This wonderful Bagels Up shop snuck right under me for a couple of years now! You may ask how that happened. Well it's pasted right next to Smoothie King, but it's on the corner turn as you walk toward SK. Well, I always missed seeing Bagels Up because I park in front of SK's entrance and just never noticed Bagels Up until when one day I parked in the side of the lot that faced it! So finally my long wait to get here ended and I'll have to say I was pleasantly surprised at how attractive and well-kept this bagel (etc) shop is, along with the fact that it expands its offerings to coffee (including lattes and other variations) and sandwiches. This is a much larger bagel shop than Pop Up Bagels at Town Center. I was greeted by an excellent young server, Camden. He took interest in my questions, especially, on some of my comparisons to Pop Up. Aside from bagels, the two shops are very different. For one, Bagels Up has a nice seating area alongside the wall across the counter section. It's basic, but has nice tables and chairs. No elevated table seating. There are also three steel table and chairs outside the shop near the entrance. But I love the surf-centered decor - a Hawaiian look. In all, the sharp and clean appearance of this place alone will bring me back to Bagels Up! Another factor that separates Bagels Up from Pop Up is the fact that they serve bagel sandwiches (a good number on the menu) and coffee that includes lattes and iced versions. Pop Up is an about bagels - just bagels - and there's nothing wrong with that! Camden helped me with my choices, which finally landed on an Asiago bagel with cheese with chives and the French toast bagel with blueberry cheese spread. Yes, they were awesome! I like it even more that the cheese spreads are made in-house, not farmed in by a vendor. Both went very well on their assigned bagels! It was quite an enjoyable experience, as I spent time here getting to know this shop better and working on photos. I did carry out and decided to get the Warrior back into my carry out photos! Just the kind of snack he would've loved too! Come visit Bagels Up! They have enough options here that will make you very happy! One last difference between Bagels Up and Pop Up is the price. I would say that the cost of the bagels are much more affordable here at Bagels Up! I think they are affordable for most of those who visit here! A friend told me about Bagels Up, and I was instantly intrigued, bagels and Filipino food under one roof? Yes, please! My husband and I finally made it in, and from the moment we walked through the door, we loved the fun surf vibe. There's even a tiki hut you can sit under, and some of the tables are shaped like surfboards. It's cute, colorful, and full of personality. But let's talk about the food.I've always loved lumpia but hadn't had it in years, so when my friend mentioned this place, my first question was, "Do they have lumpia?" And wow, do they ever! We ordered lumpia and a shrimp fried rice bowl (you can also get it with veggies). Pro tip: the portions are huge! One bowl easily gave us two hearty servings each plus leftovers. The lumpia came with a chili sauce and a sweet sauce (the name escapes me, but my taste buds remember it!). Crispy, flavorful, and perfectly done, some of the best I've ever had. The shrimp was cooked perfectly, and the rice was seasoned just right. It was one of those meals where you keep smiling between bites. Everyone we met was so friendly, especially the cute bearded guy at the counter who made us feel right at home. We enjoyed our visit so much that after getting back in the car, we immediately turned around to go back for bagels for the next morning. And y'all... the bagels! Gourmet, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The flavor options blew my mind, plus an impressive lineup of cream cheese spreads. We grabbed a pumpkin, two blueberry, and a French toast bagel (they'll slice them for you, which I love). The pumpkin bagel even had pumpkin seeds on top, which was such a nice touch. When we toasted them the next morning, the kitchen smelled heavenly. Bagels Up has officially become one of our new favorite spots. Great food, great people, great vibes. This is my 3rd visit to Bagels Up and each time I have had a pleasant service from the cashier and the food service staff. They welcome you with a smile and when they bring out your food it is with a smile as well. Bagels Up is such a hidden gem! We split a pizza bagel with jalapeño cream cheese and a french toast bagel with ube cream cheese so we could have one sweet and one savory--and honestly, I couldn't even pick a favorite because they were both that good. We also grabbed a cookies and cream cookie, and it was incredible--soft, flavorful, and the perfect sweet ending. The service was super friendly, the prices were really fair, and overall it was just a great experience. I can't wait to come back and work my way through more of the menu! read more

I drive past a Panera and 2 small local bagel shops in my neighborhood in Atlantic Beach to get my NY Bagel fix at Bagels Up! Being from Long Island I am a self-proclaimed bagel snob. Their bagels are the closest thing to what I am used to from home. Always fresh and chewy. Great variety. And the people there are so nice! There are sometimes homemade cookies for sale (try the Lemon Blueberry, they are huge and delicious). And I hear they sell Lumpia on Fridays now. I can't wait to try it. And you should try them too. I just found my new favorite breakfast spot!!!! The customer service was amazing; she was very patient with me and gave me recommendations. The tables were really cute and beach themed. I sat at a table that was like a tiki bar while waiting for my bagel. I ordered a sun dried tomato bagel, with sun dried tomato cream cheese with bacon, fried egg, and cheddar cheese. We tried Bagels Up for the first time today and we were not disappointed! When we first entered, we were greeted by such a friendly worker. She was super helpful and very kind. While we waited for our bagels, which was not a long wait at all! We were able to look around and check out the menu. They have such an amazing selection of sandwiches and cream cheese flavors. We didn't realize it at the time, but they also have a full coffee bar where you can get lattesand Americanos . We watched them make them for other people and they look delicious! Our bagels were absolutely delicious. The cream cheese, which we were informed was made fresh daily as a small batch, was so flavorful. It was a perfect cream cheese and bagel ratio and we cannot wait to go back and try other flavors! Lastly, the atmosphere is so cozy and cute. I go into Bagels Up this AM like I have for the last 3 months after going to the other guys for ten years. Here they have great bagels flavors, a variety of flavored cream cheese, courteous workers. Worth the visit be sure to try the sun-dried tomato cream cheese. The owner is a good man that made things right I will be coming back for as long as they are open. Support your local business' . Definitely recommend! I had the jalapeño cheddar bagel and it was wonderful! I added the homemade veggie cream cheese to it and it was perfect. The jalapeño gave a gentle heat not burning so for me it was perfect! Staff were very friendly even at 6:30 in the morning. Go support this locally owned business! read more

Amazing bagels! Finally bagels that taste like I remember growing up in Philadelphia. Jewish Deli quality - they have them made and par-boiled in NYC then finish baking them here. Everyone is very nice. They claim they fly their bagels in daily from NY even if that was logistically feasible, financially made sense, it doesn't taste like it. The cream cheese they're grinding in fresh fruit. They can't keep staff so one day the mediocre tasting bagel has a lot of strawberry cream cheese on each half, the next day it's a paper thin layer on closed face bagel. Bagels are never toasted even if you ask for crisp. The kicker is that the coffee is not good. Even if you ask for light cream it'll be poured heavy. I know their trying but seems like the owners who work it daily are the ones that need trained. read more

If you are from New York or any of the neighboring states do not ever set foot in this place. This is a gimmick. 45-50 minutes later and I get the worst order possible. They make sausage egg and cheeses with cream cheese without asking. This place has absolutely nothing to do with anywhere up north. Horror show. These worst bagel shop experience I've ever had in my life I lived in NY 20 years and know what even a ounce of a bagel shop is. It's meh.. Kind of odd that the bagels aren't displayed out front. The bagels aren't anything special. They taste like store bought bagels. Veggie cream cheese tasted like it had sugar in it which just tasted weird. Coffee was weak. I don't see any reason to come back. read more

We love their bagels! They are always fresh and delicious. Their bagel sandwiches are also amazing. My favorite is the sausage, egg, & cheese and add chive cream cheese!
