The Justice Pub is a new pub that opened up in the old "Marks" building right on Bay St., across from the old courthouse. They have really spruced up the place with some very cool murals along the walls, with pool tables, dart boards, and pinball machines. The bar is limited yet not limited at all...meaning no hard liquor. But you have PLENTY of great choices form IPA's, international beers, ciders, wines, and more!!! The owners are friendly and welcoming. The pub itself is open and has plenty of bar seating and along the side walls with some couches, tables, and chairs. They have some seating outside, nice on a beautiful day! I have been here 3 times now...and have tried a few different things. I was in LOVE with the Berry Basil Mimosa and the Orange Sherbet Mimosa...and YES...there is a BIG scoop of orange sherbet in the glass...YUMMY! However...if you have never tried the "dirty ash tray"....do yourself a favor and order it here! What is a dirty ash tray you ask..... This is a cold CAN of Modelo (or Tecate if they are out), topped with a squirt of lime juice, a dash of hot sauce, and salt and pepper. Pop the top and drink....delish! They have your typical bar snacks, pickled feet, eggs, pork rinds, chips....so if you are snacky...have a treat! Prices are very reasonable for the drinks that they offer. Looking forward to hanging out here with friends and becoming a regular! Great job Justice Pub for giving the downtown a cozy place to drink!

Good service, friendly staff. Prices are good with a decent selection, but they don't serve liquor.

It seemed like this place had a section ready for whatever vibe I could want. I also loved that they had art supplies out for people to get creative while enjoying a drink. Speaking of which, my favorite drink I tried here was the petal pusher because I liked how tea was incorporated into the cocktail. I definitely hope to come back here soon for more trivia & swing dancing events.

The menu is via QR code that takes you to their website and you can find wines, cocktails (with wine) and some beers. I tried the wine flight (Riesling, Cab Sav and an employees choice) which was delicious and a great way to try multiple options to find what you like. Also tried the frozen strawberry frozen marg which I unfortunately did not enjoy. It didn't have a lot of strawberry flavor, it tastes more like cherry medicine. Do want to mention that when it gets busy, it may be hard to find parking and the area is pretty sketchy (I didn't feel safe parking far and having to walk over. One time a homeless guy was yelling at me when I was walking on the sidewalk), so just be mindful and careful if you do park far and having to walk.

We sat at the bar, where Patrick took great care of us. Every recommendation he made was spot-on, and the drinks he crafted were outstanding. Patrick was attentive, friendly, and welcoming, and the rest of the staff was just as wonderful. The Cuban sandwich was one of the best I've ever had, and the bananas foster bread pudding was absolutely incredible. Needless to say, we'll be back this Sunday! A 10/10 experience, and I highly recommend Town Hall to anyone looking for a great brunch spot.

The overall restaurant looked clean and great for a date night. We weren't feeling too hungry so we ordered the following based on the waitress and our friend's recommendations: 1) Crispy Brussels sprouts 2) Duck Fat Corn Bread 3) House made pasta + sugo The crispy brussels sprouts were a bit undercooked and lacked flavor but if you prefer a less crispy Brussel sprout dish I would recommend it over the duck fat corn bread. The duck fat corn bread was disappointing. It was an odd combination of flavors that did not mix very well. The corn bread was mushy and the crisp Napa cabbage with the random ranch/spicy sauce combo did not pair well and left my mouth feeling confused. I had high expectations for their house made pasta as they had a pasta maker out for viewing. The pasta was overcooked and every bite was an interesting mix of flavors...some bites salty...some bites unseasoned. There was barely any meat present and overall we ended up not finishing our meal and wrapping up the night. The only good thing we had was the homemade soda that I did not get a picture of but I believe was the hibiscus one. Overall I would recommend this place for drinks but not dinner.

Took my best friend here for a Galentine's Day dinner and so glad we did! The atmosphere was so…read moresheek, chic, and lovely. We were seated immediately and our waitress was such a doll! She made sure to check up on us, answered all of our questions, and refilled our drinks often. It was super clean there too! We were started off with some fresh, warm bread and a balsamic/olive oil dipping sauce. The bread was perfectly crispy and went so well with the dipping sauce. We were served cold bread before at restaurant so I'm glad we had warm bread! We decided on the following appetizer and entrees: Fried meat ravioli - 8/10: it came out piping hot and it was so delicious! Fried to a nice, golden brown and covered in panko crumbs, it didn't feel heavy at all. It came with a fresh marinara sauce and had parmesan cheese sprinkled on top of the fried ravioli. Each bite was cheesy, crispy, tasty, meaty, and we devoured it quickly! Carbonara Alla Roma - 8.5/10: I thought the portion would be small since I seen photos online but it was actually a great portion. I had enough to take home and eat as leftovers! The pasta was cooked perfectly and the alfredo sauce was balanced and decadent. I could taste the pecorino romano, and cracked black pepper. The pancetta was smoky and added a nice umami flavor to the pasta. I didn't rate it higher because it was slightly missing a little bit of of that BAM factor! but it was pretty delicious! The Sofi - chicken - 9/10: Oh my gosh! My best friend got this and I wished I would have too! It was sooooooooooooooooooo good! It had prosciutto di parma, mushrooms, asparagus, shallots, cooked in wine and tossed in a rose cream sauce. The pasta was also cooked perfectly and that sauce was to die for! Each bite was like tasting the finest flavors and spices of Italy. I could not believe how tasty this was! If you come here, you HAVE to try this dish! Tiramisu - 9.5/10: One of the best tiramisus we've had in Jacksonville. It was the perfect amount of espresso and cream. They had dollops of chocolate sauce on the side and helped elevated the flavor of the tiramisu. It also wasn't super sweet which we appreciate. We don't really like overly sweet desserts and this one hits the mark on everything. Overall, service, food, and atmosphere was great! We would definitely come back to try other menu items! Thank you for such a great first experience, Sofi's!
