My #1 fav spot to meet friends for a glass of bubbles after work. Literally the friendliest staff who make you feel like a cherished friend. Do not sleep on this spot. They also host fun events each month. Happy hour too.

Cute spot! We came here from off of a recommendation from someone we met at an event. It's a nice, quaint, neighborhood bar. Good and different selection of wines. You can get them by the glass or buy them by the bottle. Music was nice. Big screen going with a live beach cam of Jacksonville beach. Lots of indoor space and a cute outdoor area. Would totally come back if we weren't moving. Everyone was super nice!

Remember that old adage, I want my MTV. Well move over MTV and hello Palm pantry. I was really intrigued about a wine bar and all it has to offer. We met the owner who was super nice and chill. On to the charcuterie nibbles and then to the piece de resistance, vino or wine because I want to sound bilingual. There were for wines to taste including a rosy upon entry. I sampled all for which were dry but I really like sweet. I ended up buying a bottle and having the time of my life. Who says nothing good is in Jacksonville. I beg to differ. Palm pantry has that small, intimate feeling with an outside patio to boot. Tell you friends and love ones that there is a wine bar in town. It is ours for the taking Thank you Palms Pantry and of course a legendary manager for a exciting but rainy evening!

Stopped in for a quick beverage. Ice cold beer and generous wine pours! Seems like a nice neighborhood spot. Casual decor and some interesting merchandise.

Adding to my review- been back 5 times, sometimes with a local gal pal, once with a out of towner, and once with my hubby. One thing is true- time always flies at Palms Pantry. The vibe is always so relaxed, the wine pourers are attentive, and the wines are tasty. On their anniversary party they made a champagne punch that was excellent! No matter the occasion or the season, I'll be back to hang out at Palms Pantry!

Cute little hidden gem! Officially opened back in September, I believe. They serve wine and beer for alcohol choices. Limited parking but close enough to the large parking lot by Planet Fitness and Publix. Check this place out for a cute date night, an after the boat drink or a ladies night! If you follow their social media it looks like they do fun events throughout the week!

    Date night! After dinner stop.

How convenient to have this neighborhood stop for a happy hour glass of wine on the way home or a coffee stop after weekend morning walk! Lindsay, the owner, is genuine, heartfelt, and does a great job of bringing people together. We always enjoy the camraderie at this location, whether with neighbors we know or complete strangers! Great ambiance!

    Yummy wine!!

We were seated inside right away & our server was super sweet and helpful to help us decide what to order. We ordered coffee and orange juice which came out right away. Orange juice was really good although pretty pricy ($6 or small and $9 for large). Also ordered vegan spud stacker which was delicious! They had a pretty big menu that accommodated different dietary restrictions. The portion side was big (I took the rest home so it was really 2 meals) and everything tasted great. Will definitely come back again to try other items in the menu!

We ended up coming here twice during our trip! Orange Blossoms became our go-to breakfast spot, and…read morethe convenience kept us coming back. First things first: get the fresh squeezed orange juice. It is absolutely incredible and worth the visit alone. The menu is fantastic and they have everything you could want for breakfast. If you're in the mood for comfort food, the biscuits and gravy are phenomenal, some of the best I've had. But they also nail all the classics , French toast, bacon, eggs, you name it. I do have to be honest as a coffee lover, the coffee was a letdown for me. Neither the hot brewed nor the cold brew impressed, so if you're picky about your coffee you may want to manage expectations there. Stick to that fresh OJ though and you won't be sad about it! One major bonus, the restaurant is really big with a lot of seating, and we went on weekdays without ever waiting for a table. In a breakfast spot, that's a big deal. Overall a really solid, reliable breakfast spot. We'll be back next time we're in Jacksonville.

