A friendly atmosphere with people who lived in and did the same things as many others from different parts of the country. Having an ice cold beer with friends and making new ones. I know I have made many new lifelong friends here. During the day it is mostly us more experienced in beverage appreciation. The beer is the coldest and the drinks are made by some of the best bartenders I have ever met anywhere. They have great local bands at night, starting early at 6:00PM and some tasty finger food for snacking on. And a ITunes jukebox so you can sing along to any song that creeps up from center of your soul and puts a smile on your face and a tear in your eye at the same time. He looked at me bewildered, as if how dare I ask about the way he conducts the restaraunt. Like it was a personal insult. I forget exactly what he said but I gotta hand it to him, we are NEVER coming back here on account of this interaction. I'll order to-go, but will get it curbside. Out of all of the times I've been to Wicked Barley, these fries have to be one of the best items I've had from there. Cheese curds were pretty basic. Tasted great, but nothing to write home about. If you like Cheese curds, you'll enjoy theirs. I originally had my eye on the jerk chicken wings and I was warned by the waitress and my friend that they are REALLY hot. Jerk chicken is generally one of those thats right on the borderline of too hot for me. To give you an idea, if you're familiar with Butthutt BBQ's jerk chicken, theirs is as far as I can go for spice level. So I switched it up to be safe, and I am glad I did. Sweet and sticky, these had really great flavor inside and out. Would definitely get these again in the future. Brought a couple home to the hubby and he seemed to enjoy them too, and he normally doesn't like, what he refers to as, "sweet meat". I had three different beers in my favorite tasting style, sour. I had the PB&J sour, the mango sour, and the orange cream sour. The orange cream was my favorite of the 3. We enjoyed the sounds of the band Splittone in the background and enjoyed the whole vibe of our meal. I'm hoping to visit again on a future weekend and possibly bringing one of my pups along with me since they are dog friendly.

Has a few pool tables and a juke box that is always busy playing music. They have pool league nights. Friendly service, cheap drinks. I was instructed to "keep my distance" I tried to do so but me and the patron wound up in the same area at the same time Unsurprisingly an altercation ensues, I'm not trying to fight but I'm not backing down from anyone ‍ Security arrives, which you would expect, to break up and deescalate the fight Except this dullard of a man wearing a security shirt says to me verbatim, "Quit being a pussy and go fight him" I'm pretty sure that's the opposite of what you're paid to do I want to leave, so I go inside to close my tab, and while doing so I point at the security guard who sucks So that's when I get attacked by that security guard It goes to the ground and I get pummeled by random people kicking and punching me (probably from "the patrons" friend group) It finally breaks up and I get to leave So I would like to express...I'm extremely disappointed in this establishment. After some tasty pretzel bites with beer cheese dip, we opted for the white shroom pizza and added ham and green pepper. The garlic aioli was the final touch on a very tasty 8 inch "tavern pizza." We topped off the visit with some delicious warm bread pudding loaded with whip cream and soaked in a marvelous liquor called Shanky's Whip. Service is friendly and efficient good.
