8.5/10 for the coffee- I really was convinced this wouldn't be remotely good ! And just cute! I was wrong. The coffee was strong and not overly sweet! I could taste the coffee flavor and still enjoyed the blueberry cobbler flavors. And the cute container is just an added bonus. Don't be confused by the cute bottles, everything is still made to order. 8.5/10- the melt was so delicious! I added hot honey and it was great! I thought the prices for both items were very fair and average. The employee working was kind. And the service was quick. The inside was cute and aesthetic. Jacksonville. Everything is completely sealed when you receive it, which I LOVE. You can literally see that your drink hasn't been touched -- super clean and professional. Their menu is stacked. Layered ice cream drinks, specialty coffees, boba tea, cream-based drinks -- there's something for everyone. The layered drinks are especially fun because you can actually see the separation before you mix it, which makes it feel like a whole experience. The quality is there, the presentation is there, and the variety is impressive. It's not just "another boba place." It feels elevated and intentional. I had to call because I couldn't find it. Customer service on the phone was great! So it faces Publix's. Before I went in I met a few young ladies that were sipping on their drinks from the shop. I asked them about the flavors they got, they were here yesterday too, so they really liked it. They gave me recommendations. The place is small . Maybe 10 people can sit inside. You have to place your order on the kiosk yourself. It's not difficult. I don't like they ask for a tip before you even get your order! It didn't take long for my order, so the only human interaction is when they call your name to pick up your order. At first I wasn't sure about the Dr Pepper strawberry . I also wasn't sure, so I shake it up, do I drink it as is? So I shook it up! It was really good, creamy and sweet. I felt like I got the short end on the other one. It didn't have ice in it and it was only 3/4 th full. It was very strong. This really needed ice in it. I couldn't drink it until I got home to add ice! read more

Candy Cloud has slowly grown on me to cause me to make this review. This place is one of my favorite places to get desserts from, especially soft serve ice cream. They have ice cream paired with cake - where you have the option to mix up or layer the ice cream and cake. It's delicious! Their drinks here are also very good. Sometimes they are not my favorite, but a lot of their standard drinks that aren't the specials are good. The service here is very fast. You order through a screen and sit down, food takes about 5 min once your order (on a non busy day) Their BEC is good but it isn't crazy. Good ol reliable sandwich. The store is aesthetically pleasing. I've seen people work out from this shop, so it's probably a good spot to get some work done. Candy Cloud in the Roosevelt Shopping Center (right across from Publix -- you can't miss it) is that spot you didn't know you needed until you walked in and suddenly forgot all your adult responsibilities. This is the place to chill, snack a little, and spend a good five minutes talking yourself into only one drink. Everything is customizable -- which means you'll be in there acting like a mixologist with no degree. I got the Frappe, and baby... it was a hit on top of a hit! I even had some the next day -- no foam lost, no flavor lost -- just pure creamy goodness in one of the cutest plastic cans with a pop top. Genius move. Whoever thought of that deserves a raise. I grabbed a grilled cheese too -- it was cold by the time I got home (my fault, I talk too much), but it was still good. My daughter, a certified Princess of Boba, got the Skinny Lemonade with boba. At first she gave me the side-eye like, "Why skinny?" I told her it was less expensive and I didn't know if she'd like it. Turns out she loved it -- now she's trying to figure out how to get it in a 6-pack. The whole vibe in there is just happy. The staff are friendly, the drinks are bomb, and the place feels like sunshine with air conditioning. Final verdict: Candy Cloud understood the assignment. I absolutely love the canned drink concept here. This is what drew me in. Once I saw the as I knew I just had to go! The inside is very clean and all the smells are delicious. The staff is friendly and quick to answer any questions about their menu. The process from ordering to receiving our order was fairly quick and honestly I was very excited to crack open my can of coffee! I also ordered the limited time grilled cheese with bacon and jam that they had. It was phenomenal! I enjoy the newest twist on your coffee and drinks! The bacon, egg and cheese melt was delicious. You can try with different sauce options to take it up a notch. It's a tight space so don't expect much as far seating and eating there definitely a grab and go.
