I did have the crab, shrimp and lobster bisque for my appetizer, the seasonal Shanghai Short rib for my entree and the peach butter cake to finish. Truthfully, I was finished long before the dessert, but had to taste each course. It was delectable! Personally, I would've appreciated more spice in the Shanghai sauce, but it was tasty for a more general palate and customer base. There's some risotto that called to me, so I will definitely return! You can tell she knows what she's doing and actually cares. She made the whole night better. Felt like we were being taken care of by a friend, not just a server. We were joking we wished she could pull up a chair and have a drink with us because she fit right in with us. Nela is a big reason we'll be back. Next time we're bringing friends. SOFI'S is lucky to have her.
