I like this starbucks, they are friendly and the line moves pretty quickly. Sometimes the drinks are inconsistent but most of the time they make them right. There is room for improvement but I will give them more opportunities and still come back. read more

This is the new starbucks by Whole Foods in Shrewsbury :) love the vibe here and the staff are all super nice. The drive thru is a little slow, but that's fine. Worst customer service unless you like waiting over 20 minutes to get a drink. While the food they quickly heated up for you gets cold. They don't ask for your name and they don't even give you a receipt when you finish paying.. wasted my time to go into work this morning without breakfast. read more

Everytime we order through the app or delivery out order is never right. Great service through drive through though but if you order through the app expect to not get everything you order or that if you do it will be made wrong. I don't think they read the stickers on the cups when they make it. read more

I got a caramel Frappuccino with coconut milk and without whip cream. I posted a picture of what I got. There's no coffee. Errr. I didn't complain because I wasn't completely sure if it was supposed to have coffee or not, so I googled it after. It's supposed to have coffee. Mistakes happen. But it looked like there wasn't a manager in site as there was at least 5 Starbucks workers chilling outside, swearing and being loud. Totally unprofessional. But their kids, so whatever. Extremely inconsistent! I always order from the app because one, It's speedy and two, it leaves less room for error considering the order is printed. However that's not the case with this place. There's been multiple times where my order has been wrong. Examples include, cold foam being mistaken for sweet cream and asking for a nitro cold brew but being given regular cold brew. I think the cherry on top was when I went to pick up my coffee and found and empty cup with my name on it. Come to find out they ran out of nitro cold brew AND cold brew! Being on a time crunch I just asked for a refund. The most upsetting part was that not once during the whole interaction did any of the staff apologize. Tip for management: If you're running low on something it's best to communicate that through the system so the app updates with the correct information. read more

Best Starbucks in the area. You might be tempted to say, "Who cares? It's a coffee chain", but c'mon I'm spending money, I want to be happy! They seem to have weeded out some of the grumpier employees who used to work there. Current staff is super nice and accommodating. They recently went out of their way to entertain my kids when our order was taking a long time. I'm gonna go ahead and give a shout-out to the woman who typically runs the drive-thru as she is unbelievably pleasant. Seems like she has been mentioned in other reviews. She could easily work in corporate training for retail employees. On weekday mornings it is really busy and I recommend using the mobile app a good 10 minutes before you're going to arrive. Drinks are consistently good, tables and bathroom are clean. Easy to park. Good place to study or meet friends or have your kids get excited that they can poke some straws into plastic lids. read more

I was very happy with the place, especially because it is close to my work. But then somebody decided that the venti cup have to be filled halfway, and after I asked where was the rest of my coffee he proceeded to tell me that that was supposed to be ice. I thought this was a coffee shop not as ice shop. I have to profess that I love Starbucks , for me it's the only real coffee around here , but wow , this individual single handed destroyed my desire to going here again or recommend it . Alyssa, one of the managers is exceptional! -I stopped there today in hopes of replacing a family-favorite color changing hot cup, which had cracked. She was so helpful, and actually took the time to go through all of their back stock in search of the same cup. When she couldn't find the same cup, she replaced ours for free with a set of their current color-changing hot cups. Outstanding customer service!! read more

I frequent many Starbucks in the area and I've always enjoyed this one. Employees are friendly and quick! This location is ALWAYS busy. I highly suggest using the app to order ahead of time and then run in to pick it up. Who wants to wait in the drive through line?! Not me! Last week I did mobile order and my drink wasn't ready for quite some time.. I asked an employee and they stopped what they were doing and made my drink. Unfortunately, it was assumed someone took my drink from the mobile ordering area.. but maybe they did by accident ;) This was the first and only time this has happened to me. Probably the most clean Starbucks I've ever been in. Not much interaction as I ordered ahead of time through the app. Baristas were all busy and seemed to be having a good time being where they were. Always a plus. Drinks came out amazing (passion unsweetened iced tea & salted iced cold brew which I highly recommend) and the spinach feta wrap was delicious. Everything came out separate but we didn't mind. As we picked things up we were thanked and to "Have a nice day" by the barista. Very kind. I'll be coming back to this Starbucks. read more

Then when they give an ice tea I politely say it's not what I ordered and they bring back a spicy chai. This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I always order a venti iced drink and both times it has been maybe 2/3 full? Why am I paying for a venti if it's not full? This hasn't happened at any other Starbucks I have been to. Also the drive through is extremely slow. I literally sat there for 15 minutes last time because there is no way to exit once you're in the line due to the concrete curbs. The baristas are very friendly and I don't think it is their fault, but I won't be visiting this location again. My impression is that there needs to be some better management and training to improve efficiency and consistency of orders.
