't take away too much of what this place used to be, don't refresh too much, and don't try to add or subtract too much... Remember, this was a successful business and most of us like it just the way it was... Most of it. And oh, get some big boy french fries, these little half size things don't work... Also, still no shrimp and catfish Poboys on the menu? Original review: Good place to eat, one of my favorites, on weekdays, I have never had any problems with the food or service here, so rest assured. I've only been here a couple of times when it was super busy. However, aside from a little bit long wait to be served, everything was always good. The star of the show at Whiteys is being able to have a good meal, while looking at the beautiful scenery along the river, that really brings out what the place is all about. The wait, staff is always friendly there, they go out of their way to make you feel at home. The menu here is excellent, it is what it is for this type of joint, and they go above and beyond just standard bar food fair.

The spicy margarita had heat but no sweetness (not my favorite), and the espresso martini leaned more bitter than balanced. I also got a chocolate martini that was good. My hubby ordered a Elijah Craig whisky flight for $24. He liked the opportunity to explore different whiskeys. We eventually had to go to the bar just to get drinks, and the bartender was the only friendly and attentive person we encountered the whole night. We also tried to play pool. We got dollars from the bartender and went to a table, but a very intoxicated woman claimed the table was "hers," even though she had not paid and was waiting for someone else to give her money for it.
