I've had great experiences with Scooters! At the two Scooters drive throughs I visit most I've never ordered anything but blended white mocha latte greatness! Well, then came Scooters Orange Park! It came to the mound on this day and it actually threw me a vicious change up I couldn't resist! At first, when I drove up to the drive thru menu, I actually ordered my usual white mocha latte blended version with whipped cream! But as I looked further, right next to it is a sign that lists the Scooter baristas favorites. I was quickly drawn to the two that had a white chocolate foundation and put a stop the presses on my original order! I saw one that was a white chocolate foundation latte, coconut (syrup), plus an extra shot of espresso - order changed! Whether dark or white chocolate, I'm always going to get a latte like this with coconut if a coffee shop offers it! Yes, I got the whipped cream too! In honesty, this stop was greatly necessitated after a medical procedure I experienced previously down the road that kind of shook me up a little bit. Yes, it turned out well, but I needed recovery and this Orange Park Scooters hit a home run on this day! The blend was perfect, along with the taste. The extra espresso shot is necessary because this is super sweetened beverage. But oh my is it a great one! I get to come back in the near future and get another one too! This Scooters shop is in a great location, right at the crossing of I-295 and Park/Roosevelt Avenues. Coming up Park Avenue, it's easy to drive in get your beverage. Just make a right turn out of the lot and you're virtually at the highway entrance either direction. This coffee shop looks great from exterior on both sides. And the spacing of the drive thru and parking spaces is easy to navigate. The baristas are enthusiastic! And gave me a spectacular and creative beverage on a morning I really needed something to pick me up! Great job Orange Park Scooters! Looking forward to my next visit! It reminds me of my favorite local coffee shop...and then some. Their menu is big but easy to read. They officially opened for business on Monday (9/26/22). I didn't get any pictures, but while staying at one of the nearby hotels, we stopped into Scooter's 2-3 times over a weekend. The service was always very quick and extremely friendly. Everyone actually seemed to enjoy their job and care about the work. Frankly, you just don't see that often anywhere. The coffees were all solid - both regular and lattes. We also had some frosted sugar cookies which were delicious. Great experience every time we visited. Would certainly recommend you give them a try over the usual chain drive-thru coffee places. read more

I go to the Scooters location in Orange Park all the time. The staff are very friendly and always open to giving me recommendations if I ask for them. One of my favorite drinks is to get a blender with protein. I'm not sure if I usually see protein on the menu, but it's definitely something that I've seen on TikTok and then I just started asking. Also, if you like sugar-free syrup options, they have several options that are not usually found at other coffee shops. Some of my favorites are sugar-free caramel, mocha, and vanilla. I do find that the coffee is a good break away from some of the usual that I've been trying for a long time. I have also tried the cake bites, pretzels, and egg bites. The pretzel bites are a little salty, but with the cheese it balances it out. My kids love the cake bites, which have been pretty good. I also like the egg bites. My favorite are the bacon and gouda. I would recommend trying it with hot sauce. Overall, I usually have a really good experience. read more

Everyone is so awesome here and friendly enough to hold conversations and they are so happy to guide you through their menu. I ordered their medium brew and enjoyed it but for me it was a bit too lightly roasted so I will be returning to try the dark roast soon to add another star. I have been keeping my eye on Scooter's as its been been under construction and the excitement was TOO real when we rode by today and realized it was open for business!! This is a brand new drive-thru only coffee franchise to our area and is actually based out of Nebraska according to their website. Scooter's is rapidly approaching 400 locations nationwide and there could be more popping up nearby soon! You can already find them in other areas such as Gainesville and there is another one already under construction near Palatka. We pulled through at around 1:00 Tuesday afternoon for an afternoon pick-me-up and there were two cars already ahead that had placed their order. The menu was pretty extensive, so if you're indecisive on coffee or get overwhelmed by a large selection you might want to preview the menu online before arriving! I ordered a cold brew coffee topped with some of their yummy pumpkin cream cold foam and my boyfriend ordered the Carmelicious Blender with whipped cream. The line moved along very quickly and the workers here were VERY friendly! The grand total for both of our beverages was a little over $11, and we added a small tip as well. I have to say we thought it was worth it and we both enjoyed our coffees very much. I can't wait to return and try some more of their coffee menu, and maybe one of their yummy looking breakfast sandwiches!! 5 stars for Scooter's! read more

I was offered a remake of a drink (the chai syrup they use is too strong) and then I was refused that remake because it was "my fault." I hadn't been in a long time, and remembered that it was either the matcha or the chai that was awful when it was too strong. And where are the employees with good customer service at the window? Cute little drive through coffee shop. I had the maple vanilla latte with almond milk and it was delicious. You are able to taste the sweet maple flavor with vanilla and the coffee is smooth. We tried Scooters for the first time. I had the bacon ciabatra sandwich. The picture on the menu shows a sandwich with a nice amount of bacon. My sandwich had 1 piece of bacon that did not cover the egg. A disappointment. Plus, the bread was so hard, I could hardly get my teeth through it. I took the top piece off & ate the bottom. not a happy customer to say the least. Ordered through the drive thru. Gave her my debit card and then got my order to see that she had given me a smaller size. I let her know and she told me she voided the first transaction and I needed to pay again. Well, she did not void the first transaction and instead of paying $18. For my order I am now paying almost $40. I called up there and spoke with Neveah the assistant manager, she said I would have to deal with it through my bank that they aren't going to do any about it. I would have paid the .43 difference in cash, but that was not an option given. I will be contacting my bank and the manager and owner of this scooters location. Shame on me for passing 2 Starbucks and a Dunkin to go here. read more
