I stopped in for the first time today at this particular location with several of my grandkids after a park day. I was standing behind a woman that was already placing her order and I noticed how rude that the barista was to the woman that was ordering. She finished her order and then I stepped up and she was completely rude to me also. Absolutely no reason for the treatment that either one of us received. I ordered two of my grandkids their refresher drinks, and then I ordered mine. She was so rude that I made a mental note to look at her name tag, her name was Kierra. I sat down and waited for the drinks. Two kids came in right after me and made it their order which was three drinks. My grandkids refreshers came out first and they enjoyed them. But then other people's orders that came afterwards came out before mine. I had to walk up to the counter and ask where my cold brew was. Sat down again and waited for it and finally it came out. It was actually terrible, I go to another Starbucks location often and that same drink is excellent there. This drink was extremely dark and the coffee almost tasted burnt. The place was generally a mess and none of the workers were particularly friendly. It's a casual atmosphere, but not friendly! I will not be going again. read more

I was incredibly disappointed by my visit this morning. Which really sucks because I love this store and love the people working--normally. Today I had ordered 3 drinks for my family for father's day. The stickers had apparently double printed because they started to make 6 drinks. After the 4th drink, the woman said "damn she must be thirsty" which kinda made me feel like crap. I know it was a light hearted joke but the way she said it was unkind to say the least. When I said I only ordered 3 drinks, she kind of gave me a blank stare. Then she offered me the other drink, which was nice!!! BUT, I also noticed that all the drinks with oat milk on the counter were chunky-- which is a sign of spoiled oat milk or lack of attention when making the drinks. I asked to have my drink remade because who wants chunky coffee. I was again stared at like I had three heads before the employee reluctantly remade my drink. I felt bad asking because it's father's day and busy, but at the same time, my drink was wrong. I love the convenience of this store (2 minutes from my house) but because of how stupid I was made to feel I will not be returning. read more

Like many of the reviews here have stated, this Starbucks is probably one of the weakest. I've been coming here for awhile (close to my gym) and the staff always seems to mess up our drink and food orders. Ordering in advance never quite works here- you'll still be waiting as if you walked-in and ordered. When the staff is caught making an error like a wrong food order, the staff is also super defensive (always claiming bad internet or bad stickers???) Earlier this week, they messed up my very simple order for egg bites. When they mess up they do absolutely nothing to fix it or make it right. My suggestions: 1) Go to the Target or Quivira Starbucks ( nicer more competent staff) 2) If you must use this store: Expect delays and check your order before you leave the store. 3) Don't have any expectations for good or helpful customer service. read more

Ok so I went here just for a normal drink after my game. I got a pink drink and a delicioso ham and cheese croissant so good. My food came very fast but my pink drink kinda tasted like water. THE TUNES ARE SO FIRE, It fits the mood. I recommend it! read more

Features a nice drive thru experience before 6am, however, terrible during prime time, you can expect to wait up to 10 minutes at the drive thru when it's busy. I wish this Starbucks was bigger as it can get really busy. The parking and traffic can become a nightmare due to its location. I have gone to Starbucks every morning for the past 5 years. Coffee is obviously a way of life. I have been going to a different location for the past three years until I recently moved. This morning I was in a rush to get the kids out the door and left my debit card at home. First time in 5 years this has happened to me. I pulled up to the window to let the young lady at the window know I would be running home to get it and I'd be right back. She was so sweet and told me to take it on her today. I've been coming here for years and 80% of the time our drinks are wrong or disgusting because coffee is burnt. This is the worst Starbucks in the area. I understand messing up occasionally, we're all juman and make mistakes but it's almost every time I come. If they mess up they do absolutely nothing to fix it or make it right. I REALLY like the people here! This is my neighborhood coffee shop and I'm glad these people are here; they're the only reason this isn't a one-star. But I have three major complaints that affect every potential visit: time, parking, and size. Every order (esp. drive through) takes many many minutes. I won't go unless I have 15 minutes to spend. I get that some drinks and big orders take a while. I do. Parking itself isn't too bad because it's not a big shop (see below). But the drive through orientation & flow is atrocious. Look at the map and tell me how that can work. Couple the awful layout with time-to-deliver and it's a frequent cluster--. This is the only coffee shop for miles around, surrounded by hundreds of homes full of Starbucks' prime customers. There aren't more than a handful of tables. What do I want from this rant? I want them to move to a better location, just down by the new library. I like having them around and want to be able to enjoy the space without getting frustrated all the time. read more

