Not sure what happened on this Sunday morning but they were slammed. I had did a mobile order and it gave me a pickup time of 20+ minutes. Wow. I skipped the drive-thru which was backed up and went in. I will say that the location is really nice and I loved the mural on the wall. Other than that, I must've waited 30 mins for a Grande Emperor's Clouds & Mist and a Venti Apple Crisp Oatmilk macchiato. The staff appeared to be staying as calm as possible but they also seemed to be getting the walk-in orders done faster than the mobile orders. Maybe it's just me. I just came here because it was along the way to my Mom's but I think I'm gonna go to a different location. read more

This was my first time at this location. I met two friends here. I arrived first, I went in to shop for some Christmas coffee and a gift card to give to my friend for Christmas. I ordered coffee latte grande with sugar free vanilla flavoring and a cold porridge. My friends arrived and we all had a great visit. I do have two complaints- the first was the design of the parking lot-too small. The second one is the music was way too loud. Turn it down so people can talk. read more

Amazing beverages alert! I'm a coffee lover and have a true obsession! The new drink that was a must try was "the pink drink" which contains strawberries and açaí refresher with coconut milk. It tastes like a delicious strawberry starburst but it wasn't too sugary (which I prefer). The beverage is truly refreshing! If you drink one, you'll feel refreshed from this blazing Florida heat. I also purchased my other favorite beverage because I couldn't resist, a hot chai tea latte with soy. I have not been able to find another coffee shop that makes their chai tea how I like it. Give them both a try! Also, as usual amazing customer service. No long wait times or line. Always a happy customer! read more

This is a review on how to get the best bang for your buck. Because the same iced coffee called differently can cause you to lose an entire 4oz of your beverage when you say "no ice". I'm no barista and some may argue that the drink is different. I'll let you figure it out for yourself. If you order: Grande Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso no Ice (you get half a cup) Instead say: Grande Iced Latte with Oatmilk with Brown Sugar Syrup no Ice (you get the entire cup) That's what a very defensive barista told me I should've done when I couldn't help but laugh at how ridiculous the drink was that they gave me (Check out the difference in my photos) who knew there was a wrong way to order things at Starbucks and therefore you can't complain about it It's funny that Ive been ordering from Starbucks for decades and I don't know why I keep coming back. Maybe it's the mobile app and the convenience. Lol but we all know and accept that it's such a rip off and that's ok. What's not ok is the barista making you feel like a dumbass for pointing out that your drink looks like someone was already drinking it. So I order a Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. No ice. Mind you, I've ordered this four other times in different locations no issues. I receive my order and my cup is half of that. So I laugh when I get my order and the barista that handed me my drink got defensive and was like "You said no ice" I was like "I know but half a container?" It's even funnier that they put it in a grande container because clearly, they wasted plastic when they could have just used the tall size. I digress. Anyways, he gets his manager (I think it's the manager) and she says what's wrong with the drink? So I laugh again and I was like it's half a drink. And she proceeds to say the same thing. "You said no ice" so I'm like yeah...like I'm still confused because I've had other drinks with no ice, and they didn't look like this. So then that's when I got schooled about what I did wrong. Hahaha. "It's an espresso etc etc next time order a latte." Well, needless to say, I asked for a refund (she said yeah but we have to take the drink back. Like I was trying to get a free drink!!!). Got my refund. And THEN I proceeded to order what she told me I should've ordered. Guess what. Tasted the same. Delicious too. read more

I use to enjoy my coffee because it was strong enough to get me going but the last few times my Carmel macchiato has been entirely too sweet to drink. I've asked for light on syrup but it doesn't seem to matter. This last cup was not only too sweet to drink but my venti cup wasn't even half full. I'm so disappointed because it was convenient but now it's just better to travel to mom and pop coffee shop where I can get a strong latte that's not overly sweet. Since my last review from last year, they have not messed up another order. They've also made some changes to their drive thru line. They utilize an employee to take orders outside (just like Chick-fil-A). This new change has definitely made drive thru a faster experience. They also have some Christmas specials such as the caramel brûlée latte and the gouda bacon egg sandwich, both of which are very good. read more

Just because of consistency or shall I say lack of. I miss seeing the regular people because for some reason they don't train the all new people or something. There are a few new faces that are good at what they do. Unfortunately the few who maybe rush or don't know how to actually make food and drinks are the issue. Please tell me what person thinks this is ok to send out for consumption? I can never order the same drink and it come out correctly each time. Unless one of the regular people from the non drive thru location are working. I'm really upset we spend the amount of money at this location each week, yet we can't consistency get the same product. Wow this Starbucks was great! Came in for the bogo Holiday promotion as did about 4 people ahead of me. Which could have equaled a 30 minute wait with grumpy baristas pissed about having to make 40 foo foo frozen drinks. But to my pleasant surprise my drinks were ready in like 5 minutes and they even topped them with the correct lil toppings ( shaved chocolate curls, crushed peppermint, toasted coconut! ) I don't think I have ever gotten prettier fraps from any other Starbucks! read more

