This could've been an easily resolvable situation given that there seems to have just been a communication barrier where he assumed that we were not going to make any purchases, when in reality, we were just trying to make a decision of what we were wanting to purchase. However, his aggressive approach was, and still remains highly inappropriate. He immediately assumed that we weren't there for business. It was an extremely aggressive encounter and we are very disappointed by it. His behavior made the ambience in there feel very unwelcoming. So if you were thinking of trying this place out. Save your money for somewhere where customer service is actually up to par. if you're going to pay for an overpriced and average beverage, you might as well be treated kindly for it.
