I had an excellent experience at Ellianos Coffee thanks to Christina! From the moment I arrived, she was friendly, welcoming, and provided outstanding customer service. She was patient, attentive, and made sure my order was perfect. It's refreshing to be greeted by someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers and creates such a positive atmosphere. This is a drive up quick coffee place that looks just like 1000 others... But it's not because it's staffed by wonderful people and that makes all the difference. Addison was extremely helpful and great coffee perfectly temperature. we didn't know what to order and just kinda said what we were in the mood for and she created a sugar-free diabetic, friendly concoction for me and a much more conventional but perfect for my lovely wife Addison this place is lucky to have you and thank you for a wonderful afternoon coffee read more

I would've put zero stars if there was a way to do that The last four times I've gone through their drive-through. I've gotten some part of my order wrong. There seems to be zero standard operating procedures in making these drinks. I'm tired of wasting my money at this location. If anyone ever sees me in this location by in coffee again, I hope to God they knock it out of my hand and slap this shit out of me. THEY CANNOT MAKE COFFEE. You'd be better off going to Circle K Tired of wasting my money in my time read more

As I've been a fan of Ellianos for years, it's good to visit a location that didn't exist back when I was here a few years ago. Of course, I had my usual expectations of this spot, as the one on Lane Ave was the go-to spot back then. Well, it's great to see that even at this location on Blanding Blvd the same high standards and excellence in service and product still remains! There is more coffee competition in JAX for my faves at Ellianos and Brass Tacks, which I welcome. Competition makes companies work hard to produce superb products and satisfy customers or eventually go out of existence. First, the gentleman who took my order gave stellar service and courtesy. When I ordered my two lattes, I asked about getting my order added to the former app system, which, unbeknownst to me had ceased. Well, he quickly assisted me in getting the Ellianos app into my iPhone while I waited for my coffees to be prepped. We got it done and I even got a $5 discount because of it!! AWESOME! Well, after my ride to the west side, it was good to get a refresher here. The white and dark chocolate lattes were excellent. You'll only always will get excellent service and product at Ellianos! This location is highly visible from the road, looks great from the outside. As it is a drive-thru, we don't get to see what it looks like on the inside of the small facility. But it's pretty clean on the outside, so I suspect the interior is great as well. If you get the urge to get a coffee fix when you're near any Ellianos, do it! It can make your day! Recommend: HIGHEST read more

If they changed the way they make their freezers, I'll remove the review. I love Ellianos and get the freezers typically. I mobile ordered today and it was filled with whipped cream at the bottom. I was going to drink it but decided to wait to see how much whipped cream they actually put in the cup. I don't know if they added it because they didn't have enough to put in a large or it's a new thing they're doing. read more

I love Ellianos coffee! The customer service is top tier. I always order a cookies and cream freezer. The prices are affordable and everyone is always so pleasant and eager to assist. I love the drive through setting to grab items from the menu. The ambiance of the drive through makes the process go by fast due to ellianos having two lanes. read more

Ordered DoorDash and my iced turtle with extra espresso was pure perfection along with my breakfast bowl! 10/10!

Angie and tripp did great. Made my drink just how I asked for. They were both friendly and polite also.

Went by this afternoon and Miss Jordan help me out with my order. Super polite and helpful.

Jordan & Kyla were amazing and so helpful making sure my order was 100% correct before I pulled off. Love this location & will be back!!

I've been eyeballing this place since their announcement in January to open another location in town. So when I saw local Yelper (and Party Animal), Debbie F checking into this shop, it further validated to me that they are finally open. I love Ellianos Coffee, but their first location on the west side of town is just too too FAHH. That's my Asian Northern accent for "FAR" folks. As a matter of fact, the first thing I did was calculate the driving distance between the first location and the second location. With that said (drum roll please)....I'm now shaving a whopping 7 miles one way driving to this new location...Winner, Winner...I'm such a Caffeinator!!! Okay, okay...onward to their coffees. Simply put, Ellianos is one of those specialty coffee shops that you just don't settle for one flavor, one coffee. They're menu is not very extensive by any means, but they have just about enough that keeps you craving to try that "next item" on their menu. I have tried their Turtle Freezer, Milan Mint Mocha Coffee, Caffe Breve before...all good... ...so what is my taste buds craving today? #DecisionsDecisions read more

Today's review is on their newest location which I have waited for. I drove up..no line. And their she was....my Barista, Smiling and excited to take my plain old coffee order. No faceless order board with sound issues but a real person. I stated we were going to be good friends as you will see my face often. :) I received my cup and pulled back my cute owl sticker from the drinking hole in my lid and yezzzz it was just as great as the one down the road but no line and close by..I should have my crown here soon and for a long time... read more