I finally made it to Ink Factory Brewing, a ten minute walk from Jax Beach. I've been eyeing this…read moreplace for a while.  I usually spend a good amount of time in coffee shops working on my laptop, and I'll admit I almost skipped this place based on the google photos, because it looked like it might have limited seating and no power outlets. While I wouldn't call this a go-to "work from a coffee shop all day" sort of spot. After asking around I found out this place has two floors the top floor has a space for daily office rentals. I am here on a Saturday and had no problem finding a place to work from on the first floor.  I asked Katie who was walking by and was super helpful about why it is called Ink Factory Brewing. This place used to be where Void Magazine was written and published hence "Ink Factory".  I was pleasantly surprised. The space is large enough that I found a quiet corner and even managed to snag a power outlet. The staff didn't seem bothered at all by me settling in with my laptop. That said, Ink Factory feels more like a place to hang out try the coffee, grab some food, maybe have a beer rather than a dedicated work spot. The space immediately gives off a relaxed beach vibe white walls, local artwork, surfboards, and beach apparel everywhere. It feels equal parts coffee shop, hangout spot, and beach town brewery. My coffee was spot on. Emily was awesome and helped me build a custom drink: an iced coffee with a shot of espresso, mocha syrup, topped with cold foam. Not only did it taste great, but she made it look so good that people sitting at the bar asked what I ordered. This kind of care and presentation really stood out.  If they're really busy, finding an outlet could be tough. Parking is also a bit limited for such a large space, but that's pretty typical for the beach area. Not the place I'd camp out every weekday, but definitely somewhere I'd come back to.

I mean really awesome!! I'll definitely come back another day to try some coffee and matcha. As soon as I walked in I felt like I was transported to vacation beach spot in Key West. They have a couple rooms off to the right as you walk in. In one room they sale clothing a freaking vinyl records. In the room right next that one they have more seating and a couple of games and seating area. The vibe was super fresh and super surfy. I walked in and as I was looking at the coffee bar the bartender eventually came over to tell that the coffee bar was closed. He did offer me some Cold Brew! I'll definitely BE BACK.

We tried a few things on the menu, made sure to build up our hunger after playing an hour of pickle ball. We easily rented a court online via their website. Staff was nice and welcoming. AVOID CHIP SHOT: Ruined Father's Day, Zero Service, & Complete Waste of Money…read moreIf you are looking for a seamless, fun golf simulator experience, do not waste your money at Chip Shot. They have absolutely no concept of customer service, scheduling, or basic organization. I took my kids here for Father's Day, and the staff completely ruined our afternoon and essentially robbed us of our time and money. The ambiance is ok and looks like it has potential. Here is how our "premium" simulator experience went down: * The Waiting Game: We arrived for an 11:30 AM simulator reservation. By 11:34 AM, the front desk guy told us someone was still in our bay, and they would let us know when it was ready. * Ghost Town Service: We went to get drinks while we waited, but it took 10 minutes just to find an employee to serve us. * Abandoned by Staff: After waiting around with no updates, we finally walked over to the simulator area ourselves. The bay was sitting wide open and empty. We had to walk back to the front desk just to ask if it was ours. The guy casually said yes. * Zero Setup Help: Nobody showed us to the bay, and nobody offered a single second of assistance to get us started. We were left completely on our own to figure out the software setup and how the tees worked, forcing us to walk back to the front desk multiple times just to ask basic questions. * The Ultimate Kick in the Teeth: By the time we finally got the system up and running, it was 12:15 PM. Only then did an employee bother to ask if we needed help. Just 15 minutes later, at 12:30 PM, the front desk guy marched over with another group and told us we had to leave because "these people have it reserved at 12:30." When I pointed out that we had only managed to play two holes because of their delays and lack of assistance, the response was a completely indifferent shrug. They are fiercely protective of the next group's reservation schedule yet completely disregard the time slot you actually paid for. To top it all off, when we tried to leave, I had to chase someone down again and wait forever just to pay for our drinks. The Bottom Line: If Chip Shot is so obsessed with keeping their schedule on track, why don't they have staff who guide you to your bay and provide a 2-minute quick start so you can maximize your time? We received zero apologies, zero solutions, and a ruined Father's Day. We were planning on staying for awhile doing other activities and have food. Save your hard-earned money and take your business to a simulator facility that values its customers and understands how to run a schedule. Horrible management, nonexistent service, and an absolute rip-off.