Anytime I come to this Starbucks location, I am pleased. It is usually quiet and the staff at this location is great. If they ever make a mistake on an order they are happy to fix it and are never snobby. Whenever I try a new Starbucks I am always worried that they won't make my coffee right, but I have come to trust the baristas at this location. I love Starbucks. Excellent customer service and accuracy is their standard. I have been buying cold brew coffee since they started serving it. Always made to perfection without any added direction. "Cold brew with cream, please." No problems whatsoever. The last 6 months this Starbucks has taken a turn for the worse. I would put their customer service on the level of a McDonalds or Burger King. I now have to specifically ask for "very light cream and light water." Even then half the time our coffees come watered down or looking more like milk than coffee. Today was the last straw. My fiancée ordered her usual, special instructions and all. She was given a grande glass of cream with light coffee. She asked for it to "please be remade with light cream." The young man taking her order was polite and said they always get her order wrong and they would fix it. However, he left the window open when he went to remake it and my fiancée had to listen to half their employees degrade and belittle her. Not even this would cause me to write such a scathing review, but she is going through a lot right now. She just found out her mom has incurable cancer, she's in nursing school, taking care of our son, and I just had major surgery. One thing she looks forward to is her Starbucks. This store has absolutely killed one small joy she has right now. I'm truly sickened and can only hope that this Starbucks is some day brought back to the high standard that we have come to know and love. read more

This is an OK location to work from not very many charging outlets and not a lot of separation so it can get loud. The employees are not that friendly if you are not a regular so it kind of gives off a cold vibe. I just get a dark roast coffee and of course it is consistent and taste the same as any other location. I was in the area so I stopped here but it would not be a place I would go out of my way to experience. And it does have the convenience of a drive-through. read more

I can't believe how slow the drive thru is at 3:30. Stopped by last Monday with my daughter and boy do I regret it. I realize a lot of Middle School and High School kids frequent this place but they're inside not in the drive thru so one would think priority would be given to those using drive thru. This is my neighborhood coffee house, and I go there alot due to is convenience. Nevertheles, the service is horrible and the staff is not trained properly. They run out of doughnuts daily. Why don't they pull out more doughnuts from the freezer when the get short, or up their daily pars? I hope Starbucks meets the same destiny as blockbuster. read more

We had a great experience without even going inside =) Our house is on the market and we had a showing scheduled. Our normal routine during the showing is to go to Starbucks, but since we have our dog, we take turns outside on the shady grass watching her. With the family inside, my husband and I were laying on the shaded grass with our pup. Out of nowhere rolls around a car, and we recognize the driver as one of the fantastic Starbucks employees who has served us with perfection every time. Her name is Peggy, and she BROUGHT US VENTI ICE WATER, including a cup for our dog. She said she spotted us laying on the grass (from about 250 feet away) and thought we all needed a drink on a hot day. I've been going to this location regularly for several years and it's been good in the past but the last few times my iced coffee has tasted incredibly bitter. This morning it took 9 minutes to get my drink (just a grande iced coffee) while inside the store today, and there was only two other people in there and they came in after me. The guy behind me had eaten his entire breakfast sandwich before he got his drink. I would understand if they were busy but one employee was just walking around stocking things leisurely. The barista crew is far beyond more than friendly. They have become family to each other and to customers. This Starbucks is one of the best in performance, compassion, and in quality. They handle morning rush/Frappuccino hour with precise roles given to every barista to get everyone taken care of and in and out in reasonable time. They have yelled at each other, but with striking compliments, keeping everyone hyped and going! read more

The drive thru service at this location is abysmal. Every single visit is over 15 minutes. I have resorted to going inside which is not convenient in the winter or with kids. Then inside the employees are not friendly or quick. Bradley and his Saturday crew, on Saturday, 05/11, were amazing! The lobby was busy, the drive thru was busy and the mobile orders were popping up non-stop, and they all kept a great attitude and tried to get to every order as quickly as they could. I was one person amongst several people and Bradley made sure to seek out what I was waiting for, as he noticed that I had been waiting for my mobile order for awhile. This place is ALWAYS busy. Therefore the service can be slow, hence the 3 stars. Other than that, I am typically a fan of Starbucks mocha's. However, here they always seem to be out of the mint syrup or healthy/alternative milk. The service is nice though. Not a horrible place, but a place I do try to avoid...when I am in the mood for coffee I stop by a Panera or Caribou on my way in instead of this place. Super nice baristas! As soon as I drove up to the drive-thru to pay, my car started smoking (it was steam from a leaking radiator). The nice young lady at the window showed me where I could pull my vehicle to the side and then graciously gave me my order for free because I was having car trouble. Absolutely horrible experience. Two cars in front of me in drive thru and it literally took over 20 minutes to get to even order. Really? Ended up just driving away and not placing an order.