Stopped in for a coffee returning from a day out on the horse ranch around the Gainesville area. Let me tell you something!! There is otherworldly love and light in the Tuscany Toffee latte I ordered it from a recommendation by the drive thru worker, it was not too sweet (for few of us that still enjoy the actual taste of coffee), allowing for the toffee flavor to accompany the caramel undertone in the drink. If you love yourself, you'll try this drink. That's all :p read more

Mmm great little new coffee spot added to our side of orange park! Located right off Blanding so perfect for my commute to work or if you are going to mall or movies. We had EXCELLENT service at the drive thru earlier this week. Our barista was helpful with choices, recommendations and the menu since it was our first time! There is drive thrus on both sides also! Half filled drinks because I don't want your dirty ice. That was the first and last time for me. And I tipped never again.

Definitely recommend this coffee spot if you're in the area! I have yet to try out the food but the coffee is delicious. The cookies and cream coffee is kind of like a Starbucks frappe. The mint mocha has a hint of mint with a rich chocolate coffee flavor. read more

I visited Ellianos Coffee Company this past Sunday on my way home. I had been wanting to try it but had just never stopped by. The girl that opened the window to take my order was very nice and helpful and answered all of my questions. I normally stick with a vanilla latte when I go somewhere new but I chose the Iced Mocha Latte. I must say, it was very, very good. They are a local business and I fully support all local businesses. I will be going back again and again. Stop by and enjoy. read more

Awesome coffee shop. I stopped in because I am a fan of local places and a coffee fanatic. Just got a medium coffee with cream and it was a very smooth blend! The coffee temp was perfect. Hot enough to enjoy slowly. The options were not overwhelming and the store was basic. The staff was very friendly and seemed to be having a lot of fun. No need for a stir stick, they place a sticker on the lid to help prevent spills. I was very impressed with the coffee. Next time it's a pumpkin white mocha! read more

Their coffee is very good. I get the Iced coffee with French Vanilla, Cream, and Sugar. It better than Starbucks and Dunkin (I'll never repeat that again)..I've had the Caramel Latte Freezer and it is --hands down-- better that a Frappuccino. Today I tried the bacon egg and cheese on an Everything bagel. Not only does it look amazing, it tastes even better. It's clear they don't cut corners on the ingredients. Sometimes bagels are to crunchy on drive-thru sandwiches, not here. Pillowy goodness with the perfect amount of crunch. The bacon was cooked perfectly and the cheese WAS NOT a Kraft single--which, in 2021 fast food, is a miracle, I feel. The standard of customer service can only be accurately described as "Chick-Fil-A Level Service." read more

Phenomenal coffee and employees! I was coming back to town from Oakleaf. I naturally I had to stop in and buy my friend, Trish and I some kind of cool coffees. We enjoyed this little drive thru coffee shop! You can't go inside, but instead you can pull up on either side of the building to order from the window! We got a blackberry frozen lemonade, my daughter wanted to try it cause the picture showed it was a pretty lavender color but when it came out it was pink and didn't look like the pic at all! And super tart, oh no not my thing! I'm not a tart fan! She said it was ok. I got a Venetian vanilla creme, I'm usually scared to get flavored coffees cause they are full of artificial flavors and too sweet, but this was good! Not overly sweet but still tasted like a treat! Fun pop in for a tasty drink! read more

Bigger portions, cheaper prices, MUCH HIGHER QUALITY coffee than some other unmentionables. I have been twice now and one visit took less than ten minutes while the other took almost thirty. Absolutely amazing! Whoever does the hiring for this (and other locations) does an outstanding job locating friendly and helpful employees. This has been my go-to coffee shop when I am near the Cassat/Lane area. I don't see it on the menu, but asked them to make me a caramel macchiato. Not traditional like Starbucks or super sweet, but good. I also like the many variations in syrups. Anything you can think of, they can probably make it. I like that during the holiday and in some seasons, they come out with specialty flavors (i.e. pumpkin pie, pecan pie, banana pudding frap). read more

I've always wanted to try this cute little shop when I passed by but never had the opportunity to. The lines may look long but it moves fairly quick. I like that they conveniently have a QR code to scan in the further back of the line so you can take a look at the menu ahead of time but you don't actually order until you get to the window. We ordered the Tuscany toffee (frozen) and it was $5-6. If you pay with a card, they'll ask if you want to add tip and I'm an awful person & swore I had cash when I had actually ran out so make sure you have cash before you decline because it was too late to add tip. I felt awful because the workers were so nice and amazing. They even gave us a frozen dolce that they accidentally made for free. Anyways, onto the drinks.. The drinks were both super good! Only thing is it was a bit too sweet for us but nothing we can't ask to change next time. Biggest perk is that their drinks were blended sooooo smooth, not icy at all whereas at Starbucks, you have to ask for it double blended. Would love to come back & try other options. read more
