However, this girl was a PRO in seating, taking orders, bringing orders, bring your bills. She was MUCH BETTER than 3 or 4 waitstaff with her service and a smile...She needs to be promoted. I started coming to this location because i was dropping my best friend off to work. I've had the pleasure of sitting with Dana (spell check, Sherry, Aliyah (spell check) and now Kerri (spell check). They were all great in their own ways but Kerri serves a lot like myself. She brought my tea just the way I would bring a person their tea (honey, tea bag etc on a plate and the hot water in a to go cup because it keeps the drink hotter longer). She also had everything I asked for on the table before my food came. I'm use to working off of 12-15 steps of service, IHOP gets to skip a lot of those because certain things they don't serve and their condiments are usually left on the table. But, if they had all of those steps she definitely hit them all. The food is always hot and fresh when I come so there's no complaint there... FYI be ready to wait, they get slammed with to-go and third party orders and the dine in customers as well. Be patient. If the pandemic has taught me anything it's that time is precious. We waited over an hour for our meal and it didn't seem to arrive until after we asked to just pay for our coffee and go elsewhere. Maybe a half-full floor at 11:15 am. Seated immediately, brought our drinks within a couple of minutes, then crickets. Three servers minimum counted with a hostess in addition and it was a good 10-15 minutes before our server returned to take our order. No idea if there were smiles or not as the sever had a big covid mask on (the only one in the building from the looks of it), but she definitely wasn't there for chit chat. And it has been 25 minutes so far with no food or even the server stopping by to refill drinks. If I were here alone, I would have walked out by now. Definitely a one star experience. Waited 30 minutes to get someone at the table to ask for drink preference. 30 more minutes later, I ordered the Heroes Eat Free combo. 30 minutes later it arrives stark cold so I asked if they could just put it all in the microwave since I don't eat cold pancakes and eggs. 15 minutes later the Heroes Eat free combo is back...cold. I asked why is it that the other party arrived after me, got their order, and piping hot? With an apology "your order kept getting pushed back". Hello, l decide to choose this venue for it's senior offerings. Once seated, l noticed the prior customer tables were not cleared/ cleaned, or even being offering a friendly greeting from very distracted Hostess after asking for assistance for help verbally since no on was in the lobby. Ater a 10 minutes wait, the Hostess showed up to share my frustrations with no assigned waitress or acknowlgment with my presence, the Hostess offered me passing a glass of water as she walked around the venue and still see me setting there. Finally order taken with apologizes from the assigned waitress that finally showed up. Again after sharing my special breakfast outing at IHOP- Blandiing BLVD, the food arrived cold and believe it or not, l even left a tip. Today at IHOP there's this server named Miracle and she did a fantastic job at taking care of all the tables while being a hostess, cashing out the customer, both dining and take outs. She was very pleasant and timely on our orders. SHE DESERVES A MEGA RAISE. She is running this whole restaurant on her own and doing a perfect job. IHOP needs to hire more people like her. IHOP hooked me with those crepes! I live minutes away and stop periodically but since they redid the menu and the update to the inside I stop by more often. The waitresses seem to change a lot but are very pleasant. The have a great selection on the breakfast they serve with different combinations. It's what you would expect from an IHOP. It's best to avoid the high traffic hours because parking can be a challenge, but late weeknights should be fine. This food is good. We came here for brunch... after waiting nearly a half hour to be seated. And waiting another half hour to get our food... i wish we had just driven by this place. They bring my "omelette", it kwas just eggs rolled up. All the things that were supposed to be inside the omelette, were either on the bottom or on the top. The coffee served was luke warm and served in a dirty cup, when we reached out to one of the waitresses passing our table and mentioned that the coffee was barely warm, she looked at us like we were from Mars and didn't even answer us. I put in my order more than 2 hours ago. I tried to call and sat on hold for 15 minutes with no pick up. The DoorDash driver texted me and tried several times to ask about my food for me. She sat at the restaurant for more than 2 hours, which meant that she lost money. I tried to cancel it on the app, but there is no place to do it there so the driver canceled it for me. If you are going to open make sure you have enough staff to fill orders. I didn't get my family's food, and the DoorDash driver lost out on money for her family. Went here on 2-8 with my in-laws and wedding party after my wedding rehearsal. I called ahead an hour beforehand and said there was gonna be 14 of us. When we got to the restaurant, we were seated at a table in the front section. Neither of the waitresses in the section would come to take our drink order for at least 30-45 mins. After we did, we waited another 10 minutes to actually get them. Nobody was looking at our table, asking if we wanted to order. We had to wait at least an hour to order our food! And we didn't get our food until at least 45 minutes later, and not everyone in my party got their food. My sister-in-law had to wait an extra 30 mins in to get 3 fucking crepes. On top of this, the restaurant wasn't even that busy! I talked to the manager and he looked so dumb when he said "well what can I do to make up for this issue?" Like SERIOUSLY!? It's your fucking job to know! It's standard procedure for parties over 10 to have two wait staff to wait on them! I worked in restaurants and went to college for service! Amazing service, kassidy was super sweet to us. Today it's thanksgiving and my family received outstanding service.

The first two visits we ordered the 2-2-2 and it was near perfection. The eggs were delicious, the bacon crispy, barely any grease. But this time we sent it back several times and they still could not get it right. The bacon was dripping in grease and the whites of the eggs were so rubbery you had to use a knife to cut them. The wait staff were obviously annoyed and it was beyond disappointing. It will be a long while before we go back, if ever. Part Two: We took another chance because when the food was done well there, it was delicious and we loved it. The next few visits we had great food and decent service. Until we didn't. Our final visit, We had similar issues with the eggs, asked for them to be redone, they still weren't done correctly so we simply asked for them to be removed.