Starbucks is one of those places I hate to love. But love it, I do. I just hit the drive-through for a morning cup and bite. The caramel macchiato is my favorite drink (non-fat, of course!) The consistency is what makes Starbucks great. I also had a tongue scorching spinach & feta wrap. Holy smokes, it was hot! The location is nice and new. The drive-through line was only a few cars deep around 9am. It is a pain to get in and out of their parking lot when coming from the east or leaving towards the west. read more

Even though I live like a mile down the road, I don't visit this shop very often. I typically avoid coffee shops, specially between the hours of 7-10 because of the hustle and bustle that is ordering and getting in/out. Today I finally realized what I was missing out on. The parking lot is a little Cray but the shop is nice, quiet and welcoming. Both baristas greeted me with a smile and the lady taking my order waited patiently for me to make up my mind (I didn't know what I was in the mood for!) No wonder this location only has a 3.0. Sarvel (whatever her name is) working the register and Marquel making drinks are both the RUDEST most combative individuals I've come across!! Between barking at me for what size my drink order is when I had already said it. To fighting me about what is an upside down drink is. Rolling is eyes and giving the nastiest facial expression! All while still fighting me. Dropping my drink shaking it once and dumping it back into the cup and giving it back with coffee all over the cup. Having to ask to clean the cup up and asking for my order to be corrected he STILL had an issue. If both of you hate your jobs so damn bad then do us all a favor and get a new one! && stop being combative when some of us have been ordering these drinks longer than you have been employed there and know how to order and understand what upside down means! Food and drink were dood. I ordered a venti iced tea. Half our order was ready immediately. My ice tea was forgotten. Fifteen minutes later, I inquired about it and was told it was being made. Twenty five minutes later, I asked again and was given a response with an attitude. Thirty minutes later, it was put on the count yet (though I was not called). It was a grande, NOT the venti that I paid for and did not have Splenda, as ordered. No apology or acknowledgement that it took so long. read more

I can't even believe I'm writing a complaint about a Starbucks but the location closest to my house is such an incredible disappointment. I truly love Starbucks. I'm a diehard. But this location absolutely sucks. They are always out of regular menu items that are available at every location. They are advertising new drinks, but they never have the ingredients needed to make them. And on the rare occasion they do have the ingredients, they don't know how to properly make the drink. Lately, we have been driving to the location that is 6 miles away, rather then the one 1.8 miles away just because we are tired of being annoyed and wasting money on drinks that suck. Oh! I love there new location that JUST opened!!! They moved from the Publix shopping plaza to this stand-alone building - it's about time!!! It's bigger and we now have a drive-through! The staff love it and say their business has more than tripled. The drive-through has a video feedback so you and your Starbucks barista can have s face-to-face encounter. Great touch, Starbucks!!! Typical Starbucks, this location a bit on the small side but very busy, as it's at the intersection of Monument & McCormick Roads in the Publix Shopping Center. They keep a reasonably large amount of bakery items on hand and today had many take home bags of coffee on sale or clearance. Today with my cold brew coffee I tried their egg bites for the first time. These little protein packed low carb treats were tasty, with no bread, and a bit like little bacon & cheese soufflés. They come 2 to an order and are a great way to get protein without the carbs. read more

The coffee is great, service not so much. I usually get a white chocolate mocha for in store pick up by ordering from the Starbucks app. Every single time that I've had to wait inside for it, I go and check 1st to see if mine is ready and if not, I wait and wait and wait, as I hear multiple names being called. I then have to get up and check the cups to see if any are mine, and as usual... my drink is just sitting there. No name called, they didn't even announce that a white choc mocha was ready, thus making my coffee not so hot anymore. I'm hoping it's just because they cannot pronounce my name, but they should at least try... I've heard it all. I go by one of my middle names, Kealoha (sounds like "Kay-Aloha). It's Hawaiian. This has happened literally everytime I go. It's very disappointing to pay what they charge for a coffee, just to receive a cold one. I feel like my money would've been better off in the trash. So we had a problem sitting in line waiting to pick up our mobile order when two other vehicles in the line tried to hit my wife and I and our 1yr old son just so they could get in front of us. And when I called the store and asked if they could meet me at the door and place our drinks on the ground they said no that they would have them ready at the window. And the two vehicles occupants still persisted to scream profanity and obscene gestures to us. I think this location should at least do something for mobile orders to make it easier. Like make a spot in front of the door like all the other restaurants and hand out the orders that way say behind a plexiglass divider. read more

I will never go to this location again. Today was the 3rd instance where my order was completely cold. I ordered a latte and 10 minutes later took a sip in the car as I was trying to let it cool and it was ice cold like they had let it sit out and it was someone else's that they didn't pick up so they slapped on the label and gave it to me. Last time I was there they forgot to put the water in the oatmeal so that it would be hot oatmeal so I just plain oatmeal without any water. The time before that they took forever and screwed up my order. To top off this morning's experience off, the drive-through person was rude and cut me off midsentence when I was about to order food.
